This is to inform you that grab taxi driver roneo pasamonte with avanza car plate no. 3499 is an arrogant driver. This person should attend a workshop on customer care. Grab's reputation will be tarnishefd if you have someone like him in your company. I am not the one who booked him but i was with the person who booked him this morning going to sm megamall. The person who booked him will be giving him a rating of only 1 due to his behavior. Talk to him and remind him that customer is always right snd he does not need to be arrogant. Thank you.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi bad service + bad attitude

July 26, 2018 | I booked a ride with enough time for waiting & the drive itself, since this driver came in opposite direction, he said he doesn't know where to do a turn so I said there's no one way in the area and he can turn his way in any street that we can take the shortest and easiest route. But he insisted on his own and ignored my suggestion, then I saw he's just following the waze and was not really familiar with the place. If a driver doesn't listen to his passenger, that means he doesn't value or respect you as well as your time. I tried to control my temper to see if he's concerned and would drive faster as possible but he didn't. He was driving so chill as f*k and even sang songs along with the radio and when I reminded him of his driving he said he's driving in a safest way. He even mocked me and said my attitude is bad & should've refused the ride, and in the end I was late. Thank you for the bad service. Didn't hear any apology

GrabCar / GrabTaxi awful and dangerous driver

Today, my friend booked a grab in Kuala Lumpur from Changkat Bukit Bintang to Sri Petaling. We were one black guy, from Africa and one white girl, from Europe.
First, the driver was in another address, he called us saying that he was at the next street, so we told him to come to the address we selectee because we don't know the area. Finally he came.
When we were already on the way, not even two minutes in the car, he asked us if we were drinking alcohol. We didn't, we were just having dinner. He said it was because some weird things about glasses and the air conditioning that I didn't understand.
And when we were more or less in the middle of the way, I laid down my head on my friend shoulder and closed my eyes, trying to rest a bit; the driver pulled aside and started telling us that if we wanted to have sex we can't do it in his car, but in a really rude way (here I want to make clear that I'm not even wearing anything provocative for him to think those kind of things, just a long black dress). I told him that he could see me perfectly from the mirror and he said that he could see my face but no my hand... He said that he was taking us in his car "from the good of his heart" and if we were innocent, why would we reply to him... It took us 5 minutes for him to continue the way, and he was really rude all the time.
I hope someone can do something against this kind of situations, I feel lucky I wasn't alone in that car, I don't want to imagine what, someone like him, could do to a girl traveling alone.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi his service

Hi Team,

I'm not suppose to report this incident, because it's over a week na, but I think I need to.

Last sunday June 03, 2018 I book a grab around 10:36pm from Radial Road 10-Pier 8 to Poveda GK Village. The driver's name is Ruperto Villamar Trinidad Jr., driving a Toyota Vios (Orange) with plate#: VV 2238. Nothing to say kay kuya, while driving the vehicle no words at all coming from him.

But what I know in grab is that it's a fix price once you book it, and it will be up to the the passenger if they're going to add an amount or give a tip to the driver. But comes to our destination or drop point my bill is 303 Php. I gave him 500 Php even. He gave me 148 Php as my change at sabay sabing ( ma'am ang layo po kc ng pick up point nyo ). I received that msg from him knowing na hindi nya kami na pick-up sa mismong pick-up point nmin and hnd nya kami na drop sa mismong drop point namin. Hnd na ko nagsalita dahil nagmamadali kami. Pagdating sa bahay nag check ako ng grab history ko and nagulat ako when I realize what happened. Ok lang samin ang magdagdag if he ask for it. The thing is hnd sya nagsabi ang sinabi nya lang ( malayo ang pick-up point nyo). The moment I realize what happened I post it in facebook as my right living in this country with freedom of speech. After a few days I received messages from my friends in facebook saying that the wife of the driver namely Sarah David Trinidad is sending them a message and wanting to clear his husbands name. I know what's her point and I clearly understand it. After that I received a message from Sarah galit na galit sya because of my post in facebook and saying ibabalik nila ung 49Php na sukle and asking me for public apology. I replied and explain my side. Coz what I understand sa nangyare samin is kung hindi ko pinost un at nanahimik ako, ok lang sakanila at patuloy nila gagawin un ang mang-abuso ng valued customer nyo. Pero dahil pinost ko at nakarating sakanila they're planning to return the excess amount that he took from me. Nakausap ko ung driver dahil tinawagan nya ako yesterday at 8:36 am. Asking me for public apology. During the conversation with kuya driver his being nice to me while telling na one of this days grab officers might call me for an interview and I agreed. After the conversation I'm still receiving messages from his wife. I texted him at sinabi ko na nag msg parin sakin wife nya. And he replied na ok lang daw mga msg nga asawa nya skn. I didn't rply coz I think na its better for me to wait for the grab officer to call me kesa maki pag argue ako sknila. But just now at 12:22 pm, I received another msg from the driver asking for public apology pag hindi ko daw ginawa sasampahan ako ng kaso sa NBI. A threat from your driver.

I do respect person who's an employee like me earning and striving hard for their family to live well. But team now I'm receiving threats from them. This is something that you need to avoid to keep your good records and your business. As your valued customer and for other customers we don't deserve to be treated this way.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi impolite and rude speech driver

I'm from Penang, Malaysia. I'm been using Grab Car since last 2 years till now. Never meet this kind of people before. Would like to complain the below driver (attached his full name and car plate number).
We are booking Grabcar when we finished shopping at Tesco Penang. Grab Car driver Cheng Chee Wei accepted our booking and reached our place after 10 minutes we do booking. When we want enter his car, he stop us with rude speech with impolite. He said we are 5 peoples he can't fetch us. But we are 4 adults (2 senior citizen, 2 adult and 1 baby boy). He count in front of us saying that we are 5 people he can't fetch u, but is baby boy also consider as adult? My parent already 72 years old, he insist want us out from his car and ask us recall another grab car. So we have to wait for another 10 minutes to recall the Grab car. What I want to complain is this driver is very very impolite and rude speech. I wish Grab Car have to take action to this driver. I think others passenger also facing same problem with us. Thank you.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi rude driver

This is to complain the grab driver name Aljon Ledda Ordinario plate no. of VZ 0679. I booked last night around 11pm My location start in Mercury Drug Taft avenue and i set 2 drop off point first to drop is in Plaza quezon Las Pinas City and Second is in 7-Eleven Casimiro ave Las Pinas City. The first drop off point is okay the second drop off point is not because he dropped us on at near st peter zapote which is far from the address that i set he said that we are already arrived i told him that it is not the address i set on the phone he said that the "waze" said that we are already at casimiro ave they show me the waze pointing that we are at "casimiro ave" i said to him that if we were here in casimiro ave there is a 711 convenience store that we see but none. its just a lane... but i told him again and again that i set the address at 7 eleven casimiro ave las pinas city and it showed in hes phone. i did not see the phone if it arrived because the phone we use for booking is from my tito that we drop first.. I was very mad because my mother is a patient we just discharge from hospital and it so hussle to commute and also to booked for another driver. I always booked at grab and i always set that address and i arrived safely! but experiencing that kind of driver that very rude! and he was angry to say that telling me he just considering what the waze is showing to him. Please give action to this complaint because he might use that kind of "tactic" always to other grab customer users!

GrabCar / GrabTaxi so called community rules

I am an innocent victim who has been banned from grab due to passenger cancellations. I have no control over passengers who wish to cancel the booking and at the end of the day I am penalised.

I have pleaded to grab so many times showing them prove that I did not cancel jobs neither I had asked my passengers to cancel any job.

I depend on this earnings to feed my family and grab has taken it all away even when I have done no wrong. Will someome help drivers like us. Is this how grab treats us even after receiving many good reviews from us.

I hope tun mahathir and spad will look into this. I am also looking into legal actions even if cost me my last dime because I did not do anything wrong as god be my witness.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi my driver was rude!

I booked a ride. After a few minutes, my mom called me and insisted that she'll pick me up. I called GrabCar driver, Ranier Ilagan Mendoza (Mitsubishi Mirage G4, plate # NS 7960) to inform him that I'll be cancelling my booking. He refused bec he's almost at my pick up point. I apologized and explained that someone will be picking me up. Before I even finish what I was saying, he hung up on me. So rude!

GrabCar / GrabTaxi overcharging of fare

Hi,

I want to complain Mr. Emmauel Canonigo Buzon, driver of Grab Taxi with plate number UWL 276.

I booked a trip for my friend Today, Feb.02, 2018 from Palanan, Makati to Victory Liner Terminal, Sampaloc. The metered fare shown in GRAB APP was only a range from 128-192 pesos, excluded of the booking fee. But according to my friend the driver asked her to pay a total amount of 300.00 (250.00 fare, 50.00 booking fee).
She also said that the amount shown in the meter of the taxi is only 112.00.

We would want to asked for a refund.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi grab driver charging additional fare of rm1

Im writting this complaint on behalf of my wife.

28 Dec 2017 (Thursday): My wife booked a grab service this morning around 11:42am. The said request accepted by driver by the name of Thiviya A/P Rasapandian with vehicle registration no: WB9302X and booking number of ADR-[protected]-3-081. Destination Maa Dialysis Center to Jalan Kencana at Serene Park, Johor Bahru.
The fare stated as RM4 for that particular trip. Upon reaching Jalan Kenchana, my wife directed her to go Jalan Muhibbah as in the GRAB map, she unable to locate Jalan Muhibbah. The satellite only detected Jalan Kenchana. Anyway, it just about 80 metre away from Jalan Kenchana.
To her surprised, the driver insisted her to pay additional RM1 in orded to send her there. My wife has just finished her dialysis session. She shocked of what happened.
She then decided to gave her the money but soon after contacted me to ask for my opinion. I totally disagree to that. This is not suppose to happened and I strongly believe this driver has breach the rules set by GRAB.
I think this is too much and she is taking advantage of my sick wife. GRAB better take serious action and show no mercy towards this kind of irresponsible driver. This ia somehow, affecting GRAB reputation.
I loves to hear the update from GRAB regarding this as I truly upset with what has happened.

This is stupid thing I never heard and are u a beggar its only rm 1 because that little money u condemn a grab driver and u think being a grab driver its easy? .. Last time I order grab for rm6 I only and I have rm 10 the driver say he didn't have change also he give me back rm 5 by return so the conciliation grab is the best app.. And I just wasted my time reading ur complaint article.. And in this issue firstly its ur fault because u didn't give your correct address and also because the driver won't know that your wife is just did dialysis.. this my feedback as a Passengger part and driver part...

GrabCar / GrabTaxi elmer abaring albasin with plate number vz 0705

We booked our grab from naia terminal 3, Dec. 11, 2017, and Mr. Elmer was the driver who accepted the booking. When he arrived he saw our luggage (which is VERY common if you pick-up someone at the airport.) He didnt ever bother to open the door. rolled down the window and told my companion he cannot accept us because of our luggage, and proceeded to drive off and cancel the booking. This is really unprofessional for making us wait and decline for a ridiculous reason and did not even decline politely or apologized for the inconvenience.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi grab taxi services

Sir,
ON 14th November, I had booked a grab taxi and had received a notification to redeem 2100 points in exchange for a discount of 5 sgd ON my booking fare of 14 SGD from Benkoolen street to Parkway Parade..

I confirmed the same since there was a surge pricing of 14 SGD and boarded the taxi. However when I was dropped off at Parkway parade the driver informed that he had not received any information about the discount from GRAB TAXI.

WHY IS GRAB TAXI CHEATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS? NOT ONLY HAVE I LOST MY 2100 accumulate points but I was lured to take the ride when the fares were on surge pricing, when I felt the discount would compensate, but ended up paying the surge price fare.

WHY IS THERE ON REGULATION BY THE AUTHORITIES ON SUCH CHEATING OF THE PUBLIC?

hi meron lng aq tanong kc my metro is 145 pesos from ospital ng makati to jp rizal constancia plus your 40pesos additional right? but the deiver said my total cost is 215 pesos? how come na naging ganun? late q na nacheck ung grab e kc busy aq then ang bilis nia mag patakbo parang may lakad si kua ang ang sakay nia is Senior citizen.. and then he said na rate q cia bigyan q cia ng star? how come e ung passenger nia sobrang nervous sa pagpapatakbo nia ng taxi... pls paki ayos naman im always using the grab thanks

vios vuj 415 your driver subrang singil sa pamasahe. un nakalagay sa app nyo is 216 nag bumaba na kami sinigil nya kami ng 295 at wala sa metro un. sumakay kami galing san jose bulacan delmonte robins to shangrila chenese restaurant... ganun ba kayo sumingil ng wala sa app nyo... I was expected na un babayaran lang namin is 216. ng yari subra pa sa 216... please do an acction about this or els I will report this to tulfo...

GrabCar / GrabTaxi smoking and cancellations

1) there needs to be a filter for smoking and non smoking cars. I do not want to ride in a car that someone ha smoked in but I don't get a choice. It's gross and inhealthy. All
You would have to do is have the drivers register what they are and then the customer can choose.

2) grab should not allow taxis to be a part of it. I was canceled on by 2 taxis in 5 minutes with Grab when it was raining. The taxis probably got flagged down by someone on the way to pick me up and they would make more money so they canceled. This is very bad service.

incident date is August 20, 2017, I just deleted his text but I screen shot all his text, nag book po ako ng grab papunta po sa tramway pag ka book na pag ka book ko po nag text po ako agad sa kanya na 4th ave po 2nd st. po kuya, kasi po pag nag bobook po talaga kami sa lugar namen is hindi po lumalabas yung mga st. so pag nag bobook po ako talagang 4th avenue lang po talaga kaya nag sasabi po ako sa talaga kung san kami pupuntahan, ngayon po nag text siya na andito n siya ngaun po ang location po kc na naka lagay sa grab is nasa 7th avenue po sya kaya sinabi ko kuya nasa 7th avenue po kayo, tapos sabi ko kuya andito po kami 4th ave 2nd st. maayos po ako ng nkikipag usap sa kanya, pero po pinipilit nya po kasi na booking pin ko daw po is 4th ave corner condero po kaso hindi ko po alam kung san po yung lugar n yun kaya inulit ko sa kanya ulit kuya andito po kami sa 4th avenue 2nd st., ngaun pinilit nya ulit talaga ung pinin ko since nga po may mga kasama ako bata (2kids ko po na 5 yrs old and 2 yrs old lang po) napaka init po sa labas kaya para mas madalian si kuya nag punta kme sa4th ave maria clara sinabi ko po sa kanya ulit yun kasi po pinipilit nya talaga na nag bobook kasi kami mali yung pin so sinabi ko po kay kuya na bakit po yung mga na book na po namen before is pag tinawagan namen at sinabi ko yung location is sinusundo naman kami kuya sabi ko pa po, tapos iba na po yung boses nya galit na po nag tataas n sya ng boses at inulit nya ulit yung binook ko na pin kaya doon talaga sya pupunta na hindi nya po magets na kaya ko na book yun kasi yun lang naman talaga ang lalabas na location po namen, so sinabi ko na lang para hindi na po mag away sige kuya wag na lang po ang salamat na lang po tsaka ko cinancel yung book kasi kawawa n mga anak ko nasa initan na sila tapos po maya maya po nagulat po ako sa text nya sakin na yan na sobrang bastos po. sana po magawa nyo po agad ng aksyon dahil sobrang bastos po ng taong yang hindi po dapat sya nag dridrive ng grab car kung ganyan din po ang ginagawa nya yung mga words na kupal, tanga, adik daw ba ako, ulol ay hindi po tama sa mga ganyan. sobra po akong na trauma sa ginawa nya po kaya parang kahit gusto ko ulit mag book sa grab hindi ko magawa kasi pakiramdam ko babastosin nanaman ako. sana po magawan niyo po ng aksyon yung complaint ko po agad.

Nisakay mi ug Grab taxi sa ako sis going to Tomn toms coffee dool sa Apm mall Cebu From Kasambagan Mabolo Cebu . Ang akong nasakyan nga taxi plate number is AEB4483 ang name sa driver is Giovanni Saducas. Nigikan mi sako sis mga around 12:48am July 31, 2017. Si kuya driver dre sya ni agi sa Mandaue dapit nga naa may mas dool dre sa may bbq boss going to mabolo church nga route . Nakabantay ko na dre sya agi na dapit sa panagdait dapit sa burger king so wala nalang ko ni storya ug pabalik kay busy kau sya ug talking2x sa iyang kauban sa radio nila. So me and my sis wala na mgtingug kay mas layo gyud and impossible kau if wala sya kadumdum naa man moy direction sa mas dool agian. Di man unta traffic but didto man sya mi agi sa layo. So pag abot gi tarung sya ug estorya sako sis na sunod ask if asa nga routa among gustong agian dili kay mgboot2x and mgpabusy2x sya ug pakigtabi sa iyang kauban sa taxi driver through walky talky or unsay tawag ana inyong ginagamit . Ang nakalain lang kay nagbanta diha na nisurok akong dugo . Basin lang gyud gasalig ka kay mga babaye rami puro imong pasahero. Ganahan ba ka naa kay mga relatives or igsoon nga babaye in ana on ug treat same sa imong pg treat dre namo. Question malipay kaya ka?

We ride a grab taxi around 1:12 am July 30, 2017. From kasambagan Mabolo to Apm mall TomN toms coffee. The route that he took is going to Mandaue which is not that traffic during this time. He keep busy talking to His other colleague and just drive the route that he wanted. Whom me and my sister observe that it was far rather than talking the road going to mabolo church then to apm mall. So when we take off from the taxi my sister asked him that next time he must ask what road we prefer to take rather than keep busy talking and just trying ignore. We said it in a nice way but then he Said "tarung mo dae ha" coz the door is kinda push that hard. But it was supposed to be like that to close it well. Wow and still he got a nerve to roam around the area and watching us that looks like he was the one mad and want to hurt us or what . I told the guards at the place coz we are worried and kinda pissed off of what he did . We are girls and he acted like not a man [censor]. So please discipline your drivers. Thanks

I've used the promo code mentioned above to book standard taxi from Safra Toa Payoh to Blk 455 Sin Ming Ave. The total fare was $11 less the promo I'm required to pay only $4 but was charged the full fair as the driver claimed there was no promo.

I used the app yesterday on my way home, the trip is 100php but I used GC75 code so you should only deduct 25php but why did you charge me for another 100php aside from the 25php? I already removed my card on the app! This is [censor]! Don't force me to post this to all the social media sites! Please fix this asap! This isn't the first time, I reported the same thing before but you just ignored it and didn't respond to my emails at all!
