I sign up for glamour check last year and pay full amount one off I did not agree to continue this year I've been noticed that they debit my account for £113 I would be appreciate if they return my money back to my account because if I want to continue I will agree it was one off and I don't wish to continue I'll be very happy if they send my money back to my account many thanks

I signed up for a one month trial of premium and after cancelling my subscription they KEEP CHARGING ME! I have contacted them twice, to no avail. GRAMMARLY IS A DANGEROUS SCAM PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID. Their service is horrible, barely works, and is worth nothing. Do not buy it. You will regret it. They ignored my requests and kept charging me. I am enraged and have no way to stop them from taking my money. I am going to appraoch the consumer protection bureau in my state regarding this horrible abuse.

I've paid $139.95 for a whole year without confirming button. In fact, I have not used this app as much as I have paid. My money still has gone although I've tried to cancel the subscription immediately. How can I get my money back? Please if someone knows can you reply me soon? I'm only student and this money is two-thirds of the money I spend in one month.

On 10/14/18, I signed up for Grammarly thinking that is was for $11.99 monthly charges, but I was charged $127.90, so the services were discontinued & the Grammarly software was promptly removed from my laptop. I felt misled and violated by Grammarly. I've tried to call but no reply. Used the plagiarism checker told me my essay was '100%' unique, just had it handed back at 57% Plagiarised! so angry that $139.95 was taken out of my account and it's not even worked!

I open a free account with Grammarly, but suddenly this account is no longer free but premium which i have to pay a total 0f $139 for it. I don't want to keep paying for it because grammarly is not really helping like i thought, i tried to cancel the subscription but it said, the account will be suspended on september 15, 2019. I don't want to wait until then. I need this account to be cancel and delete now. and i also request a refund immediately because i don't use it, i don't need to pay for it.

I got charged $220 NZ for products that I never use n this billed came without warning on Sep 11 2018.
Did not wish to continue and could not even log on to cancel the product.
Refund is demanded and I believe this is the biggest scam as u keep my credit card no# so u can charge it anytime.
Do not trust Grammarly. Com!. I want my bloody $$ back.

I subscribed to the Grammarly as a part of the research project and used it for about two months. After one year later, without any reminder, notification or e-mail, they charged me 3 times more (yes you read it correctly) than I paid. This is neither fair not ethical. This is simply a trap.
Even if I bought something online as little as 2 dollars, I can return or refund it, how is not possible to cancel my subscription?
I never think again to use Grammarly and I am willing to spread this message to everyone.

I made the mistake of ordering Grammarly. When I saw how it worked, I realized that it was not for me. I tried cancelling the order, but could not find a telephone number to talk to a person. I called the number for "Customer Service" and got a recording referring me back to their website for answers and then the call hung up. I sent an email which was not answered. I received my AE bill and saw that I had been charged the full year's subscription. I emailed Grammarly and was informed that, according to their Terms of Service": "Except as may be expressly set forth herein, all Fees paid or accrued in connection with any Services are non-refundable, and Grammarly will not prorate any Fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term." So, technically they may be right, morally they are very wrong. Let's just hope fewer and fewer people do business with them.

I've just lost a lot of work because of the Grammarly Chrome extension. For the second time just this week! When you maximize Grammarly, it disables autosave functionality of underlying websites by not providing them with updates of the content, but it does not take on the responsibility of saving the content itself. Anything going even slightly wrong (the website reloads, the browser crashes, the websites hides the text area and thousands of other scenarios) mean that all the work is instantly lost. Who thought it's a good idea? How can you release a software with such flow and charge for it?

I originally signed up for the free offer from Grammarly in 2017. I have just discovered that I was signed up for the premium version and have been billed with my Pay Pal account. I am automatically being billed for 2018 on July 18, 2018. I never received any notification that the cost has risen. I believe I have been scammed. The service is not very grammatically accurate. I want to cancel it immediately and credit my Pay Pal account for the money withdrawn on July 18.

I have had and paid for several years of Grammarly and now I can not set up a new login. I have been trying to do for two days.
I use this service on a daily basis on everything. Especially FB.
I use this every day and I need to be able to login not for free. I have prepaid for this service!

I would appreciate some help with this.

I took Grammarly one month subscription and the money I have spent on it was a total waste. The plagiarism report was totally wrong it showed me 0 % similarity but actually, it was 38 % similarity. And on the top of that, it automatically detected money from my account on the name of auto-renewal without even notifying me. I did want the subscription, but still, I lose my 40 dollars which I don't think is worth to spend on this software. I need a refund for my money. It is not fare to deduct money without any confirmation.

I am entirely frustrated with the lack of transparency of rammarly which make it impossible to reach them either through onlince chat or telephone, this is more frustrating because once you are doubled billed or overcharged, it is then impossible to reach them. This type of practice is a bit fraudulent. I do not know why a company of this size doesn't have an online chat or phone support. Please, I want you to address this issue promptly because I have been double charged. I subscribed for one year for 3team members. Unfortunately, the account used was charged more than expected, please see the transaction charges on the credit card below. I want the refund of the money as I did not subscribe more than a year and didn't expect the type of charges that was posted to my account, if there are charges that I am unaware of then I will like to request that you cancel the subscription outrightly.

High tech people tell me Grammarly is a good purchase, but when I try to use the introduction version...free version, I end up with a few questions that are preventing me from making the purchase. You have twice offered what I felt was a great price if I "purchased within 24 hrs" and I would have except I can't get anyone to answer my questions. How do you turn it on and off. I am a writer. When I tried to "proof" one of my new books, it balked. Too long. When I wrote something new and it made corrections but didn't save it. It looks as if it is meant to make corrections on a working piece in transit. Fix it and send it, don't try to save it. If either of these two problems is designed as part of the program, I can't use it.

Do you offer another program for authors... long essays and books that I can make corrections along the way and save?

Grammarly automatically renewed my subscription to make matters worse you took 50 pounds that is daylight robbery at least if you took one-month subscription fee it would have been better. I need a full refund because this was very inappropriate and i'm not going to be recommending grammarly to anyone. I am a broke student with no money and you took my last money. I am not happy with your actions

On 02-28-18, I called the number that they give you at the bank because I noticed that Grammarly is still charging me and I tried reaching them via a Help Desk where you type the problem in their system and no one has gotten back to me. I am no longer working and cannot afford to continue paying this bill. I have b een out of work for 10 months now.

I subscribed only for one month because I needed Grammarly only for the period in which I worked on my project. Now I was charged automatically, which is unlawful because I choose only one month without automatic renewal. Unfortunately, the telephone # provided is only to deceive the customers because there is noway you can reach a representative; the robot says to go online on the website. I feel like I am robbed. I really don't recommend to make business with this company

Im complaining about being charged when I ended my membership on April 26 2018, and I also deleted the account because I was no longer using it. So I need to know how do I go about getting a refund, because I wasn't suppose to be charged if I ended my membership, and deleted the account. I had been using grammarly for about 2 months and decided it was a waste of money and went to go and cancel my subscription - when I did, it billed me for an annual charge of 140 frickin dollars.

I am so utterly mad right now words cannot describe and I feel completely ripped off.

Also for a cherry on top I can find an email so that I can complain and see if I can get a refund because this is just utter bs
