Google unauthorised payments

Yesterday I already sent a complaint nobody answered. Today the same happened. Google makes unauthorised payments with my credit card over different amounts of USD varying from 1 USD to 60 USD.
I want you to stopp this [censored] and refund my money.
I never gave you my credit card number and I never authorised anyone to make payments with my credit card.
So stopp this immediately or I sue you guys.
Enough is enough.

Same thing happened to me.
A lot of payments going to GOOGLE *Google Play Ap GB g.co/helppay#
I didn't think i would find so many people with this issue.
I've filed a complaint and Google told me that charges are outside of their refund policy.
All i could do was contact my bank and re-issue a card.

Google wwe supercard game app, paid for credits but did not receive them!

My son purchased credits for his WWE SuperCard game on the 30 August, while we were travelling on holidays in Bali.
We paid for the $75.99 pack and the payment come up as successful and then the app closed off my phone screen, once we logged back in, no credits were added to his account.
He then did two others for $29.99 and they were ok and went through however once I was able to check my statement, we have paid for the $75.99.
Please refund this amount back to my VISA card ending with 3676.
If you need full card details please advise.
I can also be contacted on +[protected].

Google gmail and google customer service

My name is Elaine Balmer my phone was stolen and my passwords Changed by a angry ex boyfriend and he reset my phone so I got a Google locked out of my Gmail and I have done everything you've asked me to do over and over to recover my email to no avail. I've lost my job, almost losing my house, and yet your company has not lifted a finger to help me I have done everything from provide proof of identification 2 I offered to give you my social security number! And still nothing from your team. I understand that you can't change account information over the phone that's fine and dandy there's got to be other ways you can unlock my account with the touch of a button and yet you choose to let me lose my job. So now I'm going to go to the Better Business Bureau I'm also going to slander it all over any Facebook page I can get my hands on and I'm kind of thinking I might go to the news it's ridiculous you cost me a lot of money and all I want is in my email and you won't give me the time of day so here's the big screw you to you and all of your team members. If my issue is not resolved or at least addressed and attempted to be resolved within the next 24 hours I'm going to hire a lawyer, and I've already spoken with several and they're all very very eager to get their hands on a lawsuit with Google.

This is a great idea. Google can’t be trusted. Especially since they track you without your permission (yes google, even when you turn off the location settings) and who knows what they do with that information. There has to be a way to help get them to get their crap together. If only enough people stood up to them and an investigation was started... also I would sue your ex for revenge porn. Last post had this issue too although I don’t know the laws in your state.

Google google images

Hello,
My name is Natalie Turk. My ex boyfriend posted without my consent some very revealing pictures on some websites and they are currently on google images. I would like to see if I can get them removed from the image search engine. I'm not necessarily concerned about them being on the sites as much as I am with them being able to be googled. I am getting hired as a teacher in the state of Texas and i desperately need those said pictures to not be able to be searched. There is already a lawsuit against the man who posted. Please let me know what action can be taken.
Thank you, Natalie.

Google should be sued and investigated for invading our privacy AND you should sue your ex for posting revenge porn. That’s a form of abuse and illegal.

Google promote your own business through google

I decided to check my transactions from my debit card back in May 2018 and the balance was what I had figured myself. I logged out of my account I had $168.00 when I logged out. A few minutes later not even 5 minutes I call my card balance and it was $0 . This money was to feed my kids because I'm on SSI I get a check every month. So my heart dropped when I heard the balance 0 I quickly log back into my account and look over my transactions. And my last one was for $168.00 from this company called google AdWords. I fished around the internet to see who they were I called them and they said I have a member ship with them and. I have my business promoting through Google search and im charge for every time a person clicks on my business. I was confused . I don't have my own business I live from SSI I'm not allowed to have a business. I also notice they was taking money from my card account 2 more times in April 2018 and January 2018 I ask for a refund they said they don't give refunds I went to Google and complained because this company is using their name. Google only responds to me once a month on the situation and don't even mention this company or my refund they keep saying sorry for the delay someone will get back to you. So I'm believing Google is a part of this scam. They won't give me my money back . That's stealing and fraud and bad business .

You must sue! I suggest contacting some of the previous people on here and possibly getting together to file a lawsuit. This company needs to go and be shut down.

Google google accounts

As much as I love my google account and products I have come to a VERY BITTER disappointment recently. Of ALL the information Google spreads around the world, and above ALL the things they keep us informed about and state on their ''About Us'' and ''Privacy'' pages, they have a deep dark secret that they prefer er do not know about before people like you and I sign up for an account. That secret is FRP! FACTORY RESET PROTECTION. If ever your device is in a desperate and unhealthy state, or worse rooted or bricked, this may prevent you from using your device PERIOD. GOOGLE NEEDS TO WARN ABOUT FRP AND MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOUR ACCOUNT PROTECTION ALSO PROTECTS YOUR PHONE FROM THEFT BY PREVENTING A FACTORY RESET OF YOUR DEVICE. If your phone is rooted and dont bypass it, you will go through hell and back before its up and running again. If google is all about transparency like they say then they need to EDUCATE AD INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND USERS!

Please do not disappoinment me Google...

Make sure that is POSTED because screenshots me me sending this complaint will be posted EVERYWHERE ELSE! I would hate to see yo u not being transparent as you claim to be. TELL THE TRUTH, TELL US EVERYTHING WE NEED TO KNOW BEFORE..

Not after..

Google I am not a robot

As a reaction to just another one of Google's many "strong arm" attacks on the handicapped, the very frustrating "I am not a robot" serves only to slow down the productivity of not only fully facilitated individuals but more so to focus on and raise the difficulty any handicap person may have in the area of being physically or visually impaired when they attempt to go about normal Internet business.

Logical questions people not on the Google Development team might have would include ... What consists of a street sign? Is the pole part of the sign or is another something that is attached to the pole lower down on the pole also part of the street sign?

Is a curb or sidewalk part of a road or is only the pavement itself? How about a driveway that is attached to the road? Is a driveway part of a road? How about a store parking lot, is that a road or a parking lot?

What does a store front consist of? Does there have to be a sign out front and must the sign include a product name we are familiar with or if it appears as a store front with a product name, does the building have to have a door near that sign in order to qualify as being a storefront?

This facility SUCKS big time and the fact that so many businesses are selling out to another one of Google's private information stealing "pieces of you know what" so-called "tools" is despicable, especially when considering the disdain for the handicapped who try to work through one of these NONSENSE PUZZLES.

Google google photographs vs facebook fairness

Why did I receive an email showing a picture from my personal photo collection? I chose service, google photo, to use strictly
For school/teaching purposes.
I did not request any google machine or person to "make creations" for me.
In comparison, at least facebook gives client a choice of which photographs client chooses to display into cyberspace.

I am writing to ascertain whether a real human has done this. If so, then please stop.
I realize this is a free service and privacy rights can often be abused or overlooked.
In this case, does the service supplier (google) really care or again is this service simply a process/machine.

Perhaps google can be more transparent? Or at least reiterate, "what is buried in the fine print that states
Google can post from my photo collection or place in a data base used to accommodate advertising purposes?"

Offered suggestions:
1. Perhaps google can allow consumers to have a choice to "opt out", instead of "unsubscribe".
Many of us appreciate google services but prefer to make creations of preference.
2. Allow customer to check off which photographs "can be seen" in this public cyber-forum.
This would allow google to "make creations"

It is a shame that I must unsubscribe to google photos to avoid this happening to me again.
Thankyou for the time to read this complaint.

Google unauthorized charge

This has happened a few times now and I'm fed up. I know it is a small amount but taking money from me without my say isn't acceptable. I got charged $2.07 under "G.Co/helppay#" and I have no idea how to deal with this. My bank just says to contact google but they don't do anything.. I reckon that when you modify your payment information on Google they charge you, which is wrong.

Google google supercell fraudulent charges on my bank account

On July 3 and 8/3, 2018, I had charges for .99 and 2.99 taken out of my bank account even though I do not have an account with Google Supercell service. I have had 2 new credit cards issued to me as a result causing me much wasted time, trouble and worry. It turns out, Google Supercell has a relationship with VISA to auto update my card even when the numbers on the card change. I had to request the STOP AUTOMATIC UPDATE FEATURE for my new debit card from the bank so these charges would stop. When I tried to contact the Supercell people, at the request/suggestion of my bank, the Supercell guy asked me for personal information in order to access the account - which I don't have with them! Ugh! Google Supercell needs to not be allowed to have this relationship with VISA due to all the fraudulent activity associated with this service. (See all the article on-line that date back to 2016) Apparently this product is played through Google Play and may be violating its terms of use!
