Google adwords rip off

In mid November I contacted Google about a $100 credit I had in my AdWords account and I wanted to get help to setup a brief campaign. They transferred me to a sales rep who convinced my a Google Adwords Express account would serve me better and that I could monitor the use of the $100 credit and if my usage got too high I could stop the campaign.

I was following and by the end of November the usage was showing around $132 (I emailed the sales person several times to call me, he never gave me his phone) but he would not reply. The $100 credit only showed available in my regular Adwords account and not in the Adwords Express account, so I decided to call and talk to someone. The new Rep said the salesman should have never set me up on an Adwords Express account and for me not to worry because she would 'merge' the 2 accounts, so I could utilize the $100 credit. The rep did merge the accounts, but not the credit and so I was just charged $132.

I called Google today as soon as I saw the charge on my account and they were not bending. I explained how I had told the salesman about the $100 available credit, that I had no business on my website and I was hoping to generate a little. I feel he knowingly took advantage of me and set up an Adwords Express account realizing the regular Adwords credit would not work there.

Is Google that hard-up they need to practically steal from unfortunate small business owners? Is there anything that can be done in circumstances where a person was deliberately misled?

Very similar experience. I have spent at least $75, 000 over 5 years with Google Adwords. Then after 1 1/2 years, I attempted to start up again. After only 9 days, I was faced with a brick wall trying to resolve their own mistakes. My track record makes no difference with Google. They are arrogant with no interest in owning up to their own mistakes. I'm done. This will catch up with them some day.

Google AdWords totally ripped me off. They are supposedly there to help you but they purposely set up an account to take all the money they can and then they tell you it is your fault because they owner is totally responsible for the account. BUT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO HELP! THEY OVERCHARGED MY $1000 AND SAY IT IS MY FAULT BECAUSE I DID NOT END THEY AD BUT I HAD NO IDEA I WAS SUPPOSED TO END ANYTHING - NO UPFRONT WARNING, NO BILLS NOTHING. THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Google maps

I own a property in Italy. It is currently shown on maps as a rental cottage and has photos attached.

The property is mine since October 2017. I do not want photos or details of my property to be publicly available on Google Maps.

The fact that the home is show as a holiday rental property is basically advertising it as "NOBODY HOME" for most of the year, leaving me exposed to my property being targeted for thieves.

I have suggested an edit multiple times - I have tried both "Closed" and "Private" but Google does not apply my request.

Google bank charges

I am getting charged $3 every week or so to my bank account. I would like them stopped, but I don't know how to. I don't know what it is charging me for. Especially as often as it is charging. If not resolved I will ask my bank to cancel my current debit card, and send me a new one. Please help me to resolve this issue quickly. I would greatly appreciate it.

Google unauthorized money of 2.99 4.99 5.99 14.99 9.99

Google king has been taking unauthorized money out of our account 3 -5 times a week for all dicferent amounts from 2.99 to 14.99. My name is ted russell.. I really need these charges stopped before i take this further..this has been goin on for a while to this point we can add up over 200$. We will get an attorney and go step further if thrse charges are not refunded and stopped..have record of every transaction...plz call at [protected]...ted russell or tammy mikell..ocala fl. Asap. Or we will persue action.. This is uncalled for..

Google unauthorised charge

On 28/11/2017 my SBI account was charged for Rs 6000 twice, the details are
OTHPG 629217 GOOGLE * apple g.co/helpp. Rs 6000 and
OTHPG 347181 GOOGLE * apple g.co/helpp Rs 6000
These are fraudulent charges I have not used my debit card.
How can my account be charged without my entering any card details online.
I have contacted apple these aren't for any services by apple
How can these be reversed.

Google unauthorized link to my google account

I need to report unauthorized linking/ access to my Google account. This has gone on for quite some time and increasingly gotten worse. I beleive that my husband had this done initially to track me but as our marital problems escalated so has the level of tampering. It even went so far as to swap my phone with a comparable one which had been rooted but it was not even the same model although it had the same manufacturer. I have taken physical beatings over this because he was the only person close enough to be able to do it and he gets violent when accused. Yesterday I finally found some solid proof; his email address was showing up as linked in my account on my phone. I need to be able to get physical evidence that this has indeed been happening so that I can request prosecution. I'm finished with the mental, physical and emotional abuse that I've endured. I will add that I have made several complaints to local law enforcement, sent complaints to Google and hotmail ( when I had an account with them) and even went so far as writing a complaint to the FCC. Please help me - I need to prove this! Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I am attempting to be proactive and have this proof for my attorney.

You are in violation of the generic laws of the States United, United States of America Major (Republic), invading privacy, criminal trespass, invasion of privacy. You are hereby this present lawfully noticed you have no lawful contract with any entity Google collects information on or about, no power of attorney, no conscionable contract with any individual. Your terms of service do not constitute a lawful contract and is based on fraud and presumption and acting as a collection agent for a corporation calling itself government and operating inder color of law. Google is acting in an invasive manner unlawfully collecting information which is private in nature without paying the entities for the information collected and sold to third parties. The unlawful acts of Google will be met with fierce direct action against its CEOs and employees. We will pull surveilance on thier homes and families and brodast thier movements, conversations and activities on all outlets including thier masturbating to porn. we will be around every corner prosecuting all employees directly and in international venues and courts. We are going to imprison all senior executives

I get these charges all the time. I don't know where they come from. I deleted all payment methods from my account, but this wicked thing still takes my money. Sometimes twice a day, sometimes every few days, but it is pulling, pulling, pulling from my checking account.

These ppl stole $106.99 from my account and refuse to refund my money! I don't even know what tf Google outfit7 is! How would I go about starting a law suit against them? I work too hard for my money for folks to just take @ will!

Same here it's from my children. My bank said they would have to cancel my debit card and issue me a new one because there is no number to call these people and block this. Once you set up your phone and any devices in your house that are linked like tablets and laptops and ipods will automatically have your debit card linked. So if your children get on the internet and start playing games like Roblox or minecraft this company just syphons money out of your checking and it's impossible to get it to stop. I am out $197 in two months! I don't know how to stop it!

Google unauthorized charges

I have been receiving a $2.99 draft from my bank account and I need to either know what the charge is for and/or have it STOPPED!
The charges appear to come every 7 days.
The latest one is listed as: GOOGLE *GOOGLE MAMMOTH G.CO/HELPPAY# CA Date 11/23/17 0 [protected] 0 5734.
There is charge currently pending that will probably process today.
The previous charges were:
11-23-17, 11-16-17, 11-9-17, 11-2-17, 10-26-17, 10-19-17 and on 9/21/17 for 0.99 twice. On 9/21 is when the charges appear to have started. I believe that the 2 $0.99 charges are correct, but all of the others are not authorized.
I want the charges stopped and a credit for $20.93. Or if you can prove to me that I authorized the charge I will be happy to pay it, but I want all future charges STOPPED. This is the 2nd request that I have made.

Google blocked my mail id on forgetting password/ no way of retreating it

I have been blocked from my account & advised to set up a new account. This has been stressful, frustrating and downright inconvenient. I am disgusted by the 'privacy settings' Hotmail have implemented. I am the owner of this account & I have entered all the relevant details correctly & on numerous occasions. This whole situation has been incredibly distressful & unnecessary. I do not want to open a new account & even if I did you would still be preventing me from accessing important emails on my blocked account. I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER, I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING...

Google locked account on my phone

I have service through T-Mobile and had to update my software today on the phone (Samsung galaxy J7) After that I got a message that the phone was corrupted and had to be wiped of all data. After that I had to restart using my Google account, which of course I did not remember the password, so reset it on my pc. Then my phone says I am locked out for 24 hours because I changed the password. This is [censor]. I verified who I was on your site SEVERAL TIMES. I was on the phone with T-Mobile 3 times today, Samsung and Google, who said they could do nothing. Your customer service is terrible and needless to say I will let every human being I know about this. How am I supposed to conduct business without my phone? How am I supposed to know where my kid is at without my phone. All your company cares about is getting money. Pathetic, all of you.

I was checking my banking account when I found out a series of charges for "google telepathic" in the amount of $2.99 and 1.99 on 10/10/2017.
I have no idea what that is. I haven't signed up for anything that I am aware of and need the charges to stop

Google google telepathic

I've been getting charged $2.99 a week by Google Telepathic, since 10/21/17 (charges on 10/21/17, 10/28/17, 11/4/17, 11/11/17) and just noticed this on my credit card statement. There is already another pending charge for the same amount. I do not know what these charges are for or how they were authorized. I need to know how to get them stopped and would like to be given both an explanation of what these charges were for and a refund if possible.

Google google / being charged for google telepathic every week for $2.99

I was checking my banking account when I found out a series of charges for "Google Telepathic" in the amount of $2.99, dating November 8th and 15th of this year. I have no idea what this is for?! My Google account does not show that I have made any recent purchases. None of these charges were authorized, I did not purchase anything. I am an individual and not a company. I would like for the charges to stop, and to be reimbursed for the errors.

Google telepathic g.co/helppay

I've been getting charged $2.99 a week by telepathic g.co/helppay and I have no idea what that is. I haven't signed up for anything that I am aware of and need the charges to stop. I recently notices when I had checked my bank account the day before putting gas in my car and thinking I had enough to put $15 in and then checking my account later and realizing I had overdrawn from my account. I can't afford to keep paying this and if possible would like a refund for the unauthorized charges.

Google unauthorized credit card charges

Starting 7/21 as far as I can see, I have been charged $2.99 per week for I don't know what. I do not have any subscriptions and I have even deleted my card info but these charges continue to come out of my account. I have contacted my bank and they suggest to contact Google first and then call them back. Here are the dates I have been charged $2.99. July 21, 28. Aug 4, 11, 18, 25. Sep 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. Oct 6, 13, 20, 27. Nov 3 and 10... ALL OF THESE are on FRIDAY. So if you get paid of Fridays you may miss this! I want a refund of ALL my money.

This keeps showing up as a charge for $2.99 on my Visa Debit Card. I don't recall ever authorizing this. Can you please look into it and tell me what it is? I do have a Life 360 account that it is paid via Google App Store, but I don't have a clue what Telepathic GCO is! This charge reoccurs monthly and needs to stop! Please look into this right away!

Google google is excessively charging my account

I noticed that Google has been charging my account 27 times for $2.99 and it has over drawn my account for each at $.35 a charge and there is no record on my Google account of these charges but there is on my bank account. The charges read 16:13:045175 SVC CHG NSF SIGNED GOOGLE *GORDON SU4029357733, CA00248748DOM ON US. This needs to stop. This happened before but they had me convinced my son did it but I had no reason to believe they would lie to me. But now I'm getting irritated with this. Please fix this.

Google unexplained charges

I have recently received several unknown/unexplained charges on my bank account from google *telepathic g.co/helppay# caus. I have no idea what this is for?! My Google account does not show that I have made any recent purchases. I did not purchase anything and I would like my money refunded. This is the third charge that I have received so far.
