Paid 550.00 for Personal training that I am not even enrolled in???
Cancelled personal training 6 months ago and the fitness head at goodlife at whitby consumers told us that it was cancelled and we paid a cancellation fee. However I got charged 6 months later 550.00. I want a REFUND IMMEDIATELY. Very poor customer service at GOODLIFE in Whitby @ Consumers. Very unhappy with how this situation was dealt with... which was absolutely nothing to be done.???

    I'm going through something similar. How did you manage to resolve this matter? If at all. Just curious.
