Google Unprofessional Rehab

Hello..

I wanted to share my friends experience with Treatment Alternatives LLC. Treatment Alternatives LLC is a complete disappointment.

This company is owned by the same owner as Boca House. Take a look at Boca House reviews to see the type of place this really is.

The 25 years experience this company has is from the Boca House a halfway house not a treatment center and it does not have a good reputation what so ever. Treatment Alternatives was incorporated in 2007 check sunbiz.org. So where do you get 25 years..

They want you to believe they are a big time professional treatment center with all types of medical and treatment experience.. Well they are not.

They do try... the large medical treatment facility is located in a nice size house. Yes that is right a house. Also, when I found out how much insurance paid for this place for 30 days I was amazed... $30, 000!

Well for that money I suggest you look for a real facility like the watershed that is located in the same area. They are a real medical facility and really have a professional medical staff to make sure you get the treatment your insurance paid for.

If you are looking for real medical treatment consider other options or at least look at what you are getting into..

The person above is obviously the CEO or director at the watershed. The Watershed has the worst reputation and reviews of all of the substance abuse treatment facilities in South Florida, because they are unethical and treat their patients horribly. If you speak to anyone that works for The Watershed, just assume that whatever is coming out of their mouth is a lie. That's the only reason why they have patients still coming into their facility. That's also the reason why the patients leave immediately after being admitted.

I have been charged 10 times by this company / website. I have no idea what it is or how it got my information but it needs to stop!!! This website / company is making m y account be over drafted, causing more charges! Google ads not running

First of all, while performing a search on "Google Complaints" on Google.com, mysterious nothing comes up. However after searching for Google Complaints on any other search engine, the results total in the hundreds of thousands. Anyone that has ever used Google Checkout know first hand that it is a scam. However now it appears that Google Adwords is unfortunately following suit. I recently created a few ad campaigns. After a few weeks I noticed that I had not received one sale from Google Adwords. Each one of my customers receive a questionnaire and not one has said that they found my site from Google Adwords. However I mysteriously reach my daily spending limit on Google every day. Unfortunately Google cannot show where the clicks actually came from, besides "Google". I have over a hjndred search words that I use for my campaign. I perform a search several times a day for my keywords and have not seen my ad pop up on any of my keywords, not once. I have tried raising my daily budget and still no ads. I do not believe that my ads were ever running. This is the first time I have experienced this from any PPC service. Of course I am not absolutely positive that Google Adwords has gone completely corrupt. I am sure that you can imagine that is not and has never been completely honest with its results, but I just want to point out what I have experienced. If you decide to use Google Adwords, please perform a thorough search several times daily and make sure your ads are in fact running. I am sure that if your ads are running that Google will tweak the numbers in their favor, but at least you will be able to see your ads in action, as I have yet to see. Just FYI everyone...what is Google up to?

AdWords automatically starting bid on an ad campaign which I had set to $0 racking up over $200 in charges and Google will not give me a refund.

I set up a test campaign on AdWords with $0 budget in June 2017 (see circled in green in photo). I was just learning how AdWords worked and do not even have a web site to promote. I had no intention of running these ads. As one would expect, I received no charges for 9 months and forgot about it.

Somehow in April 2017, the account is set to "automatic" bidding. I do not recall making any such change. Google has no record of the setting changing (see picture, circled in red) but it is clear there was no budget when the account was created (circled in green in picture). Unfortunately, because I created an 'active' AdWords campaign Google claims that the charges are legitimate. I think a bug in Google's own AdWords system somehow set my account to 'automatic' bidding.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Google hidden fees

I put on Craigslist for sale a Server Motherboard a Man from another state in the U.S.A. text me stating he would buy the Server Motherboard from me and that he uses Google Wallet to buy stuff through. He then states that he'll pay the Shipping fees of $200.00 after put within a holding area of Google Wallet the amount I was asking for the Server Motherboard and the $200.00 extra. I get onto my Google Wallet g-mail and started reading the whole transaction not knowing that I'd have to pay the $200.00 out of my pocket in cash to Western Union to the shipper to pick up the item above. I didn't like this bullying tactic because Google Wallet said if I didn't pay the $200.00 they wouldn't release the Credit to my Debit Card the whole amount for the item and the shipping costs. I was more than angry at this point. No where on their Website for Google Wallet does it state that they'll do this(hidden fees and withholding credits if you don't pay the hidden shipping fees.) The man from the other state said he had already paid the shipping fee. I asked Google Wallet why I had to pay it to. They told me that I could take off somewhere with the purchase money as well as the shipping fees and the man in the other state could not receive his item...so it's a protection they do for the Customer. So, why don't they tell the seller the hidden shipping fee ahead of time when you sign up with them? Then things got worse the man from the other state said he had gotten an e-mail from Google Wallet and the Shipper that another $100.00 would have to put down for Insurance for the item and he texted me stating this and I got onto my G-mail asking why another $100.00 had to put into Google Wallet account from the man in the other state and why weren't we told about the hidden Insurance fee in advance and they didn't have any comment other than that I would have to cough up the additional fee or my transaction wouldn't be approved until I do pay it. These are blatant Bullying tactics to get more money out of me and the man from the other state or they won't release the Credit to my Debit Card. This is not right and I won't recommend Google Wallet to anyone not even my worst enemy. Google Wallet doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating maybe a half star at most for their wonderful customer service(they don't have any!)

Google not able to open https sites

Google chrome is not opening https sites and is giving error message " Error 7 (net::ERR_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out"
Other browsers like firefox and IE are easily getting the site opened.
The actual site not getting opened is https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
My Laptop is with Fios internet of Verizon and the speed is over 20 MBS on wireless.

Google account disabled with no reason

My entire Google account has been disabled. On Monday night (23/07/2012) my account was working 100%, and on Tuesday morning it was disabled with no reason from Google. This means I cant use any of the Google apps, including Addwords for our company website, Google drive with company files saved in it and all my other apps. I also pay for storage space on Google Drive, which I now can not access due to this unlawful action by Google.

I've tried to contact Google customer care via the online form which is provided, and after about 20 - 30 emails I still have had no reply. I've also tried to track down contact details for Google South Africa and they don't even have a listed telephone number or email address.

After doing lots of searching on the internet regarding this I've seen that there are a lot of complaints regarding their customer care, and if I were to phone the head office in America I would probably be on the line for hours, which will cost me hundreds of Rands.

I opened my account when Google was still beta testing their Gmail software, and to be kicked out like this is just unacceptable, especially when you get treated like this when trying to get support from them.

Google will allow anything to be posted

Google allows people to post article on the web that are not true, there is nothing to back up the article and only the two people who wrote the article without evidence where allowed to post and cause physical plus financial problems for the person they personally attacked. We notified google and they informed us to contact a lawyer. Well, it takes money to hire a lawyer. I am sure this web site has caused countless, innocent people much harm. They should have evidence of any article they post before posting it. The newspapers verify their information before printing it, the news verify their information. So what makes google so special. They should be held liable for any untrue article and liable to pay any damages to the person that was accused and innocent.

Lets hear it from the google victims.

I am in absolute agreement with the complaint and I am seeking to bring Google to accountability of ignorance at this scale where they do not care what harm and damage is caused to individuals impacted by such criminals - I am a successful business owner who is subjected to intimidation and threats by competitor business who publish defamatory articles and pack of untruths labelling me a fraudster while the person who is publishing these articles has been convicted of defrauded me. Such public act of cyber bully which is intended to hurt and harm individuals are unacceptable and Google must take responsibility for the damage it causes - if they refuse to act would suggest that they are supporting the actions of these cyber bully. It is good to hear that I am not the only person who has experienced this and there are real persons who are suffering by lack of actions taken to address this issue, by GOOGLE

For the first time Google has used its platform to boycott an American holiday. Your main search page always uses your name letters to promote a holiday. Until yesterday. Why was Easter left out? Are you really that biased? And when I tried to get help, which took 20 min. To find, I was told I would be charged $5 and they would reimburse me as they connect me to a rep. Seriously? I'm gonna look for another browser at this point... but I am gonna send this to every FB, Twitter, friend I can.

Sad to see that you are celebrating M.F. Hussains birthday today on the day of one of our biggest festivals: Ganesh Chaturthi.

He is the same person who has insulted Hindu gods and goddesses by painting them in nude and when confronted, fled the country without apologising and settled in Qatar.

Sad to know that you are glorifying such characterless traitors.

Do you dare to do the same thing with Charlie Hebdo…..no you will not as beheading and terror is the only language you seem to respect.

i am leaving chrome and going to firefox. why? because i have an etrade acct and a schwab acct and google no longer allows chrome to use JAVA, so i can get my market caster streaming quotes. fire fox and safari allow the use of java, so good bye. i loved chrome up until they denied me java. years ago apple did the same thing, ...but, for only 3 days, as all the teachers in america could not access their student record nor report grades. apple corrected their mistake. google and chrome continue to not allow java, which is what etrade, schewab and the rest of the world seem to use. not a wise move. ive been with chrome since it came out, as it was so superior to explorer. this java denial thing, is not business wise and the consequences are evident. please correc this mistake and you may regain my trust and loyalty.

Google advertising scams. Here is a Google number you can call.[protected] Option #2. They can't do anything for you but if you keep calling them, MAYBE, Google will start monitoring the telemarketers and solve there own problems. I told them I will call them 5 times every time I get one of their calls. If everybody does this Google might try to resolve it themselves. GOOD LUCK. Find a google number and Call Them? Somebody from Google told me to go to Google.com and Type "Google Phonebook Name Removal"...But the page don't work.

Google password hacked and microsoft doesn't care

My hotmail account was hacked by [protected]@hotmail.com. I know this because this idiot left his or her name in the contact. This person not only hijacked my password, but changed my inbox to arabic (the ###ing ###). When I contacted microsoft i talked to some ### named Arthur, who proceeded to waste my time with checking useless crap instead of changing back my inbox. He said it was a virus. I have programs to take care of it myself, but of course, this [censored] wanted to charge me. And when I called him on it, he disconnected himself from me. This is the third and LAST TIME i am going to deal with this crap. If I were you, all you hotmail owners should DUMP IT LIKE THE PLAGUE! MICROSOFT IS A PIECE OF ### AND I HOPE THOSE PEOPLE DIE! ###ING ###S! You are better off with yahoo or google, it's safer.

Google deletion of geographical information

Why Google has deleted the name of Persian Gulf" from Google maps? please do not say Google doesn't want to involve itself in politics which actually with this action it already HAS, and do not say Google does not provide every single names on maps, because the name "Persian gulf" was already there and Google deleted it few days a go!

I travel extensively for my work and use google maps a great deal. Lately I have been finding the locations they give for bussinesses that I am searching for are wrong. The error rate is approaching 10 to 15 percent it is very frustrating and I would suggest to anyone using google maps to verify it with another source before beginning your journey.

The Persian Gulf is not named on Google maps! All seas, oceans and even lakes are explicitly named on google maps, but the persian gulf is not!

Please don't use google maps for anything important. They will lead you astray, and possibly into dangerous parts of as town. A year ago they left my wife & me 1/2 mile east of the US capitol when we were looking for the IMAX theater (that turned out to be in the Smithsonian on the Mall!) Maybe we should have known that, but the point is, we're tourists. Tonight they directed us exactly opposite to a restaurant we were trying to find in Bilbao Spain. Fortunately, we asked at our hotel's desk before leaving. The clerk easi;y corrected Google, otherwise, who knows where we would have finished? Do no harm indeed! Here's a suggestion: don't provide a service that stinks!

I get calls all hours of the day and night from people wanting a "girl". I know that they must not have read any of my ABOUT US information.But I have heard of similar complaints from others in our business. Google not sure if it is a scam

I am not sure if amms is a scam..I entered my 7 yr old son, and we paid the 150 for photos, did the talent, and modeling show, we received our pics right after the shoot, and I must say they came out pretty well...we recived all the copy rights to the pics as well...My son is a good looking kid, bi-racial, with long curly hair, he went in there and delivered his line pretty well, then did a great job on the run way...last week we received an e-mail informing us he had won a modeling contract..the e-mail said we should receive our contract in about 7-10 days..it also included our contract #, and said we have 60 days to sign and return the contract...I know people are complaining about having to pay for photos, My son wants to be on television really bad, and we have been trying to get him into modeling for a few years now, and some places wanted thousands of dollare for pics, so I don't think 150 was too bad, the pics look really good, and I was able to make a portfolio from them...you have to spend money to make money, nothing in this life will be for free...I am not sure what is what, but I am waiting to receive the contract in the mail, then take it from there...I once heard beyonce's mom said in an interview how much money they spend trying to make her dreams come true, she said they had to down size from a house to an apartment and make other adjustment...but it all paid off...I will take my chances, and see what happens...I will try to keep you all informed as to what the outcome was...

my daughter won a modeling contract in feb 2011 from amms and we paid 150.00 for the photos and in july we finally got them and as to date there has been no working done. i called the main office and wrote letters no return on nothing we need to team up and take this company on meail me j_luuv@yahoo.com

I am receiving threatening phishing emails claiming to be from my ISP. The source details from the email advise they originate from [protected]@hotmail.com. Hotmail have not done anything about this issue, and I continue to receive them.

Dear Sir,
I'm a journalist in the state of Florida. I've been blogging for Triond for the past two years. I write on health, current events, psychology and relationships. American Mall Model Search may be a scam but not everyone wins. Yes everyone get through to the second round but u DONT have to pay all up front. I paid $20 and this guy that was in front of me already got a call from a high fashion place. Google unfair treatment

I am a nontraditional student who transferred to webster university in the fall of 2011. Since then I have continueously experienced problems with my financial aid information. I have a financial aid counselor who just refuses to comply to my rights. By this I mean I have never met with this person and I actually had to have someone else to look over my financial aid information to try to make sure that I was recieving the maximun amount of aid to help pay for my classess/educational materials. I was not born yesterday, and I know and can tell when someone does not have yur best intrests at heart. This is the case. What they do is make your experience at this university so uncomfortable until you just want to leave. I refuse to do this I want something done about this and I mean I do not care if I have to go to the supreme courts with my issue, because I have met and continue to meet all of their requirements to continue to recieve assistance from the state and school what little bit I have recieved. I am a single parent of 7 children with which one of my children has cerebral palsy. I live on a fxed income and I ride public transportation to school. I have used public transportation for three years to try and complete my studies. I do not and will no tolorate racial inequalities from anyone. If I am good enough for the government to send you money on my behalf so that I can obtain a degree from this university. I am entitlted to fair treatment as the European students and the Internatinal students no harm meant to them.If there is anyone who has any information or resources as to where I can get help in filing a claim/complaint against this school for "INSTTUTIONAL RACISM" Please contact me. I have attended other colleges and have NEVER experienced such blatant racism.

Google overcharging - inaccurate clicks

My ad billing went from $75/month to $292 in a single month for "display network" ads.

The following is Google adword's response to me and my response to them after over a month of complaints regarding inaccurate clicks and overcharging: The seemingly only purpose of their response was to get me to re-enable my account, so they could keep extracting money from me.

Thank you for the note.

I want to make sure that I have my facts and history accurate:

1. In Nov. of 2010, my account cost tripled from an average of well under $100/month to $292.84

2. Nov. 30: I inspected the clicks and found that the bulk of that was due to "display network" ads on some obscure site that had nothing to do with my product or industry

3. Nov. 30: I called Google and was told by a rude person that all the clicks were legitimate.

4. Dec. 15: I sent a message to Google adwords in early Dec. discussing the situation indicating that I was very disappointed in Google actions

5. Dec. 16: I received a note from Vivian indicating that she was going to have a "click quality specialist" investigate.

6. Dec. 16: I submitted a complaint to www.complaintsboard.com describing google's actions and attitudes.

7. Dec. 19: I received a note from Vivian professing that this issue would be handled with the "utmost care"

8. Dec. 19: I responded to Vivian letting her know that my review of of other complaints about Google Adwords showed similar behavior on the part of Google.

9. Dec. 20 Vivian Responded with continued "apologies"

10. Dec. 22 Vivian Responded letting me know that there were in fact "invalid clicks" on the "display network"
And that my account would be credited $48.62 (applied to Nov. 23)

11. Dec. 23 I responded indicating that my bill went from an average of $75/month to almost $300.
I resubmitted an additional complaint to www.complaintsboard.com, describing the status of the situation.

12. Dec. 26 Vivian replied again, attempting to placate me with some nonsense about clicks and ad positions.
At no point indicating how it was that in a single month (and mostly in a single week in Nov.), these analytics rose so astoundingly. She stated there was an improvement in "ad position" but neglects to indicate on which sites or how it came to be. (it was certainly not due to anything that I did)

13. Jan 15. You responded encouraging me to re-enable my account. Suggesting that you understand "my frustration"
And that the account billing is arrived at mechanically... (meaning... ?)

14. Jan 15. In summary

Prior to Nov. 2011, my account average was $75/month
Nov. 2011 My account bill rose to $292.84
I was credited $48.62 for "invalid clicks" after making a big stink.
Invalid clicks?
The first guy said they were all valid. Some other guy says that some are "invalid"
And just what would "some other guy" say?
Looks pretty arbitrary to me. (read: see if we can placate this guy, and minimize how much money we have to give back to shut him up and get him to re-enable his account)

Rohit, How is it that I'm supposed to feel good about this, and place any trust in Google adwords?
From my point of view, I was robbed of $200 by google.
They gave me back $50 to appease me.

We reviewed our Google Adwords bill and noticed that the amount had tripled in a single month. From an average of less than $100 to almost $300. The culprit "ad" had an inordinate number of clicks in a single week. Prior to this week, there were almost no clicks, after this week, clicks again dropped to almost none. In the week in questions there were a few hundred clicks billed at around $1.00/click.

I called and spoke with a representative from Google, who then told me someone else would be calling me. Someone did call me later than day told me the items in question were legitimate clicks and refused to acknowledge any errors on Google's behalf. He refused to acknowledge that though all the clicks came in a single week, there there was anything odd about it. He told me the site where the clicks came from. The site in question had nothing to do with any aspect of my product whatsoever.
I asked to this person to adjust the charges for these erroneous clicks. He refused.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, for which he denied me, saying that Google doesn't work like that. That he could handle all matters. Still refusing to consider adjusting charges.

Later I sent another email to Google Adwords outlining the situation. Someone responded letting me know that they would review my account and get back to me in a few days. We'll see.

Based upon my two interactions with humans on the phone. It is fairly clear that Google does not have lot of concern for quality customer service, especially for the smaller businesses.

In February 2019 I agreed to spend up to $300 per month on adword.
First 3 months ok. Then WAM! I checked my American Express statement on line.
They took over $2, 000 from my personal American Express account.
I immediately closed the Adword account. I immediately contact American Express to dispute the charges.
I have been engaged in a thorough investigation ever since.
I have sent mail to both American Express and Google. Their responses/non-reponses have been total unacceptable. I have called both numerous times. Nothing satisfactory happened. Since then I have been using Certified Mail. Same lame results. So once again I will send certified to both. One Google person did look at my account over the phone and said that I created a new campaign. That I added a second campaign. I did not. He said my account went from $300 a month to $300 a day... WOW! I, m on Social Security. $1, 100 a month... Google says that only I could change my account. No not true. I can explain later. Google Adword went from $300 a month commitment to $9, 000.00 a month. Not in a million years would I do such a thing. I feel almost lucky that I was looking at my credit card on line. In ten days they took/stole over $2, 000.00 from me. I am 68 years old, catholic, hard working. Have basically owned my own businesses for 45 years. I have endured a lot of larceny type activities in my life time this tops them all.

I am having a similar issue. I noticed my campaign costs increasing month after month. I compared my bill to software that tracks visitors to my website and where they came from. In short there was a huge disparity between the amount of visitors from google cpc and actual traffic from google cpc. Since I am spending about $2000 a month for the past few years on my campaign, I reviewing my options for legal counsel. This is a complete sham!
