I have been charged thrice 50/-, 26, 000/- and 26, 000/- without my notice. I never registered Google *Octro Inc.
I have not entered my card details, without my interaction, without typing password / OTP this transaction was happened at 12:13 AM
I got transaction messages and on my Citibank credit card ending with 1983.

Please suggest me to proceed with further to cancel these transactions and also help to get it refund.

Checked my account and there were over a 100 dollars charged to my card. 1.99 to 9.99
Several times since last night and way early in morning today. Check your accounts and make sure this doesn't happen to you. Had to close card and get a new one. Check you accounts early in morning because they do this while you sleep. So need money recovered by google since it all starts with them. Hopefully the other folks will get their money back too

I ordered something on 6/14/17 never recieved the order it has been 16 days and the money was taking out of my account I want my money put back in my account or my product my number is [protected] thank you and how long will it be before I recieve any feed back or information pertaining my money or my product its been more than two weeks and I need to see something

My bank account has four unauthorized transactions from google*telepathic g.co/payhelp for $2.99 each. Dates amount was taken out on were 6/7/17, 6/14/17, 6/21/17 & 6/28/17. I nor anyone in my family has purchased anything from google. I do not even know what this is or where it would have come from as we do not pay for any kind of apps. I will not supply my bank info on this complaint form as i do not know if it can be trusted. I want my money refunded to me.

I have had 5 charges made to my bank card account from a Google *Pixelberry g.co/payhelp CA Card#. These transactions were for $1.99 ea, 2 on 6/24/17 and 3 on 6/25/17. I do not know what these charges are for, nor have I authorized any transactions for whatever that is to be taken off my card. I would like to know what these transactions are for and how do I go about getting refunded for them, for I know I didn't not authorize this.

On 23rd June early morning at around 1:35 a.m. IST 3 unauthorized transaction were done using my CitiBank Credit Card. One transaction was Rs50/- for which I got the cancellation mail and other 2 transaction were of Rs26000/- each. I have no clues how these transaction were carried out and using which google account but my CREDIT CARD was used for this transaction.
In morning I came to know this only when I got message from my Citibank stating we have blocked your Credit Card as we were seeing some suspicious activity. Upon checking my mails, I noticed these 3 transaction were done. I have reached out to bank on this and they are looking into this.

Please help me on this if anyone have any suggestions.

Even I have contacted google support team, but as I am not sure which google account has been used, I am not able to provide them the account details and there is no option to select whether this transaction are done using looged in google account or not.

Please help me on this.

I have been trying to access my Google account on my new phone without success. I am unable to review a verification code sent to my registered phone number as it is an old one that I no longer have access to and similarly with the back up email address, this has been disabled! I have access to my Gmail account on my old phone so can still receive emails to my account. I have given an alternative email address which I have been sent a verification code to, which I have entered but am still unable to access my account! I have sent numerous emails from my Gmail account and my iCloud account for help but I have a computer generated email sent back and I keep going round in circles. I am trying to access my Google Photos as I have 100s of photos of my children backed up to this account and I really don't want to lose them. I have put my trust in Google with my personal images and right now am feeling like nobody cares as no one is attempting to help me retrieve my account. I would like some professional help to retrieve my account. Please help. Thank you.

I never deal with this site for any transaction in the past. On 31 May I blocked my card but next day on 1 June 2017 Fake user again try for that but my card had already blocked so they were failing to do any truncations.
Request you to help me in this matter and return my money to my Credit card account.

The above mentioned number complaint number, dispute has been raised in the customer care. Transactions of
Rs. 26000+26000+26000+26000+5000 to google * octro +50 to google * serviced total of 109050 has been done online from The Usa pwhich is been communicated from a representative Tanya who called me after the card was blocked. As checked it was done on Google Ocro and no otp or any card number was shared from my end. As checked there are number of complaints online for the same site for the same amts.
kindly help me to resolve the above mentioned issue and get the money back to my card.

I never deal with these sites for any transaction in the past.
You are requested to help me for refund of that amount in my account.

Fraud Transaction on my Card No ending with 5828..

Three consecutive transactions have been made on my account without my knowledge on 17/06/2017 at about 8:55 PM IST..

One for Rs.50/-, another for Rs.26000/-, and yet another for Rs.26000/- Total amounting to Rs.52, 050/- INR. These are done without my knowledge and concern amounting to fraud. Please reverse this amount immediately back into my account.

Yesterday, according to the turkey time, about 6 pm, from my credit card money withdraw for GOOGLE *MachineZone company consecutive payment about 20$, 20$ and 50$. This process happend without my knowledge. I am victim of credit card fraud. I called the bank and cancelled my credit card and started a judicial process by taking legal actions. The buying process is on the provision/authorization hold in the bank. So I request you to cancel the shopping and return the money to credit card. The last 4 digits of the card are 1534. There is an $8 charge on my company credit card dated 3/20/17. I would love to pay it if I knew what it was for. Please get back to me at [protected]@calpoly.edu with some sort of explanation. Stop charging my bank account [censor] charges of 2.99 I reported u guys to my bank and so on . This is fraudulent you will not get away with this. This needs to stop it is not fair that I have to cancel my card and get a new 1 on the behalf of your stupidity. I am tired of this crap stealing identity and using others hard earned money.. I have had several debit card charges in the amount of $2.99, the latest being 6/6/17 and 6/4/17 from my checking account. I have not authorized these, and it has been going on for months! My bank wants me to cancel my card, but I should not have to go thru that hassle for Google's unauthorized use. I need it taken care of immediately.

I have two unauthorized deductions from my account. both for 2.99 google fumamate on 5/27 and google telepathic g.co on 5/29. I have no idea what these are and did not authorize them . I want my money back. if this is how you oppearate anything google will be removed from my computer and phone. I expect a refund asap and I will block google from my account also filling comp at my bank and proper authorities, if this doesn't work I will contact my lawyer and go from there, the amount isn't the point its the deduction of unauthorized funds

My bank account has been charged 19.99 twice for google epic.
I did not authorize anything with your company and did not give you
my debit card number. Last deduction is 5/30/2017. This started after I

I can't believe that Google can not be trusted. I am a Senior citizen and
on a fixed income so I can't afford to have money removed from my account

I suspect that it was my young grandson that got pulled in to getting these games by them offering a free one and then telling him there were all of these others after this one... not telling him that they are not free and must be paid for. this is what happens with these kids. they think they are all free because there is not a clear explanation that each one after the free one costs money to get them. there should be a way for the adult to authorize these transactions before they are done. i don't know how they got my credit card number, but i am retired and on a fixed income. i don't like being charged for items i did not authorize. i am requesting a full refund of $128.90. i will very much appreciate getting this money back.
