This company calls NON STOP. They us there is a problem with our google listing on the internet. Then a representative comes on and tells us if we do not pay a minimum of $389.00, we will be removed from google and the internet entirely.

The call today came from a #810-4024. Above number on the phone was the #V90818241300021.

They call numerous times per day. I have 2 business and they call on both. Sometimes they call on my cell #.

How can we stop this?

I have been getting charged 2.99 for I don't know how long without realizing it. No one in my family has authorized this charge and we have no clue what it is for. I would like for these charges to stop I have gone into my google account and deleted all of my credit cards and stopped all charges but I am still being charged. Please fix this problem.

I clearly didn't make this payment and my credit card company refuses to help me since it is a clear transaction for them. Why google is doing such fraudulent things? And no support even.

I have addressed this matter regarding my account being debited, on several occasions my account was debited for different amount of fees of which I have no knowledge of how this could have happened and I have not received an answer. I have given you the dates and amount that were taken out of my account, $1.99 3 times $4.99 once and $99.99 and all of these transactions took place on August 22, 2017.

I have been a google user for many many years now and I have never had any issues until recently. I have been dealing with identity fraud and my gmail account registered to my google account has been taken over a few times from this same person. I had called google support and spoke with an employee who clearly wasn't understanding what I was asking and was very rude. I am just trying to gain access to all of my accounts and for him to tell me they have to charge me to gain that access and proceed to be rude when I state that I didn't cause any of this and I just want access so that I may change passwords etc to keep this girl out of my life. He then hangs up on me. So I call back. As he answers I can hear him telling someone else it's her calling again. Of course it is. Why hang up instead of fixing this matter? So proceeding again on this second call he quickly hangs up again. For the third time calling he answers stating it is someone different. As I have had to deal with a lot of wrong doings on others behalf I simply asked for his name and if he had an employee number so that I may document this third call. Knowing that this was the same voice he stuttered in answering what his name was. He then tells me his name is Dominic Wills. However I am not quite sure if his is even his real name from the way he answered me. I am pretty sure it is the very same man in all three calls seeing how he had the same exact voice and the way he spoke. So for he third call I was also hung up on as well. They would not assist me in retrieving or gaining complete access into my google gmail account stating I would have to pay. Not even stating the amount they wanted to charge me. I have access into my google gmail accounts on my phone but one of them when I try to change the password is stating it's not the right password followed by all the info including my second gmail account even attached to it, it's stating they cannot verify this is my gmail or google account. If it lets me into both accounts on my phone why wouldn't it let me in on one to change password through website? I just want access to fix this please and would just like to inform you that it is not professional to hang up on someone especially having to deal with many more issues caused by identity fraud. I know the identity fraud has nothing to do with y'all however I would like access into my own account please so that I may block this person from gaining all my information repeatedly. So to the rude employee I would like to inform you DOMINIC WILLS that it is very rude and unprofessional to hang up on a customer when they ask for that support especially seeing how you are working in the google contact support. Customer service or support for google apparently is not where you should be employeed! As for google I am thankful for your services all, except this one very rude employee.

I'm Reinaldo Pereira and my credit card status show 11 micro pays in this weird app from 14/8/2017 to 18/8/2017. I'll attach a photo capture from my credit card status referred a this problem.

I don't understand what type of app is this, in my smartphone I only use basic features. My family and I never authorized this transactions, I'm troubles for pay how this stupid cheats.

We made a one time puchase for Rs. 50 on this playstore using my debit card, but to my surprise there has been multiple deductions forRs.50, Rs.400 and Rs.80 from 16 Aug 2017 to 22 Aug 2017 amounting to Rs.4080 deducted to beneficiary GOOGLE *SERVICES g.co/helpp.
When I complained of the same to google playstore help, they had the nerve to tell me that all charges were legitimate and offered to refund Rs.400/- (ie 5 transactions). I woul like to ask google why did they refund five transactions if all charges were legitimate. This is whole sale cyber crime looting small amounts from millions of people like me which will result in total amount unimaginable everyday.

My account [protected]@gmail.com was hacked because my girlfriend gave my account details to someone in order to log into one game. This user changed all of my data such as my phone number, my password, and even my other email. I would like to return my account because there are many emails I need and this is my main email. Please someone help me.

On August 21, I received 4 charges to my bank account. There are 3 posted charges of $20 each, and I posted charge of $12. I have no idea what these charges were made for, but I did not authorize them. I was never informed that I would be charged for anything.

I reseived a credit charge on 8/17/17 for $5.65 and a foreign fee of $0.16. Description is GOOGLE*You Tube Videos g.co/helppay#GBR.

I did not receive an email of this charge. I happened to check my bank account and noticed the charges on my credit account ending in 9629. I have called the bank, however I was told to contact Google. I was given a
1 800 number that did not work.

I don't have a google account that I'm aware of. My number is

Why there are no any security questions while registering?
It would simplify everything when you can't log in. I think I filled out 600 forms trying to enter my account, but it still can't verify me. And this is strange because I know my password, I didn't change it.
They can't help me, they use stupid macros when answering and so your problem will never be solved.

I am really shocked to see this as I hadnt initiated this transaction. I believe something wrong is happening with Outfit7.

On August 18, 2017 in a total of 9 transactions totalling more than $135 was charged to my bank account from: GOOGLE *BNEI / g.co/helppay#:

(5) with a charge of $ 0.99 each,
(2) with a charge of $33.99 each,
(1) with a charge of $44.99, and
(1) with a charge of $17.99.

I want these charges deposited back to my account and an apology from Google for allowing for charges to be taken from myself and it appears from so many others.

My credit card has been charged 3X . 07/27/2017, 07/31/2017 and 08/07/2017. Each transaction is at a charge of $2.99. I have not authorized these charges and would like and explanation and refund. I don't appreciate having this happen, as I bet anyone else does. Please, get this taken care of or other matters will follow. I'm diligent at watching my finances and my family depends on every dime.

Why doesn't the spam filter work properly? I got many mailings I'd like to read in my inbox. But most of them get to the spam. Such as Booking, eBay, Amazon and other huge sources. I have to select each letter and redirect it to my inbox. Every single day I do the same thing. How does it work? I never marked them as spam, but they keep getting in there. Even personal letters.
Who can explain what's the goal of spam if I can't decide what's really spam and what's not?

Some odd situations recently where no matter what I type in, different results seem to be "pushed" onto me. So I use quotes, they remove them. I use "+", it gets ignored. I go to Bing, and immediately I get the results I was after. I'm not really setup for Bing, I don't use it, don't plan to (unless I must) but it's looking more and more like a monopolistic play on to promote themselves. I think a read an article recently where Google was fined in the European Union for "fixing" search results. Now Europe has better search results than the US? I thought the internet (and Google by proxy) was a strength of the US... I guess it is, but the people are collateral damage.

Hi, I have pending charged through my bank for $2.99 a purchase in my debt card for google telephatic. I did not sign up for google telephatic, or authorize this transaction. Matter of a fact, I do not know what google telephatic is. Why do you not have telephone number do people can call & speak with your customer service unit? I would like to know. How did you get my debit card information? This makes me very uncomfortable. 😣With all the internet scams & identity theft.
