Hello. I asked you to re-schedule the return flight. You charged me 144 Euros.

At the same time you were offering the same flight online (AirEuropa, Frankfurt -Oporto 10:50 hrs, 18th December) for 75.99 Euros.

You have just sent me an email, in response to my request for a refund, to explain the issue. This response is entirely irrelevant.

These facts are recorded, by me, in the form of your own documents/web pages.

GoToGate my booking

I have done a booking yesterday, for two passengers to istanbul on turkish airline (zainab almualem and Abdulla aman), Trip is from 6th till 16th of January.

As per below message, amount was deducted (Thank you for using your card XXXX2240 for GBP 625.080 at ETRAVELI.COM UK on 12-Dec 7:39 PM GMT+3. Available bal xxx.)

GoToGate confirm air tickets void without any information, intimation, consent

Confirm air tickets were void by gotogate without any Information, consent from us, untill we received a message from bank about refund transaction from gotogate . On questioning, first excuse was Issue with bank account, when clarified with bank, their second excuse - it was a Security issue ! We have confirm tickets from air line site which meant they were issued and then void, refund from bank shows transaction was successful, Real security issue is with us about our Confirmed tickets Cancelled without our knowledge . And had to issue new tickets at Double the price after days of futile follow up and meaningless tensions ...yet ...

GoToGate money, I need refund

Hello I was trying to book tickets on the 4th of November 2018, and it did not work. Now I want to use my money but it's not on the card but I have no tickets purchased from GOTOGATE (i now bought tickets through a travel agent here from bolivia, already), so i would like to ask for the money to be refunded back unto my card. The card holders name is RICKY ROD PENNER. We were looking to book a flight one way to Toronto from santa Cruz bolivia.

GoToGate I did not receive my booking yet.

I got an email from noreply.[protected]@gotogate.com stating that Gotogate is currently processing my order, and once the payment has been confirmed, I will receive and email confirmation. This was over an hour ago, and I still did not receive an email confirmation of my booking.

The mobile number I used was +[protected] and the email address I used was jaishree.[protected]@gmail.com.

Awaiting your response on the status of my booking, as I've never had to wait this long for a confirmation.
In addition, I've been calling your 24/7 contact number, with no response yet (am still in the queue).

GoToGate check in facility for £7 - booking number mznnct

I have booked to fly from London to Warsaw on 8 Nov, returning on 10 Nov. I received the booking confirmation on 4th October with no information on how to check in.
I received an email on 2nd November stating that I could check in early if I paid £7. The exact wording on the email was "Let us take care of it for you and give you one less thing to think about. That way you can go straight past the queues and all the stress of the airport". This statement suggests that if £7 is not paid, I have to check in at the airport. So as the flight is in the early morning I paid £7 for an early check in today.

After paying £7 the confirmation screen stated that the boarding passes would be available up to 3 hours before departure at the latest. As I was going to leave home 4 hours before my flight, I called the customer service to see if the boarding passes could be available any earlier. I was then informed that I could just check in online 24 hours before the flight, and did not need to pay £7. However I was told this cost was not refundable.

I re-checked my documentation and there were no details about checking in. Therefore when I received the email on 2nd Nov about having to pay £7 to check in, I presumed this was my only option.

Please find attached the email on 2nd Nov and confirmation of the £7 fee for today's date (5th Nov)

This whole process was transparent and misleading, therefore I am asking for the £7 paid for check in to be refunded.

GoToGate fake flight purchase where they take your money and no flight info sent at all ever!

On November 1st, 2018 around 2 PM the website is gotogate.com and they sold me flight that does not exist and they refuse to coctact me and never sent me any email confirmation nothing or reservation number.
After I made the flight purchase, a confirmation window came and the took the money. they the travel agency windows closed and I got no email not flight confirmation nothing. I looked for the phone number of the company and there is none neither email. the contact page does not exist.
here a link of reviews of this company which I regret no seeing first.

I request inmediate refund and compesation where applicable for this fraud.

GoToGate cancellation of flight

Flight fihour from athens, greece-london on 3 november 2018 was cancelled on 17 october by cobalt (the carrier) which ceased operations. The flight had been paid in full. My son was not informed until today. He has received no emails informing him of the demise of cobalt or what he should do. Contact phone numbers of gotogate in the uk and sweden are not responding; the site is inactive and does not provide any information re the flight or procedures for redress be it alternative flights, refund and/or compensation.

In this dearth of information, it is essential that clients should be able to contact someone in these companies to discuss matters.

He wishes to have a refund of the flight that was cancelled plus the difference between the cost of the replacement flight and the refunded flight or, alternatively, a refund of the cost of the replacement flight. He will need to know the procedures to be followed and, of course, contact numbers and addresses. He will, of course, be in a position to provide proof of purchase, payment, flight and emails.

However, in the meantime, in the dearth of appropriate information from gotogate, I request that the above information be provided as soon as possible.

GoToGate cargo de dinero no entendible

Soy Jaquelina Marchese les estoy pidiendo un reembolso que tuve que pagar en el aeropuerto de Paris Beauvais con numero de reserva N2BDKD hacia Barcelona el dia 2 de octubre por dos pasajeros, el mio propio y Jorge Calatayud por un total de 190 Euros por equipaje y checking en ventanilla.
Despues de varios intentos que hicimos para hacer el checking a travez de la pagina web de RYANAIR Y NO PODER HACERLO, llegamos al punto del checking en persona y nos cobraron 55 euros por cada uno mas 40 euros por cada maleta, el insidente se repitio con otros clientes tambien.
Intentamos contactar a la compania Ryanair en varias oportunidades pero tampoco tuvimos respuesta.
la atencion de la persona que estaba tomando los cheching y el equipaje de los clientes era totalmente nefasta y vulgar, de muy malos modos entonces para evitar que esto pase a mayores ya que la compania de aviacion RYANAIR no tiene la amabilidad de comunicarse con nosotros ni tampoco telefono de contacto recurrimos a ustedes porque ustedes fueron quienes nos emitieron el boleto.

GoToGate return money

Dear company, i have booked a ticket from your company but i didnt use it. I called to Airserbian to ask about my return ticket if i can use it and they say, i cannot . Airserbian told me that if i had booked my ticket from airserbian company they could return me the airport taxes back but unfortunatly i had booked it from GOTOGATE. I called Gotogate and the man on the phone told me that they dont give any money and i cannot use the return ticket back.

So what is all of these? YOU TAKE THE MONEY SO EASY AND YOU DONT ALLOW ME TO TRAVEL .?

GoToGate overcharging by the site

I am frequent traveler, and for the first time, I booked the Return Tickets from Delhi to London, on 20-10-2018.. went to this Site, taken by Skyscanner.

The Final Price arrived by the site after adding the card charges etc...was Rs 34565, But when the amount was deducted it was Rs 36079. This deduction was uninformed and un-authorized.

The order number was KRJ3OH

I am putting the complaint all across, to ensure that this is resolved, and if not then this site is black-listed.

GoToGate transaction done amount deducted from account but flight ticket not received or any details about booking

I booked my ticket from gotogate website on 21.10.2018 morning. Flight from abu dhabi to raipur on 29.10.2018 and returning on 17.11.2018 so all payment transaction done but didnt receivded my ticket details or any email about my booking. I spent usd 319.37 for this booking. So please mail my ticket details asap thanks

GoToGate ticket cancelled by saudi airlines - reimbursement request for new flight ticket cost

Dear Sir,

Good Day,

I booked flight ticket SAUDIA on 25th June by through GOTOGATE website. (Booking reference-FIKALL; Order number KPD6P7; Flight No-SV896; Departure date & time 16th Aug 4.45am; Luggage 46kg) for direct flight Riyadh to Bangalore.

I reached airport on 16th Aug early morning and same time i received message from SAUDIA flight was delayed from 4.45am to 6.45am and again message received flight delayed from 6.45am to 7.40am and i awaiting for boarding pass from last 5hrs. but in counter officer said meet SAUDIA customer care and i went to office to meet customer office, almost 30 to 40 peoples ticket got cancelled in same flight. so we all are discussed with officers, i need to travel on same day on urgent basis, because 17th Aug 12.00pm was my engagement & marraige. but they said flight got cancelled & they will arrange flight on 18th aug through from jeddah. Why we booked flight 50 days earlier in GOTOGATE. but its not good for customer at the time of EID festivel and important business meeting and personal activities (My marriage).

For urgent purpose, I try to book another direct flight Riyadh to Bangalore, nothing available at the time. finally i booked connecting flight from Riyadh to Kuwait to Mumbai with 30kg and Mumbai to Bangalore luggage was only 15kg (domestic) at the time of flight available.

I need Reimbursement for entire flight charges as per LAW.

RIYADH TO BANGALORE by SAUDIA Airlines (Original ticket) - SR. 993.12

Alternative Ticket cost (New ticket) with Extra luggage - INR 85, 513.00

GoToGate lack of delivery on flight

I just landed after a very unpleasant travel using your services. I am referring to my flight with the following details:
Order number: KQN7SV, Booking reference: Flight: IQOQTD, operated by Pegasus Airlines.
As a part of my order I've especially ordered a meal and payed extra for it (If necessary, I have a copy of my order confirmation stating just that). I could have done it myself, but I relied on your services, and I did not receive any meal. I had to starve myself for 17 hours just because you failed to deliver.
Fearing just that, I went out of my way prior to the flight to confirm directly with the airline that I am listed under the special meals list. This started a whole correspondence between the airline and your representative, which leaded to no result. Needless to say I shouldn't have been the one to get stuck in between this useless headache, this is what I paid you for.
Please, the least that I ask is that you send me a full refund of the actual food I did not receive (I won't even bother trying to get a compensation for the aggravation you have caused me). Needless to say, I will not be using your services in the future.

GoToGate booking a flight

I booked a flight from Manchester to Las Vegas last night through skyscanner, booking ref BXNOHJ. I paid on credit card and received my ticket from yourselves. I checked it on the Virgin website and the booking was all in order. This morning I receive an email to say the ticket has been cancelled due to a technical fault. The price was incorrect on the booking site. However that is not my problem I booked and paid in good faith so surely you have a moral obligation to honour this ticket? I have gone back onto Skyscanner this morning and you are still advertising flights at the same price so how can it have been a technical error? I am a university graduate and an extra £180 is a lot of money to me. Please could you in this instance honour my ticket.

GoToGate my confirmed airline ticket was cancelled without informing me and full money not refunded

My confirmed flight from Bangalore to Singapore was abruptly cancelled after a month and I was not even informed about it. When I inquired, I was told it happened due to a technical reason (that I guess even they do not have a clue about). The money deducted from my credit card was 725.23 USD and only 598.63 was refunded.

Now where does it leave me... I need to book more expensive flights and How do I ensure the complete money is refunded (didn't even get an apology from the ticketing partner - gotogate)

GotoGate is a scam. They have no phone number and have virtual presence.

GoToGate air ticket reservation md7zcy

Dear All,

I have bought air tickets through gotogate.com reservation number is MD7ZCY. On the way forward everything was fine but on the return flight the air company has charged me for 110 euro for luggage as they only saw overweight up to 32kg in their system. I have all the documentation for additional charges.

Can you please review what can be done so the company returns this additional fees which I already paid when booked the ticket.

GoToGate your website screwed up and booked the wrong flight back ref: kr5593

Hi,

I went from the tripadvisor website to book a flight back to salzburg at 6:10pm

Instead, for some stupid reason, I clicked the back button a couple of times and it changed to a 10:40PM! I went through the booking process without noticing this error and now that I have looked at the confirmation of booking, it is incorrect.

your site was so glitchy and screwed up and I also need to confirm with the airlines that I actually have a booking (as I have heard you are a scam company)

If this is the case where I am not showing on the airlines records, I will be disputing the charge to my card with my bank so that the costs will be revoked.

I wish to cancel this flight (as i am entitled to this within the 24 hour period of booking) so that I can change this!

GoToGate overcharging of suitcase and error in booking

Ref / U3SEOB

When I booked my return ticket in February 2018  to Cyprus leaving from luton London on 29th September with blue air and returning 13th October with wiz air I requested 1 checked in bag 20kg .I was charged £49 for this.This seemed reasonable for 2 journeys for  1 suitcase.

However on attempting to checkin for our flight  I discovered whilst contacting blue air that I did not have a suitcase booked. On further investigation including contacting wiz air and go to gate I discovered much to my shock the following.

1. Wiz air  confirmed as did my account that the cost of my suitcase with them that I was able to access it was in fact £28.59 yet go to gate charged me £49.

2.I was overcharged £21 no real apology was given when i contacted go to gate with this error  indeed the response was appalling they did however also confirm that even though the cost of the suit case was £28.59 I was charged £49

3. I was told by go to gate to purchase another case from blue air for my outbound journey thus incurring more cost even though i had been overcharged by go to gate and that go to gate would investigate how this error and overcharging came about

As far as I am concerned I paid in good faith for a return checked in suitcase and have been significantly inconvenienced to discover I was overcharged for 1 journey and have had to pay an additional £27.78 to blue air to be able to take the case out.

The whole matter had been upsetting and taken a large amount of time to investigate and extra money to be able to travel on Saturday. 

I clearly want the money I was overcharged back (£21) plus the additional money to book a suitcase an extra £7 and compensation for the error made the time it took me to investigate including tel calls to deal with the matter( at least 4 hours)

I expect a speedy response and refund given none of this was my error and that I have been significantly overcharged only discovering it on investigating.It makes me wonder how many other people have been overcharged without their knowledge and understandably has reduced my confidence in the way go to gate operate
