Unethical behavior This company Promises and Guarantees to deliver a good useable certified Pa. Birth Certificate for an inflated price. It requires very personal information ss numbers, birthdates, mother and father information. They have Phone number listed that is never answered. [protected]. They promise not to take money from a credit card until the Birth Certificates are processed they took money from my credit card for $269.61 the cost of 3 Birth Certificates at $89.87 a piece. Never provided the Birth Certificates or a refund. I had to get a new credit card do to the fact that my Credit Card provider thinks they have compromised my card. I am following up to find out if they are trying to use My ss number and those of my 2 daughters to obtain any thing improper.

This charge was for DoubleU Casino from my android phone. I didn't receive the chips I paid for... This charge happened at 03:11 am on June 9th 2018. When I attempted to purchase said chips for Double U Casino, the screen from a minute, then whet black, upon it's return, I received a notification that My account was withdrawn the $99.00, but is didn't say Google DoubleU Casino. It posted the above information.
unknown reason for regular charges from bank account
I have had $11.99 removed from my bank account without my consent. The charge description is: Google'G.coHelppay# and I would like to know the origin of this withdrawal and cancel it. I find that this is quite a common practice among many companies hoping people won't check their bank statements. I have had two different companies charging me for services I have not requested and am now very mindful of this practice so now check my bank statements thoroughly.

Yesterday I noticed 7 of these on my account! A total of 63.92 was taken from my account, with an overdraft kicking in. I too would like to know who is responsible for this.

A fee showed up on my bank account that appears to be a phishing scam. I did not authorize this and expect you to quit trying to sneak in unauthorized fees. This is very unethical.

i need to be put in touch with the correct department to recover monies taking from my acct unauthorized. this ha been going on a while and i just noticed a week ago. it totals 2660.83. i have never authorized at any time for Google to take money out of my acct. this dates back over 6 months ... i know i may have to talk to a lawyer because of not know what to do. because all i have is the charge no Number to contact anyone. i have searched the internet and can find no contact info for u guys at all. i have copies of all the charges but there are too many to try and add to this email. so im hoping that u can direct me to the correct department in which i can try and recover my money that was taken with out my permission.

random bank charges
I have a few different charges appearing on my bank statement from google and I'm not sure why I'm being charged. I have one from google*telepathic cc google.comca and another one from google *telepathic g.co/helppay#ca. I have multiple charges from both of these and it's been happening for a few months. I'm not sure if I should go to my bank or if there's anything google can do. If you need proof I have screenshots of my bank statement.

I have been receiving charges from pixelberry a Google product that I have not ordered. These charges have come over a time frame of the last 2 months, multiple charges a day. I'm not certain how Google got my debit card number as I don't have one on file with Google. I've called the numbers provided on this site and none of them are working numbers. I am LIVID that I will have to cancel my debit card!

When I use Google chrome I get a virus and loads of pop-ups after using your browser. I have cleared my data, my history tried everything and after awhile of using chrome it happens again. I stop using it and try others and than try chrome again and it is really bad, I have Norton security and never go on any sites that are not approved but it still happens. Mostly AOL site.
recurring fraudulent charges
I have recurring fraudulent charges on my debit card. I have filed a complaint in the past about this with no response. There are now 8 charges and my gmail account has been disabled. My email that I can be reached at is [protected]@yahoo.com and my phone number is [protected]. I expect this issue to be fixed or I'll call my lawyer. These charges start on 3/28/18 and once a week after that. I expect these charges to be reimbursed immediately to my debit card.

Ever time I go to a friends house Google ends up phoning them over a Google account. I have Google on my cell phone. So after I use their washroom Google calls them about an account they might have. I only phone people from my cell. Why do you keep calling them when they have no Internet? For they do not even own a computer. Their mother in law does have a Google account. For they are tired of receiving a phone call from you. Can you please STOP CALLING calling them? If you need to know their names They are Todd and Shirley Carfanton. Several re-sale ticket agencies with Yoshi's in their heading came up before Yoshi's home page. This was very misleading for ticket purchases, since all the re sale sites charged exhorbitant fees for tickets that were available on the home page at a fraction of the cost. You should not be directing customers to scalpers and scammers as a first choice. Very bad and makes one very distrustful of google and its policies.
I will not rely on Google as a first choice for information since it seems to be skewed to advertisers rather than info.
