Grab overcharge fare

Hi

I would like to file a complaint about my grab driver last May 30. The moment we entered his taxi, he already asking to double our fare since our destination is outside Manila. I refused and asked him to just cancel my booking. He told me that he don't know how to. Then he said to just pay 500pesos. I agreed since I want to be in the church early.

During the trip, he always complain about the traffic.

Then today, I saw that he charged me 550 pesos instead of the agreed fare of 500 pesos. How will I refund the extra charges since I paid through my credit card?

Grab route

Please ko seminar balik ani niya..nakiglalis siya nako nga wala man tay sayop..my route is from andoks mabolo to purok 8 camputhaw.. in my route naay duha ka agianan. Pwede mo agi sa ayala or sa IPI-Tesda which is same lang jud og way kay mo gawas ra sa parklane.. pero nag yawyaw na siya pag tell nako nga "sa IPI-tesda ta agi sir kay naa ko i drop sa IPI along the way ra jud sir dili ta mo agi og lain lane same lang agianan or gawasan parklane lang"" pero ga yawyaw na siya, pag drop na na sa IPI instead molahos para doolna lang pa parklane ni balik noon og agi para sa ayala siya agi.. sos walay juy initiative drivera oi.. please ko seminar ana niya.. wala ko nag salig nga pasajero it just that im in the right track man gud.. dili kablo mag huna huna...in fact before gi accept niya ang booking nag note nako daan.. wala baya siya kaila sa iyang ma pasajero. Si di dapat mag yaw yaw mag huna huna siya daan before makiglalis

Grab car driver

June 1, 2018 around past 10pm, I booked a grabcar driver going home from 17 Hamburg, Merville Paranaque City. Luckily, I've been abale to get a driver named, Joselito Ango Cena with a plate number ABG 9988 using a Mitsubishi Mirage car asap. However, during the time that I was waiting for the said driver, he sent a message to tell me to cancel the book since my pick up point is 6.6 KM away from his destination. I've told him to cancel it since he's the one who grabbed it. He then replied and said that the minimum is at least 1.7KM to think that he's coming from SM Bicutan and knowing the pick up point is farther from his current destination and its's unfair to him as well as the gasoline. After that moment, the App gets updated to "In transit", looks like he press picked up which ends to cancelling the book. Good thing I've booked another driver and got home safely.

Please take an action on this [censored] grab driver.

Grab grab car services

I was been grab car from 4pm til 6pm but none of any drivers accepts the ride. Where are all the grab car services? Last time we still have uber to ride if we cant find a grab but now just grab. And the promos code also need to use card, cant use cash? What happen to the grab car services? The services are getting down. Please improve your system if u still want us guests to continue support grab car. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Grab service

By far the worst experience i had with grabhitch. The driver was late about 15 mins and I could still accept it. He told me he was fetching another passenger and he would drop me off first. I told him i needed to reach home as soon as possible as i needed to break fast. While he was driving and making his way to the east area, surprisingly, he turned to bedok area without even informing me and out of no way he dropped another passenger first . Even the Chinese passenger was so clueness why he did not drop me first as she understood that I need to rush to break fast . I explained to him the reason why I took the grab was because I need to be home on time . If I knew that he acted ignorant after he promised to drop me first I rather take the public transport home. He replied with sarcastic manner and said I should have taken grab car instead. He still had the cheek to ask if i have a boyfriend.

Grab complaint against a grab driver. singapore.

As I'm driving along Bedok North Street 3, I noticed this particular Grab driver of SJJ6678J is using his phone while driving on the extreme right lane at a very very slow speed, he's basically road hogging and using the phone with one hand at the same time.
As I need to Turn Right at the junction ahead, I slowed down n filter to the right lane, going behind this mentioned car SJJ6678J. I high beamed him to alert him of the inconvenience he's causing to the car behind him, which is myself. But to no avail. He's still traveling at a very very slow speed.
After making the right turn, I kept to the right lane while he's on the left. After 5-10metres of travelling, I over took him as I need to Turn Left into the carpark. Shortly after, this said car SJJ6678J starts to tailgate me very closely and followed me all the way to my destination.
As I reached my destination, I reversed my car into the parking lot BUT to have this said car SJJ6678J immediately cut n slot his car into the parking lot, head on, in an inappropriate way behind my reversing car.
Upon confrontation of the driver of the said car SJJ6678J, the driver replied he's staying there and he wanna park his car and asked if there's a problem with that? Shortly after, he asked me why did I high beamed him?
Eventually, I drove off and find another parking lot somewhere else.
May I know if this's acceptable of his behaviour?

Grab driver

I was walking by Solaris Mont Kiara, Malaysia at approximately 5.00pm on 27th May, 2018. I saw a GrabCar driver pushing and picking a fight with a 13 year old passenger. It turned out that the GrabCar driver got aggravated just beacause the 13 year old boy had close d the door a little too hard. As a father of a daughter, I am now too afraid to allow my daughter to ride Grab due to the tempermental drivers.

Grab grab share

Driver insisted that his car... a sedan wouldnt fit the roads. Why do you accept such unprofessional drivers? Grab was supposed to provide better service than taxi drivers and that is precisely why we pay a premium. If you are going to accept such drivers then you are no different from them. I just wish your service would not deteriorate in your attempt to expand that you would accept just about anyone who can drive a car.

Grab cancellation of ride

Grab drivers are cancelling rides after 5 minutes of booking. Reason I heard is during peak hours within their district are giving extra bonus.
That's fine, but they should not accept the booking. I had 4 bookings cancelled today after 5 to 10 minutes of accepting the booking.
Previously there were penalties for canceling but now we passenger are at lost.

Grab justgrab extremely rude driver

So i boarded JustGrab that morning at 7.35 am, and told the driver to go by AYE and then MCE, because this route is always the quickest and lesser traffic to reach my location.

The driver did not respond, so I ignored too, thinking the driver knows his way.

After the first traffic light, he got lost at the neighbourhood area, so I said "why dont you use google map?" He then turned the google map on.

I turned on mine as well on my end. The map says turn left TWICE, he REFUSED. Until we came to an end junction, the GPS said to turn right after calculating the route.

So in order not to make a wrong move again, i told the driver to turn right.

He shouted back at me and said" SHOULDNT IT BE LEFT TURN ?!"

I replied" if it was a left turn, it was just now that you should have turned. Not now".

He said " BUT TURN LEFT IS AYE ! ISNT THAT WHAT YOU WANTED?"

Me: "yes. But we missed 2 LEFT TURNS. Now cannot turn left anymore."

He continued shouting and pointing his fingers to say I am disrupting his driving and threatened to not take me to my location.

In the midst of the argument, he told me to keep my mouth shut.

Hence, I will lodge a complain and pursue this matter.

Grab dangerous driver

Few days ago, I was on my way to a restaurant, and I had an car accident with a grabcar driver who illegally parked the car at the roadside and banged my car. I have chased after him after the incident and I'm able to get his details. However, he refused to to take the responsibility (not replying my text and didn't answer my call). Therefore, I hope the organisation will investigate such irresponsible and dangerous driver (break the law) which might be very dangerous for the future customers. The reason I'm writing this is hope that there will be no victims like me in the future

Grab fare overcharging of driver.

I booked a grabcar from taytay and drop off point at molino 3 bacoor cavite. The driver's name who accepted the booking is Julius Capistrano Balagot. He then sunddenly cancelled the booking yet he still picked up us at the location. The fare that appears on the grab app is 692.00 but he insisted that the fare should be 1, 300 pesos because he reasoned out that we came from outside of metro manila. He will just used the grab app only to pick up passengers and then he will overcharge the fare. This is too unfair! This should have a legal action. Most of the grab drivers are too opportunist. This is too much! Many passengers are always victimized by the deceived drivers!

Grab driver was rude

I waited for Almost or less than 30 minutes. I texted and called the driver. He rejects my calls. And asked me to cancel it because he was still finishing up his coffee. I have all the screenshots for our conversation. The driver was so rude.

I will translate our conversation in english.
Me: where are you now?
Driver: just a minute im just finishing my coffee
Me: what? Please cancel my booking
Driver: you cancel the booking. Thank you
Me: why would I be the one cancelling it?
Driver: *no reply

Grab grab car

It was around noon on the 12th of May of this year when a grab driver cancelled my booking on Grab. I booked the car from Taft avenue (McDonald's)to katipunan Avenue. The name of the driver is Glenn Michael Juan Alahambra with car plate number VQ 1573.

My intent is to complain against the unlawful Cancellation of my booking.

You're assistance in this matter is much appreciated.

Grab the driver cancel the booking out of sudden

This is to complain about a grab taxi driver, Muhammad Amirul Asyraf with plate no. WB1862F - Perodua Myvi (Purple) who I am very sure cancelled the booking while I was already waiting for him around half & hour. I was in a rush so I decided to keep waiting for him to come over which he already was around my place area. Suddenly he cancel my booking without any notice & i have to searching for new ride which takes me like 1 hour. Now it seems like your service are getting poor, slow & not efficient at all. Seriously I'm so pissed off with your service!

Grab grab

This is to complain about a grab taxi driver, Arnold Olido with plate no. FGJ 636 who I am very sure cancelled the booking while I was already in front of him to take someone else. I was in a rush so I decided to go to where he was supposedly, which was around the corner of my condo building. When I founs my grab taxi rode, there were a number of guya which maletas talking to him and I was wondering why because it was definitely my ride when I doubledchecked the license plate. I decided to wait assuminh he wouls inform them that he was a grabdriver and was waiting for me (it happens a lot to me) but I was shocked that they started putting the maletas at the back of the taxi and when I told the driver that I was his ride. He told me he cancelled long ago while looking briefly on his phone and and pressing it. It was only then that I got the cancellation. Now, he was just 5 min away. So it was very fishy to me. I was too much in a rush to really start an argument on whether it was the faulty system or him making a side contract so I left immediately. But I have to say that definitely wasted my time waiting for him and was late to my appointment when I could have just caught a jeep and gotten to my appointment earlier.

Grab driver of honda city with plate number of du 6275

This is to complain this driver named Jose Frederick Soriano, driver of a Honda City with plate number DU 6274. I called him to ask where he was because he was not there on my pick up location. According to him, he went, on his personal discretion to another pick up "assuming" that I am there. I didn't hang the phone immediately after the conversation then I heared him saying "putang ina. Mali naman kasi." It was so rude to say bad words over the phone. Please make a move about this.

Grab dangerous driving.

Hi,
I was driving KJExpress way this afternoon around 4 pm.
One Grab Taxi tried to cut in in front of my car few times and very near almost hit my car.
The number of the car is RD 6142A.
I heard many dangerous driver case about Grab taxi and I myself experienced it today.
What kind of safety training Grab provides to own driver.
I want Grab to investigate this case and reply to me the result of the investigation.
I will report police if no reply from Grab.

Grab drivers was so rude and charge me additional fee

I would like to complaint that the drivers who called wan abdullah bin haron and his taxi number is SHC4847L was so rude and he was a smrt taxi driver. Today i booked the grab car by your apps i'm going to the place where nearby bradell mrt station from blk251 compassvale street. First, when he saw that i bringing few luggage and he even don't trying to help me just sitting on his car. Is this the one of the smrt taxi customer service? Beside that, he don't help me to open the car boots and let me opened by myself. When we reached bradell mrt and he said "EH...WHICH PART?" When i've reached, he still sitting on his car never try to helping me open the car boots or say any thank you to me. Other than that, when i booked the grab car i see the price on the apps was 13 dollars but at the end i paid 18dollars. I never seen any of the extra erp fee on our road. I hope you can update me as fast as possible about this issue.

Grab driver

Today morning I did booked grab from my house to malacca sentral. I did get a driver with car registration number JLV7648. Driver did pick up me at my house, unfortunately inside his car, grab driver asking me to cancelled my booking to avoid comission deduct through his grab acc. My concern here I as a grab passenger should get my point once I take a grab. However your driver force me to cancell my booking, so I need to refund back my point due to I alread paid RM 27 to your driver. Do monitor this driver to avoid this thing happened again to other customer. Tq
