I went to best buys tire center on 11 / 25 / 09 to have tires rotated and balanced. I spoke to greg yedikian about servicing my car. Greg asked for the keys and he proceeded to check my car out. He told me my rear two tires were no good and he could not rotate them, but he would balance them. I told him it seemed as if i had not had those tires long enough to be worn out gregwent to computer and pulled up my history on my tires, he told me that i had 42000 miles on car when 2 tires were purchased in 2004, 2 more tires were purchased in 2006 with 76, 000 miles. Greg became very unprofessional, rude, obnoxious, hollering at me in front of other customers inside of his store. I was so embarressed i just walked out of his store and got into my car. He came out after i got into my car and said that i had upset him by saying that i had purchased tires a year ago that is not what i said.
