I can't access the site from the link you gave and have now changed my mind about ordering as it seems dodgy.
Please cancel my order no. ID: [protected] immediately, I shall also contact my bank with instructions to do the same.

I just cancelled my membership after reading all the the complaints on here. I was talking to al lady and was informed that when we click on the terms and conditions we were agreeing to the extra charges for identity theft and fraud protection. She also told me that when we login to their site not to push the "remember me" button because the next time we try to loggin we will be sent to a blank page. It is apparantly a "glitch" in their system. So now I feel better about cancelling and after reading the information, I am going to try to get my site up and running on my own and then maybe I will opt for this program again. We have to take the time to read all terms and conditions so that we can protect ourselves from these extra charges that we "agree" to. I hope I was helpful to anyone who reads this. The number that I phoned to cancell is [protected]. Marina.

This is absolutely bizarre! Not only has some very horrible people conned so many other people out of their well earned cash but also I have noticed that someone else has my ID number. I am in full agreement with everyone else who has posted complaints. I think I was one of the lucky ones because there is no more money left on my credit card to take and I have already informed my card company to stop any money going out for this How the hell did Google let these ### rip people off in their name?. Well listen up people! If it slipped though Google hands then it just shows how really secure they are and they are actually in breach of their own privacy agreement.

To whom it may concern: I ordered the kit on 2--11-09. If it cost a dollar to get the kit why should I end up paying 359.60 dollars or more a year for membership it does not make any sense. CANCEL my order for the KIT that I do not want. . I just found out that my credit card was charge for $359.60 REIMBURSE MY MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. I am in the process of working with the Fraud unit of the FBI and with my credit company to stop you from ddoing this to someone else, you are just a slime ball rip-off-artist in my book.

If it cost a dollar to get the kit why should I end up paying 359.60 dollars or more a year for membership it does not make any sense. CANCEL my order for the KIT and the bonus things that you attached that I do not want. REIMBURSE MY MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD.

If a person orders something they should be able to dail a telephone number or be able to get to the site to be able to contact someone to cancel order.

Google unauthorized transaction

Looking back on my web pages that i have saved on my computer. I guess, I had Google Tree send me a CD that I guess tells you about doing surveys online and getting paid for. I just got the CD last week. Number 1 the CD does not even work on my computer. Number 2, I went to buy something today, at a store and my card was declined. I thought, well thats impossible. So we ran my card through again. Same thing. So I then immediately went to my back. They looked in to my transactions, and I guess my bank put an alert on my account for $72.21 that was charged in Nevada. They thought it seemed weird, so thats why. They just had my old phone number, so thats why they could not get ahold of me. So my bank showed that $72.21 was with-drawled from my account on 1/4/09. So, I didn't have my Cd yet at that date, and I never agreed to pay that amount. So my debit card has been trashed. They are sending me a new one with a new number. When I called the Google Tree customer service, I had told the lady that I never agreed to pay that and I wanted a refund. She said that she could not, because the payment already went through. So now my bank is disputing it. The Google Tree lady gave me a conformation number to say that I decline all transactions, But she said that she can not email, or even mail me a letter.

Google not requested / credit card charged

I gave my information for a shipping charge only. When the told me there was a 7 day grab back i asked for the number and called it as soon as we hung up so i would never be charged. They charged me three months worth at $71. 40 before i realized the line on the credit card invoice was not something else i was working with. I called them and they explained the process. I agreed with the woman that i understood the process however i cancelled the service on the day i ordered the cd. Since i did not received the cd until i gave them notice to quite i am now aware that this is a total out and out scam. Do not talk to anyone offering "work at home and make thousands each year". Many newly unemployed individuals are seeking reliable and honest employers who want to hire "at home" talent. Any ad that comes to your e - mailbox offering profits that sound too good to be true are suspicious. . . Especially these worms!

Yes, I agree that google pro is without question a scam. I recieved a telemarketing call from a woman who broken english (at best) explaining to me that she was in the process of sending me a google pro packet that would enable me to make money from home. At the beginning of the call even though she said repeatedly that it was free, I told her if she needed my credit card number to please terminate the call immediately because it was a mutual waste of time. After ten minutes, I finnaly hung up on her when she approached the fact that I would have to pay shipping of $3.change. I said "send it to me C.O.D.. I was ignored.

Google fraudulent charge

The company has posted an ad on the website about making money working from home. They advertise it as being absolutely free execpt a $ 3.88 shipping charges for the materail on disk. I placed an order on January 2, 2009 at 5:00 PM. On January 9, 2009, I happened to check my On Line statement from my bank and to my surprise I found 3 charges for $ 72.21 which is in pending status and found 3 charges in the amount of $ 3.88 processsed for payment on January 5, 2009. I tried calling them but they had a wrong number posted with their charge of $ 72.21 but on further investigation I found their number [protected]. I talked with the customer service named Joe, who after a brief discussion and arguments stated that they had made a mistake of overcharging me and would make a request for refund for 2 payments of $ 72.21 and 2 charges of $ 3.88 but he could not refund the third charge. I requested that I talk to hia manager and he stated the managers are not wiling to talk to consumers. He stated that there is no free product and the cancellation terms in fine print states that orders have to be cancelled with 7 days. I have neither received a product nor an invoice or a phone number that I could use to request cancellation. The company is a total fraud.

I called Google customer service to comlain to them about this fraud and I was informed that Google had no connection with this organization. They have received sveral complaints abou them and that if I would browse the web I will see several complaints filed aginst them.. This organization needs to be reported to the Nevada Better Business Bureau and State attorney general to ensure that all victims be refunded their money. I have informed my bank and they will do the needful to protect my business rights. I have also decided to go to small claims court in Los Angeles and file a suit and sue them for damages

I expect the monies to be credited back to my account within 15 business days or legal action will persue. Please email me with reference to this transation at redwinesimms@yahoo.com

Google taking money from my acct

I was scammed by googlemoneytree.com. They charged my account without authorization. I called to request for reversal of charges. They said it was in the fine print that I only had 7 days. I did not even realize that it was a trial thing. They claimed to send me stuff. I waited and then my bank sent me overdraft notice since they also charged $94.89 to my account for another product that I paid $18.99 for shipping cost only. I called and was put on hold forever. Not resolved yet. The other company was Grantguide [protected]. These companies should be shut down. Any legitimate company will refund to customers if they are not happy with the products or any wrongful charges. Daniel of San Gabriel

I got taken for $72.21 by a company named googlemoneytree.com. Thinking their site was closely associated by Google, Inc, I trusted that the info presented by this company was trustworthy. I ordered an info packet they claimed would explain how I could make some extra money using the internet, and by insulation, claimed that it could be done with Google, Inc. The info packet was to have been sent to me “free” for only the payment of $3.88 for postage. A week or so later, I noticed a charge on my bank account statement for $72.21. I immediately phoned googlemoneytree.com for an explanation. They claimed I had not only ordered an info packet, but had also agreed to a “free” 7-day trial of their website. They also claimed they had sent me an email providing my user name and password to their site. Bottom line is that I received neither their info packet nor the email they allegedly sent to me. However, I asked for a refund since I had received neither of the services they claimed I had sent for. I now have submitted complaints to several consumer advocate sites, as well as attorney general consumer complaint sites, both in Nevada and Ohio, as well as the BBB in Las Vegan, NV. The bottom line is that this is obviously a “boiler room” operation out of Las Vegas. Their “customer support” phone number(s) put you in touch with rude and uncooperative phone operators who adamantly refuse to provide any meaningful answers other than, “We have a policy of absolutely no refunds.” Instead of providing any additional alternatives, they simply continue to repeat that same mantra over and over. When asked for a supervisor’s name, phone number, or email address, the phone person merely states that his supervisor accepts no phone calls or emails, period. When asked for the corporate email address, they claim there is none. I was finally able to get a mailing address of the company, which is nothing more than a suite number someplace in Las Vegas. When I asked if they knew what kind of a company they were working for, they hung up. I called another, different, toll-free number and got the same response. I emailed the “customer support” email address provided on their website. The response I got was, “Please call the toll-free number for support.” Of course, they failed to read my email which advised them I had called BOTH of their toll-free number and had received nothing by rude, uncooperative “service” reps. I finally called back and got a person by the name of Jason who verified that my "account" had been cancelled and that I would receive no "additional" charges to my account. I took that to mean that though there would be no more charges to my account, there would also be no credit issued for the amount they stole from me. I merely put a stop-payment on the payment and cancelled my bank card account. There's no way they can steal any additional money from me. Then, I lodged complaints with every government, state, city, and local consumer protection office in both my home state and Nevada where these thieves operate. In this way, I'll cost them much more than the money they stole from me by having them respond to each and every complaint I have lodged against them. I also plan on filing a suit against them in small claims courts both here in my home county and in Las Vegas. At least I should get the satisfaction of getting a lien against them. Even though I may never collect, I'll have the satisfaction of having caused them some irritation Eventually, this will all cause this outfit to collapse, at which point I will have a party. Join me! Do what I'm doing. Inundate them with paper until they just fold up their Arab tents and go into the desert, hopefully to die of hunger and thirst. I tell you, it's too bad for them they got me mad. They'll regret ever hearing my name. I'm sick and tired of these hoodlums stealing from us all. Everyone else shoudl do the same thing. That's the only way to stope these ###! Cost THEM money! Too bad I can’t get an email address to inform the “real” google that their reputation is being severely tarnished, if not destroyed by the illegal and improper actions of this website which seems to indicate they are connected to Google, Inc. As a matter of fact, had they not formulated their name as they have, I never would have given them a second look. So, I’m trying to get an email address for Google Corporate so I can lodge a complaint with them about a company that’s implying a connection with them so that Google can be aware of what’s going on. Unfortunately, Google seems to be following the same uncommunicative tactics that googlemoneytree.com is using. I simply will boycott each and every website and product advertised on Google and switch my search engine to Opera. So, the hell with Gooble! Again, joine me in snowing these ### under with a mountain of complaints, letters, emails and phone calls. You may not get your money returned, but revenge is sweet. Besides, it's fun to rile their phone reps. Some of them really get excited when I ask them if they know what kind of a company they're working for. It's a hoot! One of the reps told me his last name was "Toady", so I explained what his last name meant, and he hung up on me. I got a real belly laugh out of that. Try it! It's fun, honestly. The best part is that it makes me feel a whole lot better!

I responded to their advertised "make money at home" scam. I sent them a small fee for the trial version--to see if I was interested in their product. Next thingI know, my bank account is -$97. They took $72 more dollars-unauthorized-for a monthly membership fee, plus, it cost me a $29 non-sufficient fund fee at the bank. Please don't let them do this to you ! I doubt I'll get any satisfaction from them, or my money back---expensive lesson to start 2009. P Watson

I can not believe that I fell for this scam. I know better. I have thought of doing this over and over and always backed out. I am just really getting desperate for financial help and so I thought I would try it for just the shipping and handling of only $3.88.

I never received the kit and my account was charged in just a couple of days for $72.00. Now I can't get hold of them at all. The phone number is disconnected. So I have been ripped off $75.88, when I don't even have the money to pay sll of my bills as it is. Like I really had the money to throw away.

I feel violated and I am very upset and angry. I will never trust anything on-line again.

I was scamed not one but two times by this company! Back Dec. 28, 2008 they charged my bank acct. 2 times on the same day. They refunded one of the two charges of $72.21, but not the other. I thought it was cleared up, so today I see again where they charged my acct. again the same amt.

I called the number I had, and the woman I talked to said they would not refund my acct., and she was very rude!

Something needs to be done, and now about this fradulent company! I live on SS only, and I am sure many more senior's have been "SCAMED"! And also I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM EITHER TIME!

In Dec of 2008 I found the add for work at home business today by googlemoneytree.com. I said that I could get the free CD for shipping and handingly of $3.88 Being out of work I thought this would be a way for me to earn some money while looking for a permanet job. I got the CD which does not work can't open it at all on my computer. I then went to my credit card account and found out that they had not only charged my account for the $3.88 but 7 days later they had charged me $72.21 for what I have no idea
I called my credit card company and got the phone number of Google Money Tree and I talked to an Issac and told him that I had no idea of what this charge for $72.21 was for and that I had not ordered anything other the the free CD and paid for the Shipping. I told him to cancal the account they put me on which I was unaware of and that I wanted the money refuned. He said they can cancel the account so that no other billings would be made but they would not refund my $72.21. That it was past the cancalation time. I told him I did not agree to any of this only the free CD and he said that is all he can do. I told him this company is a faud and that I would report it to the BBB which I am going to do with a thought. This is so bad that these people take money from people that can't afford it and lie and cheat about what they are giving away to help you is bull. I hope that they get these companies like this and put them all in jail. Even the people that work for them cause they know this is a scam. It is just a shame that people out here trying to make ends meet and have trust in there fellow man and this is what they get. Stealing is Stealing now matter how it is done. It is still Stealing. I am so upset and I know I will never get my money back but I think this should be on the news and people told to watch out for this company. Maybe that would stop some of this...

I usually ignore make money working-from-home spam email but since it had the Google name on it and extra money would be useful these days I clicked on this one. It looked like I would receive a kit for free and all I would need to pay was $3.88 for shipping & handling. I paid with my bank debit card. This was the evening of December 3, 2008. Today (December 10th) I just happened to check my account on-line and noticed a pending charge of $72.21 from Google Money Tree and also the cleared charge of $3.88 with a phone number included. I called that number which is a third party agency and they explained that the $72.21 monthly charge was noted in the terms and conditions which I agreed to. I told them their website was very deceptive and I did not notice that charge. They told me they could not refund the $72.21 because I agreed to the terms and I had seven days to cancel. I said first of all I never even received the kit and secondly, seven days from December 3rd is the 10th so I was within the seven days to cancel. She said the first day was the 3rd since I received the user id to access the website. I had her read me the terms & conditions and that was not specified. I've since noticed many complaint sites on the web regarding this scam.

In my anger, I put my address in the wrong place Googlemoneytree.com is located in Las Vegas, not Greenville. I, too, am contacting my bank to stop any further withdrawels from my account. My advice: don't give your credit card info to any company unless you know it's reputation first. In my desparation to earn extra money, bcause I'm disabled and can't survive off my monthly benefits, I got very careless-----the $97 this company cost me, will now have a domino effect on my quality of living for a couple of months to absorb it. Thanks, P. Watson

I got charged $9.95 for the same thing. On my bank statement, a [protected] number appeared and I called it and inquired on the charge. She could not tell me directly where it came from, and when I mentioned Google, she said that was probably it. I cancelled the account, receiving a confirmation number on the cancellation, but checking my statement today, 1-23-09, I noticed another charge of $4.95. I will be calling that number again. Maybe this number will help you.

I agree i was charged the same fees. I canceled the google thing and was still charged from the other companys. when they were called they all said that it was printed we would have to call other companys to cancel the charges. My question is why do we have to call and cancel things we did not sign up for and why are we paying for scam protection if we are being scamed to start?

I was hit by this Google Tree scam as well. I called them to cancel but they would not do it. They said it had been 7 days but it was not. I was charged over $72.00 dollars for nothing.

This is a RIPOFF SCAM ... They are Thieves relying on deception. They took my money before 7 day trial was up, before I logged in and before I received kit. I'm reporting them to the FBI for investigation.

My husband has fallen victim to the Google tree scam. He was charged 3.88 on 12/29/08 and on 1/2/09 he was charged 72.21. We contacted google tree @ [protected] spoke with a customer service rep. whom claimed he has an account (for what we are unsure) she said she could close the account but could not refund the money. At that point I told her she would be contacted by authorities and hung up. I am furious! We will be contacting the FBI this is a nationwide scam and they will continue to withdrawl money. My husband has been forced to close his business account.

Google fraud!

I recently decided since I am a stay at home wife to make some more money. I decided to go with google tree as it "seemed" like a reliable site.. After reading all the circumstances and fine print I decided it would be a good idea to try it.. After all it only was supposed to cost me the shipping and handling charges of $3.88... Wrong. This morning 12/30/08 I decided to check the bank account and saw an unauthorized fradulent charge of $72.21 by google tree. I immidiatley called them and began to complain, the man on the other line stated that there was nothing he could do about a refund because I was sent an e-mail and it clearly stated there the terms and stipulations. Funny thing... I never recieved an e-mail! So after talking to those nit-wits I decided to call the bank and put a stop on the money, the bank told me there is nothing I could do yet, because it was still a hold and had not been processed.. [meaning that google tree hadn't recieved the money] but once the money went through the account to call them bank and they would go after google tree for fraud.. The nice woman I talked to said that it sounded like I had a legitimate case, and although not a 100% sure it sounded as though the odds of getting my money back was great. Morale of the story..

Do not trust online companies
&
Do not even attempt to try google tree!

My checking account (debit charge) was charged in Dec. 2008 & Jan. 2009 $72.21 . I did receive the CD for $3.99. I haven't even had the time to view it. I plan on going to the bank and stopping any other charges to Google Tree. I did not authorize them to take the $72.21 from my account, I would like for them to put the money back into my account.

I signed up for a trial kit $3.88. The kit takes 10 days to recieve in the mail. You have seven days to review and cancel. However, the seven days starts as soon as you sign-up not seven days after recieving the kit. Apparently I was to recieve an email telling me how to access the website, I never received it. I was charged $72.21! This charge is non-refundable. No amount of complaining will get your money back. Basically...they screw you.

I ordered a Video Professor CD. When I got it I checked my online bank statement, I was also charged $3.88 for something (not listed) from Google Tree on the same date. I recognized the name Google and assumed it was some charge from them. That was on 2-2-09. This morning I got curious and did a search of Google Tree. Too late! This morning before the banks were even open, Google Tree charged my account with an additional $72.21. I was at the bank at 9am when the doors opened and filed a claim. They canceled my card and I have to wait 10 to 14 days for a new one. Something has to be done about these people.

Google free money moneymaking

For $1. 00, the company offers you the opportunities to post web sites without selling products. They offer you a free opportunity with on a dollar investment, after signing up i look further into customer complaints, ranging from straight up rip - offs, to plane tickets being used in thier names. I immediatly contacted the company (Google) back, and was told they were unavailable. Please help me with this problem, as i want nothing to do with this whole scam. I would like my refund and also the piece of mind that my card will not be used frauduatly.
Thank - you, lee harris

I received the same alert from a "hotmail team"

I contacted the numbers on the hotmail "help central" but they were not equipped to handle this type of scam.
All I can say is be careful with your emails. Any contacts you CC: make sure its a BCC.
BE CAREFUL.
This has taught me a good lesson.
Make sure your banking info is in a safe spot and not anywhere in your folders on your email acct.

Hi, I am also a victam of fraud. On the 16th of this month, I recieved an e-mail claiming that I have won 850000 British pounds in an E-mail Lottory. They claimed that they are from Microsoft company. They call themselves Microsoft team award . They are very deciving and conning. They also make it feel so real by calling their victams to make them think that it is the real deal, but be careful because they are very clover. If they think that you are sespicous of them, they will reasure you that is the real deal. For example, they send a website that looks like a real one. They also, ask their vicams to send them 400 p0unds in order to get the package delivered to your country and, after that they would claim that they are stopped by the British government because you have to 3500 dollers tax.

Google scam

I should have known better, esp being on a fixed disability income, but i'm trying to save my home from being foreclosed. I am a minister and have a phd doing spiritual counseling for paroled felons and their families. Unfortunately it is pro bono as no one has dollars since just getting out of prison and trying to fine jobs and living accommodations.

Within the 7 day time limit I emailed several googlemoneytree addresses with no replies. My bank account has been charged and I am reporting to the bank that these are fraud charges, esp since I never received the kit. What else can I do?

The only reason I went for this scam was that I thought google was a trusted name. Shame on you!

I am commenting regarding all the scams that I have read on the "Google Money Tree". This happened to me too, just last week. I signed up for a work from your home info package for the amount of $3.88. I have never received anything from them. Then I was doing some on-line banking and found that $72.21 had been taken out of my account by Google Money Tree. I never agreed to any of this. For all of you out there who have been scammed by them, here is their phone number...[protected]. As I was trying to get to this "Complaints Board" website I saw their ad again. It is a big ad that is very deceiving. It looks as tho' it is an actual "Google" company with an as seen on tv logo on the left, and a bunch of credible company names on the bottom of the page. I am having my bank get my money back, but I know there are a bunch of people out there that are having a hard time getting their money back, so I hope the phone number helps.

I purchased the "kit", on December 4. I was to be charged $3.88 For postage. Well the package never came, I could not get on the site at all, Then on December 11th my checking account was charged $72.21. I sent a request for a refund via e-mail, no response. I sent a second request,
received an e-mail with a phone # [protected] .I spoke to a rep., and I was informed that there is no refund, because I did not notify them within 24 hours, of my not being able to get on the site.

She said that when I put in my credit info, that I was giving permission for them to charge my account. I thought that was only for the postage.

I am a person living on social security, just trying to make extra money to support myself. This I could not afford.

If anyone out there has any suggestions I could use the help.
I did write another request to google money tree, But I don't have much hope that is going to help out any.

Google Money Tree is a joke. I signed up to receive the kit and paid $3.88 shipping and handling. I didn't realize that the 7 day trial period started when you sign up, not when you receive the kit. I was charged $72.21 and when I tried to call and get a refund, they told me it was impossible. I spoke to three different representatives, but none of them would allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager. They told me that wasn't the supervisor's job. When I complained that I had found reviews stating customers didn't receive their kits, the third representative even told me that the website would have more information and I didn't need the kit anyway, basically confirming that it wasn't coming. This company is a scam, and I'm working with my bank to get my money refunded. I did get the address for corporate, and will be sending a letter complaining about this on Monday. For anyone else who would like to send a letter, here's the address.

Google Money is a complete scam and should be closed down. I paid for the info for about $1.89 and expected to get something in my mailbox. I thought what the hell- thats not a bad price for any good info. What I didn't get was anything sent to me, and got a monthly charge of about $78.99 on my credit card statement. When I saw that, I cancelled with them AND did a charge-back with my credit card company just to make sure.
Then more charges started to appear on my statements from companies that I have never heard of. Like Socialtoolkit.com...they are one of the worst! I called them after I saw a charge on my statement and cancelled and said I want a refund on my card. They claimed to have a recorded phone call with me and me saying that I accept all charges. They said they cannot give me a refund and would give that recording to my credit card company. I said go ahead but I will do a chargeback. I did do that and will see what happens next but will be hard on that.
Another company that started charging me was one that gives info on how to make money on Ebay. Funny, but I already make money on Ebay so of course I do not need this.
I had about five different companies charging me on my credit card. I back charged them all.
I should have known better because I am a computer tech and security specialist so they even got me. This makes me feel like an idiot but a learning experiance.
I won't be fooled again!

This is definitely mis-leading. Google just lost my trust and I wi8ll be their best advertisement and not in a positive way. I signed up then checked my junk mail to find out they had given my info to 3 other companies all in line to bill me. I cancelled all the account immediately. If they put additional charges against my account I will seek legal advise. GOOGLE IS A SCAM...

I too allowed myself to be duped by Google Money Tree. I got the CD and it was infected with a virus called Generic Artemis. It was totally unusable. I also got charged $72.21. I called and complained and demanded a refund. I got an RGA number and thus far, they have yet to return my money. They told me first up to five business days. No refund. I called after that and I was told 7-1o business days. Nothing. I called today and was told it was manually entered but would still take 7-10 business days. This time I told them get it done or else I would sue them in court. I'm attaching a screen shot of the viruse my McAffee found.

Google unauthorized debit charge

This add first showed up on my e-mail, I was looking for work that I could do from home so clicked on it and it sounded legit so I okayed for it which the kit was to cost only a 1.oo so I did it. Never received a kit or information about it, then I checked my bank balance and I was then charged 11.95 which I did not authorize. So I called the number listed on the account. It took them a hard time finding my account, so after 10 or so minutes they finally found it. I also told him I was reading a lot of other complaints that said they were charged the 1.00 and never received the kit then was charged unauthorized 11.95 and still didn't get anything. When they found my account he said he would cancel and gave me a cancelation number, and then said under the rules and regulations this money was non refundable, but will refund it out of COURTESY! they will refund the money which should hit my bank within 5 to 10 days. We will see.

Google internet scam

Google money tree states:... your google pro kit is on its way. while you are waiting for your kit..."

There is no kit. I signed up for"trial membership" november 20. as of december 8, 2008, no kit had arrived. I contacted google money tree to cancel membership. I was told by elisha that a kit would be sent. no kit was sent. I was charged $3.88 shipping and handling charge. seven days later I was charged the monthly membership of $72.21.

Google money tree did not abide by the terms of the contract as they did not send the kit. it is a scam. I had hoped to learn from this sight how to start a home business. it is worthless.

I, too was looking for a way to bring some extra money home, since I'm a new home owner, read through the information and ordered the free trial for $3.88. That was on Jan. 26th, then I was charged $72.00 by Jan. 30th. I never received a "kit" just a funky CD with a bunch of nothing on it. When I emailed them about it I was told to call a number and cancel my account. When I did that, I was informed about the $72.00 charge. I'm working with my Bank to get my money back, and have contacted Channel 7 news to report these criminals. PEOPLE BEWARE... I also fell for Google's little scam. I signed up for a 14 day free trial and by the 7th day I was charged the $72. I know I was not mistaken in my trial dates because I wrote down what day I signed up and what day I needed to cancel by. I read through all of the terms and conditions as I always do and nothing was mentioned in this about cancelling anytime before the last day of my trial. That's kind of the point of a "free trial" don't ya think? This company is ridiculous. Like the others, I never recieved anything in the mail either. So, not only did they scam me out of the 4 dollars for that (which wouldn't have bothered me as bad as the 72) but they also got my 72 dollars. What a terrible, lying company. I contacted my credit card company directly after the phone call and whenever that amount gets processed through I am creating a dispute about it and will hopefully get my money back.

I ordered Google Money Tree on the internet thinking this would be a great way for me to learn how to start a business. I paid 3.45 for the kit, and they stated that there would be a one month free trial. Well I never received a thing in the mail or a confirmation on my e-mail.
Six day's later I noticed that 72.41 was taken out of my checking account... boy was I mad! So I got there number from my statement and called. I thought it to be a little weird when someone answered right away and there was no computer that answered. I talked to a man named Josh, and he stated that there was a clause saying that I had to cancel within 6 days.I printed out there add the time I ordered, and I still can not find anywhere on there stating this. I told him I never received anything in the mail, still have not. Big lesson for me! There is dishonest people out there that prey on innocent people like you and me! Shame on them and I just pray that they will get caught. By the way I had to cancel my card so they wouldn't have access to it anymore!
BEWARE OF GOOGLE MONEY TREE! THEY WILL STILL FROM YOU!

I have been trying to log onto the page to perform the cancellation and it does not exist I don't know what is going on but I do have a lawyer investigating it for me and they will be hearing from them tomorrow. I refuse to be a victim and they will pay the price for trying to scam me!

I have cancelled with google the day after requesting information by e-mail to their support center. I received a phone call the next day about getting started. I also told the gentleman who called I was not interested and that I had already sent my cacellation E-mail. He said that was fine and we hung up. Now 1 week later I have found where they debited my account for 70.00. I did not want this service but I do want my money back. DO NOT START THIS- all they want is your money. I sent e-mail for cancellation and it said I woul receive a confirmation and link to fill out forms for cancellation within 24 hours. It has been 6 days still no word. I can not get anybody from google to help me straighten this out. Am still waiting.

Google all google rip-offs

I signed up with my debit card on the above site for a trial for 7 days, they would not answer the 3 telephone numbers they listed to cancel the trial. The trial cost $1.00, but if not cancelled before the 7 day trial was up they can charge anywhere from$11.95 to $29.95 according to the going price for that months subscription. You also are charged a few days later for 2 other subscriptions on ID theft and credit card scams which you never receive anything. They are the scam artists and need to refund all our money along with a $25.00 overdraft fee my bank charged me because they overdrafted my account. This needs to stop. These charges were not authorized by me, but that doesn't seems to matter. Maybe if we can show the original google and the FBI Internet Fraud Team how many of us have fallen to this scam, we can get something done to stop this. By the way the FBI INternet Fraud Team has a website you can make a complaint. I advise all of you to do this. Thanks, Sharon Rogers

I, too, fell for this scam. After submitting my credit card information, I realized I'd made a mistake and tried to call the phone numbers listed [protected] for Earn Google Cash - [protected] for Fraud Protection - and [protected] for Identity Security) to cancel before the "trial period" ends, but can not get through to any of them. I get put on hold for approximately 30 seconds and then the phone disconnects. I called my credit card company immediately and they said there's nothing they can do until the charges actually post. I'm absolutely sickened by this!

By the way, the charges after the so-called trial period are $29.95 for EGC, 4.95 for FP and 9.95 for IS. I feel so completely stupid!

I do not want to get charged for earncashfastwithgoogle.com, fraudprotectionresources.com and preventmyidtheft.com. I've spent a dollar for earncashfastwithgoogle, and dont want to do that along with that came the other two. If i don't cancel it will cost like 50 a montth and I don't have that kind of money. Every phone number I got on the email that was sent for the confirmation lead me to their site with no way to contact anyone. This is rediculous!

Presumably I ordered a kit for this business for $1.00 and then they gave a website to order or download books and they will charge me more money.
I do not agree with that and I want to cancel everything. I do not want anything to do with this website. Thank you,

I have to fallen to this scam (EarnCashFastWithGoogle.com). I bank at two banks. One with bank of America and the other Eastman Credit Union. I typed in on their website or whatever my Bank of America debit-credit card. I plan on closing my account with bank of America before the 7-day trial is up. If there is anyone out there that could give me advise on this idea of mine it would be helpful. Is my plan a good idea or a bad one, or should I do something totally different. God Bless all those who have fell for this scam, I wish you all the best of luck and if I could help anyone in anyway please let me know.

Google unauthorized cc debit - fraud

I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction and disgust with GoogleTree.

On 12/04/2008, I subscribed for a free trial kit for GoogleTree.com. They charged my credit card for $3.88 for a starter kit, but for my surprise I never received neither the username / password to access their website for the supposedly "free trial period" neither the starter kit via mail.

So, I thought a problem had occurred and the account had been cancelled out. For my surprise (again), my credit card was charged an additional $72.21 on 12/11/08!

I was shocked!

I called the company, and as expected they said that I should've called in 24 HOURS to complain that I had not received my username / password. Otherwise, they understood I wanted to proceed and they had the right to charge the monthly fee.

A monthly fee for what!?!? Something that never came! Also, how could I know this since I never got anything? And "surprisingly", they said they could not refund the additional $72.21 charge.

I googled them and there are many complaints about this company. They are a toooootal scam! Please stay away from this company!

I ordered a CD to check out the money making opportunities for stay at home Mom's and agreed to pay for shipping of this CD for $3.88. I still have not received the CD to introduce the program and also was charged an additional $72.21 without my knowledge. The man who answered the phone [protected] said that in the terms and agreements is a hidden fee for a membership to join along with that CD and it is non refundable and there are no supervisors or people in charge to file a complaint with. He absolutely refused to refund and he cancled my membership but I don't trust him so I am closing my bank account. The Bank of America account I have refused to cancle the pending amount not processed. They are letting him steal from me and said I'll have to complain to the bank after he's got the money. I also like everybody else did sign up for free trial, and authorized 3.88, and then a day later got a phonecall from them they wanted to give me a free gift I told them no and that I wanted the guy to cancel it. And today in my statement I noticed they have try to take out 72.21 and I do not have the amount of money so it will be an NSF and then the bank will charge me money. Since it is Saturday today I can not get hold of them, but trust me I will get hold of them on monday.
I am so mad, and I am so tired of all this scams going on, you can not do anything without it gets taken advantage of and they rip you off.

I found this 'company' on Facebook and foolishly signed up for a trial info package that was to be delivered in 7-10 business days. I was charged $71.00 after not cancelling within 5 business days. I was not aware of the $71.00 charge - it was not mentioned when I signed up for the $3-5 trial package (I can't remember the amount and of course the site has disappeared). I never received the trial package. I was told I could use the 'website' during the 'trial period'. I browsed the site and there was little or nothing there. Absolutely useless. I called 'customer service' and of course they put me off and would not refund my $71.00.
Of course, there was no physical location to complain to or I'd file a suit with a Department of Consumer Affairs or the Attorney Generals Office in whichever state they reside in. More internet theft. I'm very disappointed in Facebook for letting thieves like GoogleTree advertise on their site. BUYER BEWARE!

I authorized Googletree to withdrawl $3.88 from my account and today I looked and there was a withdrawl for $72.21. When I called the number that I found next to the authorized transaction [protected]) I spoke to Nicole. She informed me that I have checked a box that stated I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which states that if after the 7 day trail I did not cancel I would be charged $72.21. It is impossible to cancel something that you did not receive nor do you have a number to call and cancel the item. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she informed me there were no supervisors. I work in a call center and happen to know that there are always supervisors. This is fraudulant and a scam. I want my money back from Googletree.

My husband mistakingly signed up for googletree. They charged us $3.88 for shipping and handling. We were to have a 14 day free trial. We did receive the CD package they sent, but because of its packaging, didn't realize what it was and trashed it as junk mail. When we called to tell them we didn't receive it and wanted to cancel because they charged my checking account $72.21, they informed us that they would send another CD and give us 6 months free on the website. But they could not refund our money. I asked to talk to a manger and was told that one was not available and they would tell me the same thing. This place is a total scam. It's not the first one we have been fooled by, but it will be the last!

So thought of sharing with all the victims of Google cash. Number is [protected]. After calling them don't tell intially that you called to cancel. First u say that i called for assistance for web hosting waht ever...then once they were logged into your account then ask them to cancel your account. it worked for me that way. first time I called asked to cancel but they said that they couln't open my account. So I tricked them this way. All the best

on 11-28-08 while reviewing general inbox on e-mail address (my personal home pc), I responded to an offer for earning money from home while also checking online listings forpurchasing an automobile. After filling out first response info for a 10 day free trial, a response stated that there was an error on the information submitted and to please continue on the following format. I did so, and was requested to accept the offer for a total of $2.17 rather than the 1.96 originally stated. I accepted. Never received anything (CD, e-mail, or otherwise) and attempted yesterday on 12-08-08 to contact the # provided within the offer: [protected] to cancel out this transaction &/or further charges to my bank card. The phone number as stated above was strictly an automated message that due to their "extremely low prices & high call volumes" that all communication must be thru e-mail to the four listedwww.services etc. etc. etc. I just want to be cancelled out of whatever this B>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>S>>>>>>>>>>>is!
