I received a 4999( overdraft on my debit card for a purchase I didn't make in Google play. Please resolve this [censored] à I have had good luck with Google play in the past but this is rediculous. I play slot games but very rarely buy chips and never for this much. There has been a mistake please fix this it is a prepaid debit card and it's ovetdrafted in not sure how that even happens. Help

My wife has ordered games from you either on her cell phone and they were charged to my credit card ending in 1025. I checked with her and she have not been logging into the game for a long time.The charges were S$6.49 each and there were few deductions within a month and this has been continued for a few months. I would like to request these charges be taken off my visa ending in 1025 and my visa deleted from your site so no charges will be deducted again. I did not receive confirmation of the purchase of the above part. As a consequence, I tried to contact the company confirm the purchase and the shipping date. I can not find the company and think I have possdibly been scammed .

I work for Isle of Wight County, Virginia. My phone number is listed for Isle of Wight County General District court [protected]). This information is incorrect and i have contacted google in January, made several attempts to suggest the correct number [protected]).

Nothing has happened! it is very unprofessional for google not to respond and change the information.

I don't know how my number was attached as the number for the clerk's office, but it would be greatly appreciated if it was removed. Immediately.

Incorrect charges by google youtube even when we were not using our card still Rs. 1000 per day. Fraud done by google youtube totally unfair, we got a credit card so that we can pay our basic amenties but this fraud of Rs. 20K is a big fraud of us which we cant pay: all the transactions are done through paypal & google *youtube superchat totally unacceptable.

I cannot access my Gmail account wich is very important as this is my business account. Why would Google send me an access code to the Gmail account I am locked out of. Who does that? I need to access my account emediately if not sooner. I have all my info for my own Gmail account but cannot get into it. ? I need major help fast. I may have to start a lawsuit if a code is not sent emediately to a different e-mail address on standby or my cell phone number that is associated with the account. This Gmail account is very important to my business and if I have any financial losses because I am unable to get back into it I will start a lawsuit and make this public all over the internet and I may even pay Microsoft a visit to try and get help there as I don't live too far away. I m living in lagos victoria island nigeria, I m one of the loyal customers to qatar airways. Today wanted to visit nearst qatar airways office and I did search on google and got the address. When I reached there so got to know that office have been shifted to another place. But till today why on google did not updated the new office address, how many are facing this stupid and waste their time... Pls update on google site the exact address,. A friends gmail account was hacked and they sent out an urgent email which, upon replying back, they asked for me to go and buy $500 of google cards. I did not do it and was able to get in touch with my friend. Someone else did reply and they asked them to scratch off and send the pin numbers to a fradulent email that implied they were going to fund an orphanage. This went out to her entire address book and someone did go and buy the cards. I am concerned that at this point said sender now has my own gmail address.

What possible use is the internet unless services like Google + are kept in tact and improved? Will the net just become yet another useless forum for the voice of corporate merchants? Will we at last have no society at all other than the utter domination of mercantilism over all other aspects of life? I ask you, without community what is life for?

Please reconsider your abandonment of Google +, and instead strengthen it against the various forces determined to bring of Cultural disintegration.

I've been using Google Chrome for many years since it was launched in 2008. I really enjoyed the web platform and never used any other cross-platform web browser. Unfortunately, over the past few weeks I find it extremely difficult to use Google Chrome because of the advertising pop-ups that come on the pages. Earlier, the ads were placed by the side and I would not be disturbed, but now it is terrible. I just had to switch over from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge, which I find is free of any interference from ads.

Sad that I had to leave Google Chrome. Hope you are able to cut down the distractions from ads.

I have been a fan of nexus and pixel series by google and i have been a pixel user since it came out. I never ahd problem with them until now. I reported the bug problem in my pixel but it was never fixed. I contacted google support and shown them the bug via screen share feature but they were unable to fix it. Moreover i got my sister( In India) lightly used pixe xl but it just got dead in few months. They took it to service centre and they are asking INR 25000 just to fix it. I tried to bring my family to pixel but it's not the standard i was expecting. My money is just wasted on the pixel device that i gifted my sister. I work hard to buy that phone for my sister, I can't buy that again. for resolution i would like to get it replacement device or get it fixed

My samsung galaxy j5 2017 android phone is being plagued by ads from google.Fair enough if i'm using free apps downloaded from google play or youtube or any of their free services but things i didn't get off google for free are being invaded by their adds. It doesn't matter what i try to disable, ads keep popping up. i'll be in the middle of trying to do something important with my phone and i will get a big popup ad invading my screen. This is equivelent to malware. Their business practices are duisgusting. I want this to stop. Yours sincerely

Pet sitting adds posted in groups are rejected. A form needs to be completed with a motivation why the add should be placed. The turnaround time for this is 48 hours, yet no feedback is received from google on all attempts made. The purpose of pet sitting is to take care of a client's pets in the comfort of their own home why the owners are away. No selling of animals is involved.

Every time I go on Firefox, the opening page shows a MapQuest ad with my address on it. This began right after I used MapQuest for driving directions. I have tried to delete it and it doesn't work. Please don't give me directions that don't work. Delete this and don't do it again or I won't be able to use MaqQuest.

I will have to stop using Google if my personal information is going to be collected and displayed on screen.

I'm getting charged 10.59 for the past two months as is coming up as Google* youtube Mu mountain viewCaus. I'm not sure what the payment is for our anything. With Google, I have the business version of an account called G Suite. In my G Suite Drive, there are options for the personal "My Drive" and "Team Drive". In my Team Drives, I am unable to share FOLDERS, not files, with people who are outside of my company, and it is really hindering the efficiency of our business.
Is there a way to do this, or is a process under development?

Google payment closed my account I submitted the passport photo and bank statement I added method Online banking and added money through redeem card I bought from amazon app I have all reciepts order regarding redeem card I added money through 10000 in Google Play balance .they I'd suspended terms of violation but or closed account after submitted the documents

I could not log into our account on Mint.com using Google Chrome for several days now. I just found out this is entirely the fault of Chrome that is owned by Google.

I just tested our Mint account on another browser and it worked so I now know its the fault of Google Chrome in its entirety. I just could no longer tolerate your Chrome browser errors and misfits from time to time as my time is critical and cannot afford to lose so much time trying to figure what had gone wrong.

In dec I purchased a google play card because on line it looked like I could purchase devices. I bought a $500 card. When I went to use it I could not read the code. Customer managed to find the card but could only transfer the money to a g-mail account, not issue a new card. I don't have one so we used my daughter's when I went to purchase a google home I was told I could not use it! They were christmas gifts for grandchildren! I am 85 and have no use for gams, etc

I want my money back! Customer service would not help... Put me on hold for ages.

I trusted the google name and now find it is not trustworthy.

Help!

on updating my Google my business page i noticed that the ‘ pin ‘ was in the wrong place ... So i moved it

This resulted in me having to re varify my company - So i waited 2 weeks and didn't receive a post card - Asked again waited another 2 weeks still no post card

I was asked them to do a video call which i agreed to - either my office and vehicle or workshop ( 2 different locations ) - opted for the first

I was asked to get on my knees film the reg - side of van for sign writing ... inside the side of van - open and identity tools - Back of van open and identify tools - Show the street i am was on door of property with Number ... - all a bit intrusive ...

Then i was told i had to start the van ... filming myself

Then paperwork i showed invoices van log book etc ...

They then amchanged the rules and said i had to drive to workshop and film entrance - street view - Tools more paperwork ...

Sorry this is surly too much - i am opening myself up to being robbed — Names addresses tools equipment security etc ...

I have said so and now they won't vairify my business - Been on line since 2007 i have web site adwords anylitics etc...

Disgusted at their horrid demeaning ways ...

This sounds like a scam
