I had 2fradulent transactions happened on my credit card with out my concern or otp as below on 27th may 11:25pm (ist)
27/05/2017 google *octro inc g.co/payhelp# ca debit 26, 000
27/05/2017 google *octro inc g.co/payhelp# ca debit 26, 000
Both are happened from google *octro inc g.co/payhelp#ca
Two times I lost inr 26, 000 with out my involvement.
I never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
Request you to help me
What is this google site all about and refund back my amount.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

Same happened to me on 2 June 2017 at 9.30 pm. First Rs. 50 and then Rs. 26000 without my concern and OTP on Axis bank credit card. This is a security breach on account of axis bank and all transactions are done internationally.

Hey friends, I would like to further update you all that I have contacted Google for the reversal of payment as it was not done by me and/or permitted/authorized by me via. this link given below.
The google answer and confirmed that transaction was not done by me and hence they are reversing the payment: those who have faced such frauds do contact to google and resolve the queries:
Message received from google:

"Thank you for contacting Google Support Team.

We've investigated the charges dated 1st June 2017, and confirmed that they weren't made from your luckyprime@gmail.com account. I'm sorry to hear your payment method seems to have been used without your knowledge or authorization. However, we have taken action to prevent further charges to your payment method from this account. The charges have already been refunded via your payment provider."
When you click the given link it will open page like this and click at last "report the charges..."
in next page in the very first option slect "NO" and credic card option from list and click next.. .fill the details in form and sent to google for verification...
Step 3: File a claim
Once you've confirmed that the charge is from Google Play and wasn't made by anyone you know, report the charges to our support team within 65 days of the transaction link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/contact/play_unrecognized_charge

I am sai and i have received a message that an transaction of 404$ has been debited from my CC. Can you please let me know what I have to do further to get reversal of my amount.

it also happened with me on 5th june 2017. total 4 debit transaction from octro inc into my account. total rs.961/- is debited from saving account of indusind. bank says these are debit card transactions. but i have not received any otp messages than how can money is debited from my account? bank suggest me to file case with cyber cell department. going to file a case.

Hi just now it happened from my Indus ind credit card around 26000 to 31000 from my card.
i have called customer care and inform abt this issue . they block the card and they revers the amount.

Rs. 26000 was taken from my account also - I have a standard chartered credit card. They changed my card but have not reversed my account.

Even I had the same issue.. I was using SBI Card through which the fraud transactions took place. The Bank is very reluctant and not responding on time. However, Google replied back to my email stating they will issue a refund of the transacted amount.

Hello everybody.
Same has happened with me. 26000 debited from my credit card account.
Seems everybody is facing this difficulty. Can we sort out this serious issue.

Same happened with me on 15june when five fraudulent transactions took place from my SBI CC in favour of Google octro and Google Moonfrog lab. I blocked my card. I also lodged complaint with SBI and Google support. SBI response was pathetic. They said we will see and I will have wait upto 10july. However Google support response was positive, compassionate and friendly. They replied in a positive manner. On 16june I got a mail from Google support that they have checked and it was fraudulent transaction and that they would return the money to my credit card. I am happy to announce that on 18june morning, the money was credited to my credit card account. It was only because of excellent service of Google support. Any one whose credit card account had been used fraudulently may please contact Google support. They are wonderful and very helpful.SBI credit card team on the other hand is emotionless, very harsh, uncooperative.

Google is not at fault. They are simply the biller. Fraudsters use their billing system. Contact them as they will happily help.

Same was happens to me 50/- followed by 26000/- twice debited without OTP authentication on 31 may . tell to whom i will report for this fraud .
