Goodnight Macaroon ARE SCAMMERS. I placed an order in April 2023, when it arrived the quality was TERRIBLE and it was missing some items from my order. I started a refund in May and followed all of their instructions, including paying for the shipping and sent them a copy of the receipt with tracking number. They replied saying they’d process the return and it would take 3-7 business days for the refund. I’ve never received a refund and they have ignored all emails since. They took back the merchandise, after not shipping the full order to begin with, and NEVER processed the refund. They stole $250.60 from me plus the $17.38 I spent to ship it back to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Goodnightmacaroon. I mean, I've never written a negative review before, but I just had to share my thoughts on this one. I was really excited about my two separate orders, but then I saw all the negative reviews and my excitement just went out the window. I wish I had checked those reviews before I made my purchase, but I trusted all those bloggers promoting the website.

So, I decided to cancel both my orders right away. I sent multiple emails to the reps, but I didn't get much of a response. And then, to make matters worse, they ended up sending both my orders anyway, even though I had tried to cancel them before they shipped. I only received one of the orders, and the other one has been sitting in LA for a few days now according to the tracking.

I told the reps that I wanted to return the order I did receive, but they told me that I could only get store credit because it was 25% off. I mean, come on, that's just not acceptable service. It's not worth the hassle. I would recommend ordering from other websites like vicidolls, free people, urban outfitters, and hellomolly instead.

This company truly has the worst costumer service ever. I will absolutely never buy from them again. I have emailed multiple times over the past month about a sweater that I returned. They responded once asking me to provide the tracking number, which I did, showing that it had gotten there weeks prior. They haven't gotten back to me since which was weeks ago. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Shame on you, Goodnight Macaroon.

I ordered a pair of OTK boots. First off, those boots are ONLY for women with extremely skinny legs. But there is no such mention of this important detail on their product description.
Second; they mention it will take 3-5 days to ship the order. My order took more than 15 days to ship. Upon emailing them several times i get a reply finally! A shipping label was created. There was no shipping activity on my label for about 12 days. The label was given to me just to fool me so that i can think my order has been shipped.
I sized up for the boots reading all the reviews despite of that they didnt fit. ( only for skinny girls ) and mind you, im true Us size 4 in bottoms clothing but i had a hard time breaking into the boots.
So I immediately packed them n sent them back.
After i do so, again there is no email from them for several days. Finally i get an email saying my return was recvd. But again no further action.
I politely emailed them asking for refund after a week. Only after i emailed them, they sent me a store credit.
I wanted refund but they wouldnt agree. I emailed them several times asking for refund but they r cheap theives after all!
Their amazing return policy says if u get 25% or more discount on an item, ur not eligible for a refund.
Now they keep gettin 25-30% discounts literally every week. So this policy is basically to trap people into buying things as they r never going to refund!
This is the most horrible return policy i have heard off; me being into E commerce industry.
Dear GM, u really cannot get away with this! I will post this review everywhere so that no one makes this mistake of buying from ur FRAUD STORE!

Another Chinese website with cheap Chinese clothes. So don't expect them to have any kind of customer support.
They charged me right after I made my purchase. But it never arrived, unfortunately.
I tried to contact them numerous times, sent 10-15 emails and got 0 responses. I feel cheated.
So this website is not worth your attention and you should stay away.

When I found GoodnightMacaroon website I just fell in love with all the beautiful designs! I also followed their Instagram page and finally decided to order something. Ordered two dresses in medium size. When my order finally arrived I was extremely disappointed with the low quality of material! Everything look very cheap and nothing like pictures!
There was also a sizing issue. Both dresses were marked as medium size, but one was super tiny and another one was super huge! I contacted GoodnightMacaroon customer service and asked for a refund and the only thing they said was that they do not accept returns. I'm very disappointed with GoodnightMacaroon!
