Long story short, GotWholesaling is an absolutely aweful company and their products, Infinity Spas are garbage. We purchased an Infinity Spa on e-bay in August, 2007 and paid right away. 10 weeks later, we received our tub. Of course, it didn't work and we contacted Jason Gaut at GotWholesaling who got us in contact with Infinity Spas. They sent 2 new control boards because the first one was faulty. It was another month before we could use the spa. The technician in Canada who Infinity contracted with to repair the tub told us that the spa was of inferior quality, the pumps were one speed - not two speed- as advertised, and there was virtually no insulation in the tub. We were disappointed, but happy to finally have the spa to use. In August/08, the ground fault kept kicking out. I contacted Jason Gaut of GotWholesaling repeatedly, who after about 3 weeks, sent an e-mail indicating that a service request had been sent to Infinity Spas for service. About 100 phone calls and/or e-mails to Infinity Spas later, we have still not been reimbursed for the replacement of a heater element ($339), which is covered under the warranty. GotWholesaling (or Blue Water Spas), who we purchased the tub from, also will not return phone calls or e-mails. I tried going through my credit card company for purchase protection, but with no luck. Bottom line - these companies are an absolute nightmare and are scammers. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! We learned the hard way. I can certainly sympathize with anyone else who has had dealings with either GotWholesaling (who also goes under the name of Blue Water Spas) and Infinity Spas.

Please people! There are only 6 complaints to the BBB. If all of you are having / had issues, please just write it up on the BBB site. If all of us write something has to happen. I cannot afford to be out the 13, 000 I spent. I am a teacher--- no disposable income there---bought it for my health. If you would consider just copying and pasting what you wrote here on the BBB website, we could inundate them and they would have to give it some merit. Mu name is Marcey, I am angrier than angry. Please let us all help each other out and not accept getting royally screwed. Hawkeye333@swva.net

We couldn't stand it anymore. We got Jason to pay for our repairman's fees and cost of replacement part. 5, months later the blower died. We decided 2 years was too long to harbor this piece of junk. It was hauled off to the dumps in 2011. We only got to use it 6 mmonths of 3 years.

Ebay feedback is great because the spa's take 6-9 weeks to ship. you can't leave ebay feedback after that amount of time. all the positive feedback is received just after the purchase after an initial great conversation from Jason. He is a true salesman and has an answer for everything and he is very nice on the phone. As the saying goes, If it sounds too good to be true... RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH...BBB Rating of "F" as well. These sites are the only way for people to get the word out as you are shut out of leaving the bad feedback on E-bay. There will come a day.

GotWholesaling Rip Off
Rockingham, US

I too have been ripped off by this company. I bought a Tahitian model in Aug of 2009. I have been having problems with jets popping out of place since the first time turning on the pumps. I have been able to get some parts replaced through the company ( a valve, some jets & a lift motor for the TV), but still need 11 jets replaced that are cracked and come loose. I would like to know if anyone else is having problems with jets popping out? Every jet of 1 size has been or needs to be replaced. GotWholesaling/Bluewater spas/Infinity spas has the worst service ever. When I called concerning the purchase they would answer the phone and emails. Since then they have NEVER returned a phone call and in the beginning would only answer e-mails after sending a dozen or more. Now there is no response AT ALL. Please do your homework before buying any spa by researching the company first. Their ads are real slick and I got sucked in. They are also slick by making sure that the delivery time is longer than the time to leave negative feedback on eBay. That's why they have 100% feedback. I sure learned my lesson. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid Jason Gaut and this company like the plague.

Second verse same as the first! We purchased a Spa in 2008. Heater went out and Jason was slow to respond, however a new heater eventually arrived and we installed ourselves. CD/DVD player won't play DVD's do to country code - in 2008 Jason said he would send a USB flash drive to update unit - still waiting in 2010. Recently the circulation pump went out - spoke to Jason once and he indicated that he would send a new pump. Have been emailing and calling for the last 10 days and have no pump and no returned phone calls. No circulaton pump means no heat - it was 4 degrees this week. Bluewater's failure to respond is now putting my entire spa in jeopardy. I would avoid Bluewater Quality Spas.

Has anyone sued this company? I am in the same situation. I have the spa, it is damaged, and they wont return my calls or emails.

We finally had the spa repaired on our own and replaced the parts at our own cost. We will be pursing legal action as we have come to find out that most of the parts in our unit are not UL or ETL listed. Jason has called me a few times since I posted my original complaint here (as a matter of fact the "day" I posted my complaint on here was my first call from him in 7 months) ...hmmm. He will not compromise even though they are at fault.

I purchased a Montego Bay in May 2008 upon arrival 2 diverter valves blew up it took weeks to get the parts and when the tech showed up from thier (nation wide network) he did not know what the black box was over the tv. I have had 2 pumps either somehow reverse and spin off the impellars or the impellars insert break out, a shorted out heater, these i got replacement parts for but had to service it myself, ozone lines come loose, main pressure lines come loose, jets break and blow out of thier fittings and now my TV elevator switch has shorted out causing the tv to go up and down constantly ( I think he knew of thi sproblem becuase he told me right away that I needed to disconnect it at the plug.
Jason will not answer the phone when I call or return calls or email.
I think from the listings on ebay that they are getting ready to run but I have not found a way to get to them or to warn other people before they are taken advantage of.

I was interested in buying from Blue Water 26031 W 150th Olathe, Kansas, United States. My son was returning from a second deployment over seas and I was going to be in Kansas.
I called the phone number on the website [protected] and got voice mail saying he (Jason) would be on vacation until July 14, 2010 but he would be checking his voice mail and would return all calls each day.
I wanted to stop in and check the quality of the Spas and the manufacturing process.
I never did get a return of my phone call.
Since I had to go thru Kansas City, Kansas (OlatheKS is just southwest a few minutes) on the way back I decided to go to the address on the web site.

The address is just a home in a subdivision, no store, no manufacturing, no warehouse.
I am glad I decided to check this out before I laid out $6000 to $8000. Do a google search of the address you will find out this company has other names that it goes by and they have the same type of complaints about quality, service, no response to phone calls and e-mails when you have problems.
I suggest you do your own investigation before buying from this company there are just too many red flags for me to buy from them.

I know how everyone one feels, quite frustrated! We got our spa July 2008 after 2 1/2 months the ozonator line popped off and leaked all over the service pack. The main problem that caused its that it would not heat. 5 months later it was finally fixed (with a lot of phone calls and issues)! Then, 6 months later the unit had the same problem but the display panel went out as well. It has been 9 months and we still have not had the problem resolved. Jason returns no calls or emails. I was lucky enough to contact a Kimberly at Blue Water Spas and 8 months later we recieved a new display panel, but she has also stopped returning my calls and emails. In short we are stuck with about a $9, 000.00 (after delivery, crane service, and electrical hook up) hunk of junk in our back yard!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Purchased tub May 2008 got delivered in October. Used it 6.5 weeks and heater quit. Spent 2 days heating and draining tub but it froze. No help from Jason and when he did finally return call he said he would send parts. Spa repair company waited 4 months to get parts and 1 pump. Warranty company promised the world and in the end paid 200 of my 1800 repair bill. Its now Apr 2010 and I fired up the spa yesterday, half the lights are burnt out, ozonator doesnt work here we go again! Save yourself a major headache and money in the long run and buy a tub from a reputable company that will stand behind there product! I purchased this tub for 5600 U.S. plus shipping of 600, so 6200 total. Add to that another 1800 cdn plus whatever lights and ozinator cost and still have an inferior product.

I agree with the complaints. Have been trying to get in touch with Jason for over two months. He won't return my calls or e-mails. Nothing but trouble with the hot tub. The CD/DVD player is broken and the LED dipaly has several burnt lights. One of the pumps keeps losing its prime and the sides have faded terribly in only six months. I would stay away from this company...no customer service at all! They don't seem to care.
