Graeme Holm is a property scammer. It's clear that he only has his wealth as a number 1 priority. PROPERTY consumer advocates around Australia have warned people from Graeme Holm and his Infinity Brand for years and Years.

They paint a sorry picture of what he terms "investment ghettos", where house after house is owned by disenchanted investors who have been ripped-off in an investment scam that is gathering pace. It is clear that Graeme Holm from Infinity group Australia at Bella Vista is making all the money.

The scam Graeme is involved in is to sell house-and-land packages and units to unsophisticated investors at greatly inflated prices with the package arrangement intended to disguise the true value of the properties. He even throws in the finance and budgeting programs for a fee. If he's really nice on the day he will pay for your legal fees from an independent lawyer friend he recommends.

And, in turn, the units and houses Grame sells are almost inevitably neglected by tenants with cars jacked up on front lawns and windows broken and then in a year or two once he's sold about 100 of them they are at best getting half of what he promised in rent or at worst untenantable.

"Houses that may be just three or four years' old look as if they were built 15 years ago, " one consumer advocate reports. "There are rows and rows of them."

The investors in these house-and-land packages have been sold a false get-rich dream by property spruikers like graeme Holm from infinity Group Australia at Bella Vista and Cronulla. And the spruikers' targets range from battlers to battlers, says consumer advocates.

These residential property scams he runs may include unregistered investment schemes and superannuation scams pushed by his unlicensed investment advisers or Bankers as he likes to illegally call them. He convinces clients to illegal access there superannuation early and sell them an investment property with the monies. Graeme Holm from infinity is doing this. He is hurting Mums and dads all over the country and needs to be stopped. We all need to get together and stop him.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) warns that typical characteristics of numerous investment scams are promises of extraordinarily high, low-risk returns; claims of new techniques to provide an edge over others; and pressure to make an urgent decision or miss out.

It is clear Graeme is operating this scam. A very sophisticated scam that entices unsuspecting Mum and dads to buy into his wealth strategies. Many are providing testimonials on his website. He uses these real testimonials to get other unsuspecting naive mums and dads into his scam, he uses them to further his scam and rip off more and more people off.

These unsuspecting people that provide these testimonials don't know it but they are paying for Graemes mansion he lives in and all the expensive cars he drives and dinners he has and the float class flights to Europe and America.

They are fuelling his lavish lifestyle while everyone gets scammed scammed. This must stop. These people providing these testimonials must test the real values of their properties by calling the local agents and finding out they have been conned by the conman, Graeme Holm.

People like DOUGLAS & LETETIA GEARY, CARLOS AND LYNELL ZAPATA, BELINDA SHELLEY, JESSICA ANNE HOLMES, PATRICIA PAYNE & CATHERINE THOMAS, WAYNE & GRACE BAKER, IAN + TANYA JONES, LYN ANDERSON, ANDREW & KARENE SHEPHERD, THEMIS MAGLIS, CHRISTINA DAVIES, TRENT COOK, RACHAEL NINHAM, ANDREA JOSEIT, PETER SHAW, MITCHELL HILL, D & B SMITH, J NAPPER, AARON & WENDY PATTERSON, MEGAN ANDREWS, CHERYL DELLOW, MICHAEL BURKE & BELINDA CAVEY, PAUL TUMINELLO, GRANT MILLER, IAN ABELA, DANIEL & BERNADETTE SMITH, KAREN CINI, SHARON AND ANTHONY LIEVORE, EDWIN & ROWENA PUA, LUCA ST CENERI and PAUL TUMINELLO have all been scammed by Graeme holm Infinity Group Australia at Bella vista.

If you read their testimonials they read like they have received financial planning advice. They have been scammed because they have not. They are unprotected and have been scammed by Graeme Holm. Graeme Holm doesn't even have a financial planning license, we have made many complaints to the financial ombudsman about his bad advice, they will put him out of business soon. He is a scamer. Call ASIC APRA AND ACCC AND REPORT THIS SCAMMER to stop him today. Act now.

It is clear that the prices of these so-called investment packages are sometimes hiked up by $40, 000 to $100, 000 (and even more in some cases) above the real market price.

Some example of these clients that have bought a unit or a house-and-land or unit being sold by Graeme Holm of infinity group Bella vista cronulla scam for $420, 000 when the market price is really $310, 000. There are hundreds of these properties being sold, consumer advocates state that "Whole suburbs are being setup in this way." These clients and other client of Graeme Holm of infinity group Bella vista cronulla scam should call their local agents and find out how much they have been ripped off. Scammed and complain now. Call ASIC, APRA AND ACCC, now about this scam.

Graeme Holm of infinity group Bella vista cronulla investment scams is often promoted through telemarketing. A clue your being ripped off is if the person selling the package is located a long way from the location of the house and land and Graeme Holm of infinity group Bella vista cronulla is often reluctant to reveal the all-up price of the property being sold. He gets back handed deals that no one knows about. He gets secret commissions. He will never open his real books because everyone will see how much money he is making off these unsuspecting clients. He is a scammer.

Graeme Holm of infinity group Bella vista cronulla's traps investors across the socio-economic scale, but its the poor battlers who bother me most. I have seen a case of a couple whose home was worth $400, 000 with a $100, 000 mortgage. This couple then borrowed against their home and other sources of finance to buy a land-and-house investment package in QUEENSLAND they thought was worth $450, 000 but its market value was really just $240, 000. And they had also paid $60, 000 in fees and other expenses.
The couple is left deeply in dept after losing all of the equity in their home. They are about to walk away from there home and the Queensland investment with nothing. They are a victim of Graeme Holmes greed and his scam. They have been ripped off by Graeme Holm. They are complaining to everyone that will listen to them. They need to come forward now. He is a scammer a scammer a scammer.

The exploits of Graeme Holm of infinity group Bella vista cronulla carry some key general warnings for investors including: beware of what you are told by motivational, get-rich-quick spruikers and beware of offers which are too good to be true.

Call ASIC NOW. Call the financial Ombudsman Now. Make a complaint to APRA NOW. If you feel you have lost money, complain now about Vow Financial Pty Ltd. WOW! I just watched a seminar on 'how to pay off your mortgage in 7, 10, 15 years'. He sounded so legit. He wants $997 per person (partner goes for free) to attend a two day masterclass/mind workshop. I am so happy I did not pull out my credit card and pay!
