Grab request for extra charges

Grabcar is supposed to be cheaper than registered taxi that is what made Grabcar special and the fare is calcated based on the distance calculated by d app. Upon entering the car, he requested for extra instead of following the calculated fare. So what difference does it differ compared to a normal taxi ride? This is fraud! When I refuse to pay more, he straightaway denied my ride and cancelled my order. Please reprimand this kind of driver before grabcar loses more customer because of these bad drivers.

Grab akj 1559- driver so rude!!!

11/11/2017- Driver Was So RUDE!
-Ordered the grab car from Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur for my guest to Bukit Tinggi at approximately @ 1604hrs.
-Driver called and said our area traffic congested and he waited so long in jam and his start raise his voice.
-Arrived to pick up point Cosmo Hotel KL he was shouting to my staff in front of the foreigner guest and he just said he waited so long and just drive away and hit my staff shoes.
-Due to this incident our guest became so scared to used grab and refused to take grab service anymore.
-After that he called again and said to my staff Mr Fizri (+[protected]) and said if you not satisfied come and we have a fight. This is the way the driver should treat us?
-I really need your feed back on this driver. If he really have a mental problem please don't be a grab driver as now it's really looked bad on your brand. I'm waiting for your reply regards to this matter. Please take some action for this stupid driver. Don't let his ruined your brand with his ridiculous attitude.

Grab payment method

I paid my travel fees as cash. Even though I have applied my payment method is debit card. The grabcar driver phones showing was cash it was not shown my credit/debit card payment method. What is wrong with your apps system this days? I ended up paid RM 33 by bank transfer to her bank account. It cause me such inconvenience which I dont have small changes back there and either grabcar driver doesnt have small change. Please follow up this incidents. I hope I wont face this problem again. Thank you.

Grab promo code

My name is jannah.. I would like to enquirers regarding the promo code.. Every time I get the promo code I can't use it as it stated that fully use.. As u giys can check that I mostly everyday mon to fri book a grab.. From my work place to my kids school.. And from their school to my house.. What kind of services is this.. As I almots evryday book a grab and I can't even use my promo code.. And times I didn't get any promo.. It can be say that im a regular customer that always book a grab.. Pls look into this matter..

Grab driver service

Booked grabshare at 6.30am for PHP437, I used by reward points and get 50 off. drop off of 1st passenger is uptown bgc. asked the driver to use expressway to avoid further delay but he insisted on taking service as he has already taken the route to servixe road. didnt bother asking me in the first place only the 1st passenger. and I have to travel around taguig for almost 2 hours! im paying almost 500 pesos to get this kind of crappy service!

Grab rude and unethical behavior of the driver

On November 5, 2017 at 7:41pm we were in the area of SM megamall at the booking station of Grab service, I was using the app for the first time in that area and I am not really familiar with the street names. So we ask from the nearby people from the grab station booth to give us the name of the area we are in so we can book a car. Upon booking I didn't know that I was given the wrong location where we are at. So when the driver is at the location given, which is one block away, I approached the people again in the grab station booth to ask if I was given the correct location, they said that it was wrong and they instructed me to just cancel the booking because we had given the wrong location for pick-up. So I press cancel. Then the driver (Marlon Lazaro Binasoy) of the car (mitsubishi adventure red) with plate number - NS 7348 started to call and using foul Languages shouting, ranting that why we did cancel after he had already arrived at the location, as I tried to explain that we really want to take the ride but unfortunately I was given the wrong location. And that we are in a different pick-up location. He keep on shouting and saying foul languages not listening to what I was explaining. Then sent a text message to me also in foul words "Gago ka" using his number [protected]. I'd like to report his unethical behavior, that it is not proper to talk to customers that way. Even if we made the mistake of putting the wrong location as I was explaining that I am not familiar with the area. I was willing to pay for the inconvenience that caused him but with his unethical behavior I have to make this report so that he will be taught to respect customers and also make considerations for people like me who are not yet that familiar in the service. I just want this driver reprimanded for his behavior, and for him to treat customers like me who uses the service with courtesy, because even though I was explaining to him on the call that we made the mistake on the location, that I am willing to take the ride, but he kept on ranting and yelling foul languages. I am hoping that this incident of bad behavior from Mr. Marlon Lazaro Binasoy doesn't happen again to anybody, especially the riding customers.

Grab unethical behaviour

Around 6:30 am this 10/26/2017 I book a grab from ortigas to picadilly in BGC. As I arrived to my drop off location I gave him my 500 pesos. I cant believe na meron palang ganung driver. Pinalo nya yung manubela at nagdabog kasi wala daw akong barya. Take note (Nagvavape si manong habang nagbyabyahe kame at paubo ubo pa. (Kadiri)

Me: Manong eto po bayad.
Grab: Akin na. Pambihira ka naman wala akong panukli sayo.

Iniaabot yung 150 pesos sakin at yun na yung sukli daw pero di ko tinanggap.

Me: Wala akong ibang pera suklian nyo ako.
Grab: Tshhhh. Pambirang byahe naman to! (sabay dabog sa manubela nya.)

Ibaba mo ako sa 7/11 muna magpapabarya ako. umikot ka muna. Pagbalik nya pinasobrahan ko nalang ng 20 pampalubag loob pero sana di sya nagdadabog kasi matanda na sya kung nagkataon na sira ulo ako sinasapak ko nalang sya muna tapos dodoblehin ko nalang bayad ko. Dapat lagi silang may panukli kasi di lahat ng sasakay mayaman.

Grab drop at the undesignated location

I want to complaint this driver with vehicle plate no. BLW 1626 (Tee Siong Beng) who dropped me at the undesignated location.
My destination I have input is KTM Seri Setia but he dropped me at KTM Setia Jaya.
Furthermore, he doesnt dropped me at the door step as well & I need to walk some distance to the KTM.
Is it so bad experience come across for this type irresponsible driver.

Grab driver service

I would be complaining about this driver, from grab company. I am also here because I wasn't given a satisfied answer from grab service. He was arguing with me because I wasn't at my pick up location when he was there. He was really rude and he told me "what do you mean I'm not here when I was here just now but you weren't here" I was merely late for a minute. That answer came because I replied the message on grab app "I don't see you?" I mean what kind of service is this and when I tried explaining that I went down immediately after I saw the message that he is here. He told me that there is no point arguing and he doesn't want to argue with me. When I told him that "it's not that I want to argue with you, but it's like it's unfair to me" then he kept on saying what no point arguing etc. Grab is unable to give me a satisfactory answer; I hope you all can as it is really an unpleasant incident and I am very upset with the service I have received from them. I want a satisfactory answer, not an answer saying "we will educate the driver, we will send him a warning". This doesn't concern me? Who is going to care about my feelings? Who is going to be responsible for whatever I went through?

Grab my email add has been used by an unknown person

I want to report a fraud. I have never registered for grab car in malaysia but received a confirmation email yesterday 15/10/2017. I have been in Australia since July this year. I also received an email yesterday that someone took a ride in Johor, malaysia at about 2300 using my email add as ID and was charged RM15. Please look into this ASAP. Please cancel this account.

Grab pambabastos ng driver sakin

Grab company, Ako po si Regine Saludes Bontog na Sumakay ng Grab dito sa Camachilles mabalacat pampanga To Dau bus terminal Nakikisuyo po ako sa Grab driver na Magdrive true kasi Nagugutom po ako mag add nalang kami ng bayad Ang sabi nya po hinde pwde! Nag ask ako Bakita hinde pwede kasi lahat ng Grab nasakyan Namin dinaman ganon tapos Sabi ko magbabayad naman kami ang sagot nya Bayaran pa kita eh, ako padaw ang babayaran nya Mali po mga sinasabi nya wala po syang Karapatang Sabihang Babayaran ako! Sa tinagal tagal ku ng Gumagamit ng Grab Ngaun lang ako naka incounter ng Ganyang Driver sa kanya kasi daw yung sasakyan kaya di pwede! Im very disappointed, kasi Nung Pinapatanggal yung grab kasali ako sa Mga Nag bubush na wag tanggalin ang grab dahil maganda, nasisira ang Grab name dahil sa Bastos na driver. Sana po ma aksyonan nyu driver na yan Dahil po diko po sya titigilan dahil sa pambabastos nya! salamat

Grab car service

The grab driver keeps on ranting that fare should be 300 because of traffic and he also staring badly to my niece. Driver's name is ariel clacio jimenez. Considering that he accepted the booking, why would he complain. My niece is just a student. The actual fare is just 120, and he insisting that it should be 300, that's times two of the registered fare.

Grab grab hitch

I booked a grab hitch about and hour early. The grab driver accepted and called me telling me there is other passengers also going around the same area. But the driver call me 3 minutes before the ride when I was already waiting telling me other passenger going to be late for work and wanted to camel the booking but after that he say he try. I wanted for 10 minutes after my booking time but the driver still haven't reach. I am rushing to the hospital and I had no choice but to cancel and seek for other options. Is there any cancellation consequence for the drivers as I have encounter more than once cancellation on the trip. Please work on this. This has made me late for my appointment's and more fees to be incurred. Please do something about it. Thank you.

Grab driver turn down booking after accepting

Me and my daughter used Grab very often to and from home to office with a small dog. We have a very unpleasant experience this morning with Grab taxi driver (Poh Chee Keong / Car plate SLC1835T). He confirmed our booking and later SMS us that he cannot accept dog without cage.
We replied him we do notes to driver : "Have small dog / No cage" when booking. He has to cancel the booking if we have been rejected by him. He continue to SMS us with all kinds of remarks:
"I am only making a living"
"Are you responsible to pay for the damage if your dog pee in my car"
"I did not see the note as I was driving"
After few messages and he decided to cancel the booking.

I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY! WHAT IS THE NOTE FOR DRIVER TO READ IF THEY FAILED TO READ AND START PUTTING THE BLAME ON PASSENGER.

Grab grabcar driver

Hi there, I am messaging you regarding my experience that I had with GrabCar few days ago. This person was incredibly rude in the way he was speaking to me and my boyfriend. It's all started with him talking about his ex girlfriend and his girlfriend, followed by an information about the size of his genital. He then talked to me as if I was one of the Balinese prostitutes! He is not safe to be driving customers around! He was also playing a very loud music and was doing stuff on his phone while driving throughout the entire time! Very dangerous. He then asked for my personal details and asked me to go out with him. This is an harrasment for me. Please take this report seriously. I have attached the detail of my trip on the picture below. Thanks.

Grab arrival timing

I booked grab because of heavy rain & I don't want to be late for work even though the fare is double than usual. Grab map states 3-4 minutes but the driver more than 10 minutes to arrive. If I know that the driver will take that long, I would have cancel my booking. Due to that I ended up late for work. Why did I pay more but I'm still late for work? My bosses are Japanese & punctuality is priority to them. How to explain my lateness?
My trip was from Bisham to bugis+.

The worst driver I have ever had😭
He accepted my booking despite napakalayo nya, then he texted me na magpapa-gas pa, despite hectic sched I agreed no choice but to wait for him, he came really late, ive texted him prior not to enter on that location since got a wrong PING, he got so far from my address, I told him will wait na lang sa kanto pero ang sungit nya, & started complaining na napakasikip sa lugar nyo.. the worst was - hindi nya ako sinakay 😩..
This happened last oct 2 930am, I was not able to save all the details its all gone in my phone, no idea how to retrieve pls help, dinaanan nya lang ako, I was so late with my appointment on that day..

Grab driver is impolite and disrespectful

I booked a grabcar for my friend using grabpay with a P50off. I gave him a 5-star rating thinking that the trip went well But when I talked to my friend after, he said that the driver was complaining the whole time about how far the place is and was asking for cash instead. He also didnt dropped my friend off at the exact place and acted 'padabog'. I was so ashamed to my friend because I want to help him take a more convenient trip because he's carrying a lot of stuff. So frustrating and embarassing. I want my 5 stars back and he should not be driving if he cant respect his passengers.

Grab driver and services provided by the customer service

The moment I notice I left my item in the grabcar didnt even took a minutes to loose I email but no respond hence I make a call to the customer service.. It takes total of 3 call respectively, when the item is already found and its in the driver hand, the driver told me in rude manner saying that I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT for him to deliver my lost item back to me at the previous location. THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS in my opinion to make payment for the driver to return my lost item. I call the customer service again to resolve the issues. The whole situation took more than 1 hour and the ONLY solution given were to collect at hougang ave 4 police station. May I asked is this how you guys should really treat your customer? The issues can be resolve in really simple ways.. I just dont get you guys.. Congrats on proving it.

Grab sanitation

Hi,

I booked a grab taxi last night 10/2/2017 from work to home. I do not have issues about the service except the cab and the driver's sanitation. When I opened the taxi door to get in, I noticed almost instantly the unpleasant smell of the taxi and the driver. Sweaty smell.

A passenger choose to have GrabTaxi than any other cheaper public transport means for comfort reasons and having that bad smell is not comfortable at all. I am posting this as an area for improvement for GrabCar/Grab Taxi operations in general.

I hope Grab reinforces their standard to all their registered drivers.
