Grabcar Malaysia the lack of response for my problem!

Hi, I have been submitting my questions regarding my grabpay/ grabwallet.

I am unable to use grabpay and grab wallet and Idk why, I put RM20 in my grab wallet and still the app told me I can't use it. And whatever card I registered with Grab, I couldn't use it. Please just reply me and help me solve this problem as my Rm20 is stuck and sometimes I just really don't have enough cash to take a grab.

Thank you. Hope to hear from you soon.

Note: I have not key in any wrong passcode or whatsoever so this should not be the problem.

Hi, I have been trying to contact Grabcar Malaysia to get them to respond to my problem regarding being unable to use my Grab wallet and Grab pay.

I put RM20 in my Grab wallet and I am still unable to use my money and it's stucked inside. I have tried using alternative cards but I still can't use my Grab pay either.

Soemtimes I just don't have so much cash with me and I want to take a grab and I can't. I am very sure I did not key in any wrong number or code so that shouldn't be the problem.

Thank you. Hope to hear from Grabcar Malaysia regarding my problems soon.

Grabcar Malaysia complaint against grab car plate number wrf7769 - driver mohamad shazamuddin

Last August 14, I booked a grab from KLIA departure going to Golden Peak Inn Bentong. While on our way, the driver borrowed my phone saying that he lost signal and he wanted to check the direction of Golden Peak Inn. I gave my phone but I didn't really notice what he did to it.. Initially the app says the trip will cost me RM177, which is just fine for me. When we reached Golden Peak Inn at around 7pm, I gave the driver RM190.. RM23 in excess of the grab fee as a tip for him. Then he told me that I also need to pay the toll which cost this.. This... This.. And that..in total, amounting to RM270. I initially asked for a receipt of the toll fee but he said none. Feeling tired already from my flight, I just paid the cost he incurred to me and I even gave him RM290 as a tip. When I reached my hotel room, I checked my grab app to see if toll fee is really not included. Note that I was not able to check my phone at the time I need to pay the driver since I already placed my phone inside my bag and I have lots of things to carry for me to take my phone out of my bag so I preferred not to do it anymore. Upon checking the grab app, I was so surprise to see that my trip was actually cancelled! That made me realized what he actually did to my phone when borrowed it during our trip. What he did was to intentionally cancel the trip from my phone to make it appear as if I did not take the trip so that he can charge me double, especially that my destination (Bentong) is too far and he will not have any passenger going back to Kuala Lumpur. Note that this is my first time to use grab in Malaysia and it was so unfortunate that I experienced this with Grab driver Mohamad. He even gave me his number so that he said I may call him if I am about to go hone and go to the airport. But with what he did, how can I trust him again? Please take necessary actions with drivers like this. Espeecially to a tourist like me, you should not let this kind of attitude of the driver affect the image of Malaysian in general.

It took me several days before I was able to sent a complaint since I was very busy the past days.

For your info, this is the number Mohamad gave me: [protected]. Maybe you can check with your system what time the trip was cancelled. This way you can say that I actually did took the trip with the time difference I booked and the time he cancelled it.

Hope to receive feedback from you regarding my complaint about the said driver.

Thank you.

Regards,
Abegail

Grabcar Malaysia drive being too rude

It was a very unpleasant experience i have ever had with Grab. The driver was detour and not willing to drop me at where supposed to be, and he cancelled the trip booking and asked to send me back to pick up point, by refusing taking money. So I just got off and after that he went to a crowed public place, a bar where I was, shouted to me and asked for money, accusing me not paying the fare ... I felt frightened, it is totally unacceptable, i hope Grab will take necessary action and update me on this, or I will make police report and make this viral

Grabcar Malaysia grab driver protection

As a Grab Driver, Grab is really unfair to those who help they earn their everyday income. When a passenger complaint to grab that the driver did anything, should'nt the grab company check first or call up the passenger or driver to confirm is it real instead of direct banned the driver account? It's really waste time to let those driver to get into grab office again to activate back the account to get some income with grab when the complaint is fake! Hope that the Grab company will look into this problem. Thanks.

Grabcar Malaysia grab company never follow sop. simply ban their drivers for no reasons.

I am really dissapointed with Grab Malaysia. The new government have to do something about this. Many drivers out there struggling driving day and earning their livings. But when grab receive complain from their customers this poor driver will be banned. Grab dont care this driver need to pay car installment, how they going to support their family. Never the grab owner taught if he is in the shoe of this driver. Uber never did this to their drivers. Grab is really cruel...no mercy to the drivers.Grab has to change their SOP bcoz they themselves dont follow SOP. Grab has to think they are making money bcoz their drivers. Just bcoz Grab dont hv competitor like Uber now so they can purnish their drivers for small reasons.

Grabcar Malaysia reporting a driver

I called Grab for myself and 3 other friends of mine. She was stuck in traffic for a long time while we were paying the bills for our drinks. There was a complication with the billing process, and we had to wait quite a while to pay, and the driver had arrived by then. She had to wait a few minutes, and we got im the car and she was very agitated for us being late. Then she demanded 2 extra ringgit from us for making her wait, and I apologized and agreed to it.
The driver then got mad at us for not being specific with our drop off points. I set the drop off points at a mall few meters away from the person's house because I didnt know his address.
After the first drop off, i asked the driver to drop off my other friend at a school on the way to our next drop off point, and through through the ride she kept complaining that we were not using grab properly.

All of us apologized repeatedly and were very patient with her. She dropped off my friend, and then she parked the car and started complaining to me and my other friend about our unacceptable ways with Grab - how some of our drop off points are different direction and she has to U turn. She then refused to drive us to our destinations, demanded us to pay the rest of the fee with extra 2 ringgit, and told us to leave the car.

It was 11PM at night, and all of us are students. I couldnt get hold of another Grab for a while, so my friend had to walk me to my house, and then i managed to book him another Grab to send him home.

Grabcar Malaysia I want to complain about a driver "lee kwan sang" vaa7463

I ordered a Grab taxi today, 18 August 2018, at 4:00 pm as per Kuala Lumpur time to go from Mid Valley in Kuala Lumpur to Sungei Besi. I got the driver "Lee Kwan Sang" VAA7463 selected. After long waiting, nearly 20 minutes, he called me and said that he passed by me, but he could not see me. He started asking me to go here and there to see me and pick me up. After all this hard work, I told him that I would like to cancel the booking because we are not able to meet for a pick up, so he got upset, cursed me, and said "[censored] YOU". I am wondering whether this attitude is acceptable at a great and well-known corporate like Grab.
My name is: Omar Alshekhli. You can reach me on: [protected].

Thank you

Grabcar Malaysia no non toll road option

At 5pm today 17 August, a Grab driver wanted to use toll road from Senai airport to JB town. The passenger refused.

A phone call was made to Grab call centre and the lady minding the phone told the passenger that the grab driver uses the shortest and fastest way possible including toll roads and the passenger must pay.

As per the rules, passengers have a right to choose.

Which is correct?

Grabcar Malaysia mischarge for 2km ride

Dear Grab,

I order a grab car yesterday 13/08/18, around 5.30pm at Batu 11 Cheras MRT station to
Honda Imavest Sdn Bhd, address
4161, 4162 & 4163, Jalan Besar, Bandar Sungai Long, 43000 Kajang.

If we use the google Maps the location between the 2 location just 2 KM away and it will take around 5-10 Mins to arrive.

Problem is the grab waze map show the correct location but direct the driver to another different loaction, luckily I notice something wrong on the way to the loaction i want and the most nonsense is the charges for 2 KM distance you charge me RM41 . That is too much.

Please give me an explanation and a good solution what is Grab Malaysia going to do for this issue.

Hope to hear from you ASAP.

Grabcar Malaysia gangsterism among grab drivers

I was waiting for a relative of mine who was staying at Karambunai and I stopped my car at the roadside near the guard house. I was confronted by a man, who I later confirmed that he's a grab driver. The man chased me away and I was frightened. So I went to the other side to wait for my relative. There, I met with a security guard and he told me that there are literally 2 'groups' of grab drivers at karambunai resort. Hence, I'm requesting that your company should look into this matter, whether or not the 'groups of drivers' are registered and permitted to do so at the resort. This situation would just embarrass our country as Karambunai is a place where mostly foreigners would stay during their visit to our country! They would think that Malaysians are very rude! Thank you very much.

Grabcar Malaysia not giving utmost priority to the safety of passengers and other road users

Date: 6 August 2018
Time: 18:06:50
Location: Taman Shamelin Perkasa
Registration no.: Unidentified
Model: New Saga, White colour

I witnessed a car with grab stickers took an illegal uturn at road divider near traffic light at Petron Taman Shamelin Perkasa. Please refer to the video for proof. Unluckily the video cannot captured the car registration number but hopefully Grab company should take action on this kind of drivers.

This could lead to an accident and this attitude should not be done by a grab drivers. It could have put the passengers' safety and other road users' in danger!

Grabcar Malaysia wrong drop off point where the address appointed is different from the exact location

Issued driver: tiong khai hong
Passenger: yeejie teoh
Booking code: adr-[protected]-4-005
Pick up location : penang airport
Drop off location: jalan datuk haji ahmad badawi, kepala batas.
Charges: rm38 (with add on 1 drop off location at man cafe, permatang pauh)

Fyi, the drop off location navigated by the map in grab apps is totally different from the exact location as set. The navigation shown is located somewhere around jalan bagan luar (butterworth area) but the exact location is still about 20 mins away.
The driver have to drop me at the wrong navigated location and I still need to call up a new grab to continue my journey back to my home.
* I did asked the driver to pick me up for the new grab booking in order to bring me back to the exact location as set before but he told me that he can't do that.

After the drop off, I have to walked from jalan bagan luar to kg benggali (about 2km) then only success to get a new grab. Fyi, it's 10pm at that time. Before succeed to get the new grab, there are few drivers cancelled my booking without any explanation. These all make me so frustrated by walking in the late night alone.

Hope grabcar malaysia can give me compensation for the consequences of extra charges had been paid and unwanted inconveniences caused due to the wrong location navigated. If not, I need explanation on:

1) wrong drop off location navigated
2) why can't the same driver pick me for the new grab order?

Grabcar Malaysia driver service

This grab driver being so rude to me. im so pissed, he texted me saying that he is at the location that i put. then i look at the grab apps. his car is not arriving yet. the apps itself showed me that ‘he is arriving' not arrived. so i told him im at the guard house. he blamed me saying that im the one who put the wrong location. i said no, im always go to work using this location. he must be at the wrong place. i will show you the screenshot. then i walk outside of my house area and saw his car waiting at the side of the road. i entered his car and show it to him, here look at this. i thought you are stuck in traffic. then he said why i didnt look for him. why i didnt texted him and all. i said this is the first time, grab driver wait for me outside of the road. this is a rapid stop, not a car stop. i pay for his service, it is not free. he should admit his fault, not blaming me. i have proof.
