unauthorized debit card charges

11 charges were made to my debit card in a 2-hour span. all charges were made to google*youtube g.co/payhelp#caus. i certainly did not authorize these charges, and no one has access to my debit card or information about this debit card. in fact, i was already asleep when most of these charges were made. the debit card is through smione, and when i called to dispute the charges, the representative told me to contact google first, as the charges are still in "pending" status. she also told me that it could be up to 3 months for them to complete an investigation. to me, this is despicable. i want google to refund my money. i shouldn't have to wait on hold forever to contact google. i am at work right now and cannot attend to this matter immediately, so i would appreciate a response. thank you.
