GrabCar / grabcar payment
I am complaining for the grabcar driver rodrigo velano buenaventura for not being honest.
Background: my colleague booked me from eastwood to delmonte ave. Using promo code nightshift so my payment should be half of 206php. I asked the driver to dropped by my other colleague to auroa since its along the way. Upon dropping my colleague, minutes ago we arrived at my destination then the driver said its 206. I was shocked thought my colleague wasn't able to confirm the promocode but when we checked, it was cleared that my payment should be half the price of the original bill. And since I was so tired and dizzy I paid the amount without thinking that it might be wrong.
Hope you can take actions to this case. We both working for living but this is not acceptable. This might be a cause of losing customer's trust to grabcar. We will wait for your feedback. Thank you.
