Grabhitch time consuming!

This ride is totally not a pleasant one.
Noted that grab hitch is meant to share but I wasn't being informed that I will be sharing a ride until I got on the car.
This is very u professional.
U Shld make it a point for the Drivers to inform the passengers that it will be a shared ride.
And the distance for the shared ride is out of the way, the usual timing for me to get to my work place is at most 30 mins BUT, becos he gotta drop Off the other passenger at kaki Bukit then head to Changi, the total Travelling time took me an hour to reach my destination.
Which I left hse at 8.30, expecting to reach at 9am.
This is atrocious, and very disappointing.

Grabhitch sl5250 honda stream

SL5250 Honda stream Ramesh Marimuthu accepted my 310pm hitchride for 2people which I set at 2pm.
Around 305 I msg him where we were waiting which he didn't respond.
I msg him twice and no respond. Thinking probably the Hitch GPS wasn't correct we proceeded to go to the place to wait for our hitch. 310 -315pm; I called him whether he was picking us up, he responded Yes, Yes twice on the phone.
Around nearly 330, he called and asked is it 2 of you which I was fuming at that point.
He even told me his car was FULL!
What kind of nonsense driver is this?
I should have seen his ratings was only 3stars...and I chose to believe I wasn't wrong.
Please bar this irresponsible fella from spoiling our National day mood and disallow him from doing this to others ever again.

Grabhitch cancelled booking

We booked for a hitch around 2:06pm at Capitol theatre taxi stand (C13). We waited for 30 mins when he was supposed to arrive at 2:20pm. Texted him but no reply. Waited for awhile more which he then cancelled the ride without informing us beforehand. After cancelling, he didn't even provide us with an explaination. Driver is Ken, driving a Toyota Prius.

Drivers on grab hitch should inform passengers that they are hitching more than one person. If not, it makes no difference to taking a grab share. Especially if I am in a rush, I would not like to be sharing and go on a detour. Drivers should definitely inform us passengers before taking up more passengers. Please rectify this issue. Thank you.
