GrabCar / GrabTaxi cancellation of booking

It was my fault that i put at a different location but i managed to call him & give him the exact location. He agreed to it but because he couldn't find us, he insisted to cancel the booking. What made me mad was that he told us to cancel coz it was messy & crowded plus he couldn't find us when were the ones who were supposed to find him at the location but after the booking had been cancelled, he made another round at the same area & took another passenger.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi service

No exact change. Bill was 159php, gave 200php. He said he got no change. Made me approach nearby shops to have my bill broken but to no avail. Tell me, how possible was that? I left the cab on my dismay leaving him 200php. I posted the preview of our transaction sent via email. This guy doesn't deserve any star on their survey at all. This is the first time I got disappointed by Grab.

She mentioned in the text that she already reached, but i have waited at the destination for 10 mins and see from GPS in the Grab app she is not even at my place yet. Yet, she cancelled the booking for no reason. If she does not want to pick me up in the first place don't take my order because of her irresponsible i was late for my meeting. Very irresponsible driver.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi experienced an extremely bad service from driver

Grab driver plate no. SGV876R canceled my ride upon arriving, claimed I took long to come down, when the fact is he parked his vehicle beside the stipulated block, (760219) instead of under the carpark of the block. Due to his cancel my $5 promo code was therefore not activated, and I have to pay a full fare of $6 when i am entitled to the promo and has not in anyway done wrong. Driver also was feisty and argued with me when i got in his car. Took a longer route than usual in arriving to my location too.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi taxi fare

I booked a grab taxi at about 8.30 this morning from blk 417 bedok north ave 2 (My residence) going to simpang bedok. The estimated fare indicated a sum of $9.00 to $14.00. The vehicle was a toyota and the driver's name is saman jamari (I think). I told him that this is the first time I am taking grab taxi. When we arrived at the destination, the driver took out a device, pressed a few keys and showed me the fare was $22.00... ! I was shocked beyond belief. When I asked why the fare was so high, he told me that was the going rate. The normal taxi fare would only be around $7.00 to $10.00. It is a total rip—off!

I booked taxi using nobookfee promotion... taxi driver apparently did not apply discount manually.

I called grabtaxi, whose own receipt to me didn't match the driver s..

Grabtaxi took the side of the driver's cerbal story over the documentary proof (ie, receipt) that I had.

So I am posting on as many fora as possible about grabtaxi's anti-consumer attitudes. . Hopefully cause at least 100-1000x mee damage to Grab than the $3.5 I lost..

GrabCar / GrabTaxi picky grab drivers

It has been very difficult to get a grabcar nowadays, sometimes with drivers cancelling my 230AM trip back home from harbourfront. Funny thing is, they took my booking when I am riding home alone. But they rejected when I have to drop my wife off at another venue first which I understand, an additional $5 charge. Drivers nowadays are picky and say the price is unreasonable. Totally absurd.

i m a passenger from Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, i m not happy with the service of Nissan Almera 9495, which brought us from ss2 ambank to university malaya at 1.05pm-1.23pm.
Drove very dangerously, almost accident 3 times, scolded us for not sitting properly, and very impolite towards us . i felt very angered and questioned whether grabcar drivers are suppose to be like this? truly disappointed as i m a big fan of grabcar where MOST of the drivers are polite, i would like to give that nissan almera 9495 driver a ZERO STAR because i dont think he is even qualified for 1 Star . I hope you please do something about this or else future passengers may think twice whether wan to use grabcar or Uber. THANK YOU

GrabCar / GrabTaxi rude driver didn't pick me up because I had a promo code

I booked for a grabcar this morning before 5am and I used the promo code NIGHTSHIFT. it worked and someone accepted my booking. However, at 5am, from the pin I saw that my driver already arrived at the destination, then he called me and said that he's in a different location and dropped the call then cancelled the booking. I think he did that because he knows that the NIGHTSHIFT promo code ends at 5am. I booked for a grabcar because I was in a rush. My shift at work starts at 6am. Instead of having convenience, I only experienced stress. This has been going on every single time I book a grabcar using a promo code. Your drivers seem rude and they are choosy. It takes about 15 minutes or more before someone accepts my booking. I have never experienced anything like this with Uber. Your drivers are way too rude, seriously. Even my coworkers have complaints about your drivers but you don't do anything about it. How great.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi customer service

On 25 April 2016, I took a Grab car from my work place to my house.
Unfortunately I drop a bunch of my office and house key inside the grabcar that I took. I call the customer service seeking for a help assist. The best part is, they give me the driver contact detail for me to liaise with him by myself. I message him and he told me that he already drop my keys at his "sin ming lane Grabcar Hq".

Fast Forward...

As time goes by. I had to much assignment and even business trips. I knew my keys are in good hands with the friendly customer service officer that your saw on t.v advertisement ( not actually).

I went to the Sin ming lane grabcar so called Hq. waited almost an hour for my queue Number to call. I was been accompany by "drivers" exiting and new joining. I don't care actually as I need my things and off we go...

But its not my day as the customer service officer at the counter told me that my key they already send to police station. As their company S.O.P they don't keep more than 1 month for lost item. Ok I agreed with that. when I told him so can you advise which Police station I need to go. He told me maybe Ang mo kio or Maybe Bishan. What the hell are you thinking do you thing this is treasure hunt game of finding my keys.

I told him have your s.o.p stated person who send the lost item or where the item is? inform customer/passenger that more than 1 month item will be handed to police station?

That day will be my last day using your service.

1. When the driver arrived to pick me up the meter was already running. I asked why it was so, the driver said that is how grab works! I said no, and that what he's doing is wrong. He says it's what he's been doing for months since he's been driving with grab. He says the minute he accepts a transaction he considers the drive en route to pickup the passenger as the flag down. I demanded that he reset the meter.

2. My encoded destination is different from what I booked. I put in sm ayala in makati but it showed different in my receipt and when I asked the driver to use waze going to sm it gave different directions.

3. The driver didn't want to use waze in the first place because he says he knows the way anyway. I told him that the app will show the best possible route with traffic conditions considered. That's when I found out we were being directed to a different destination.

4. The driver kept checking his phone while driving which he placed between his legs so he was constantly stooping and checking the road. Was really unsafe.

5. This is my worst experience with the service so far. I hope you address this asap. I was really pissed with the driver I got. I was told that drivers are screened before they could use the app.

There is a promo code "HitchFriends". At 5.30pm, I booked for a GrabCar to arrive at Woodlands at 11.30pm. However, there was still no booking. After which at 10pm, i cancelled the booking. At 11pm, i tried to get a HitchGrabCar an tried 4 times at every 10 minutes interval. Even at 11.50pm, there was still no driver accepting my request. At the end of the day, i didn't get a GrabCar at all and had to flag down for a taxi.

I am writing to bring into light the fraud misuse of my debit card by grabcar singapore

I appended my card details to my iphone grab application to make my taxi travel convenient only to be misused later by grab car employees.

Grab has robbed me of close to sgd 500 in past 3 - weeks.

I would urge everyone to think twice before providing their card/account details to portals like grab car singapore.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi racial attack and harassment by taxi driver

I took a taxi from bangsar village to lorong kemaris 1 on the 30th july, 2016 at 2.30pm. The taxi driver name is siamat bin selamat and the taxi number is hba9665. The guy drove recklessly and realizing that we are foreigner he kept on saying horrible things about immigrants. He seemed extremely violent and after he dropped me in front of my house he asked me to close his backdala of the taxi. I had a lot of grocery with me, so I asked him to close it himself. Then he became extremely violent and threaten me saying "stupid people, I will kick you out of the country" and so many horrible slang that I can't even speak about. I ran to my house and closed the door but he kept on shouting bad things there. He left once I called my guard from the guard house.

I feel very insecure and scared because of this experience and hope that you will take some action against him. I am a foreigner living here and I have to take taxi everyday. If this is how I am treated everyday it will be impossible for me to stay in malaysia safely.

I took the economy car (16 july 2016) , I was with my family. My sister had to go for lesson so the place we put was the tuition center but as my house was nearby I asked the driver to let us drop first. But I did not that 1 stop is counted a 2 destination and is charged at $5 per stop. The driver did not tell us anything about it too only after that then he charged my sister. I think it is very irresponsible to not tell us as I won't have stop if it was charged at $5. It is overly expensive. I think grabcar should state the charges more clearly next time. Thank you.

GrabCar / GrabTaxi cancellation of our booking after we waited for several minutes without any message or informing us

I would like to share my frustrations about these drivers who accepts our request booking and eventually cancels it after several minutes of waiting. The most recent is our experience with Jacinto Turingan with a plate number AVA 2527. When he accepts the booking, he is about 5mins away from the pick up place. After more than 5mins of waiting, we noticed that he's not moving in his current location. So we decided to send him a text message and ask where he is now? But to my dismay, aside from no any reply, he cancel our booking. I don't know whatever reason he has, but the fact he didnt give any feedback to us and he just denied/cancelled our booking after we waited. So much disappointed. I hope you can do something about these kind of drivers. Attached here is the screenshot of his booking information.

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to feedback regarding this particular driver name Chan Tiam Heng who drive a grabcar with a plate no SGM 8628K.

On 1st June 2016 at abt 10.11am, ive booked a grabcar and this person received a booking from me. Booking ID: ADR-[protected].

Ive understand that once the driver have reached the pick up location, he will send the message that he have already reached the pick up location. The driver did called me and told me that he has already reached my block while i was in the lift to come down. While we were on the phone, he told me that if im not coming down, he will cancel my booking and he will take other passangers which he had waited for me less than 1 min for me to reach at pick up point. I told him that ive already in the lift. When i get into the car, i was told that if im not happy, i can get out of the car because other passanger also trying to book the grabcar. And im carrying my 5 months old baby with me. How can such driver telling the passanger off. What kind of service is that. When he told me off, i look at him and i just drop out of ther car.

I hope the company will take action against his service. Its not fair for other passangers if he continue to give such service.

Don’t buy form this dishonest seller. I have ordered Football Pro set from www.grabcart.com. I didn’t get the order, but I purchased it 3 months ago already. The seller sent me only fake details of the purchase. Also, the contact details were fakes and the seller hasn’t replied. I am very upset and I want someone to stop this company. Someone should close this website and their scamming business.

Below is the cheating incentives of grabcar to all drivers and peers because with this very small incentives it will eventually destroy your car so if you have brains then analyze the incentive and see that you will not earn any here at all but just ending up destroying your cars' message from grabcar via email to all peers ho, ho, ho, grabcar peers! We're getting busier this holiday season! We're giving a bonus for rush hour rides on top of the usual incentives! Read more below! Driving part-time? No worries!
