Goodwill of North Florida review: order # [protected] daniel rainn embroidered top. paid in full, not received and my emails ignored.

I bid on and won a Daniel Rainn embroidered top from Goodwill of North Florida (Jacksonville FLA). The auction ended on 11/28/2018. I paid in full for the item including shipping on 12/02/2018. Full amount was $22.02 (paypal # [protected]). I requested that they ship as soon as possible, since I had to have the item dry cleaned and shippped for a Christmas present.
It is now December 14, 2018. I have sent several emails to the Goodwill of North Florida via customer service link for the item on the shopgoodwill.com site.
The item has still not been shipped and I haven't had a reply to any of my emails.
It is now too late for drycleaning and reshipping. I want a full refund immediately.
I must say that I have bought many items on the shopgoodwill site, and this is the first time I have experienced such rudeness and inefficiency.
