Hi,
I have purchased a GPS tracking device from this company (Order nr: 318).
I have placed the order in August and received the product finally in December.
The product is completlely out of fucntion.
The product fails even to turn on.
The product does not charge up.
The product does not connect to the location sevices.
It seems that there is no connection between the device and the location server (in Gemany).
The total price paid was: 107, 63 Euro paid through paypall (invoices are available)
Resolution suggested: Full refund

I have purchased and am using the collar in South Africa. The cables supplied are substandard but if you use a working USB to charge, you will find it charges anf works. I have already collected my cat once from an outside jaunt about 800 metres from my house and I've only had it 1 week.
