GoodLife Fitness service fees

I was a member of goodlife for several years (and am also a university student, so being a member is expensive on my budget), and found it to be an okay gym, not great like they advertise, but okay. One day I closed my bank account as I was informed was "compromised" and contacted the gym that I had done so, informing them that one of their payments would not come out.

They said that it was no problem and that they would process the new information asap. I asked them about the payment that was going to be missed, and they told me that it would be flagged the next time I went to the gym and I could pay the $25.

About a week later I got a letter from Goodlife in the mail stating that my account could not be processed, and that they would be withdrawing $50.20- which I did not authorize. I went to the gym and asked them why I was being charged so much, and none of them knew. I asked them about service fees, and they told me that Goodlife did not charge fees for closed accounts as there were no NSF fees, it was just returned account closed, and they had the new information and had received the next payment.

They provided me with their customer service number and told me to speak to them as they had no idea why random charges were being processed. When I called them, they told me that they charge $25 service fees for ANY failed processing of accounts. I told them what happened, and that this was not my choice, and that the account was not insufficient funds, it was closed. They didnt care, and told me that it was non- negotiable. None of the other companies I had on automatic withdrawls (Rogers, Bell, etc.) charged me any fees whatsoever! I remember at one point also having to pay $25 when I lost my membership card.. and that was non- negotiable too..

I closed my account with them, but as they need 30 days notice, I have to pay a month and a half of membership fees before it is closed... thanks sooooo much!

Sales goals are right, I was just doing some banking for 2nd quarter of this year and realized i was being charged for 6 months over my agreed contract term for club membership fees. I didnt receive a phone call, i didnt receive an email or letter (if the letter came, it would be returned to sender, which would be back to good life). Good Life is actually violating canadian contract law by doing this. I am well aware of procedure and polices of corporations and this is so dark and hidden so deep that even if the employee of good life doesnt disclose this information to you, they cannot be held accountable. So who is?

HEY GOOD LIFE YOU STOLE MY MONEY WITHOUT MY APPROVAL! IF THERE IS ANYONE AS IRATE AS ME > I WILL HEAD UP A CLASS ACTION SUITE TO DEAL WITH THIS SHADY MODEL THEY CALL A GOOD LIFE! I WILL NEED NAMES AND STORIES FROM EVERYONE COMPLAINING >

OMG...you are an employee of goodlife so i dont expect the truth from you or any employee of that club. My 16 year old daughter joined that club and after 5 months lost her job and like any other child that was warned abou joining a club that has been in the news for shady practices did not tell us and they tried to take out that payment every week. So once a week there was a charge for the NSF (42.50 and their charge (28.25) so please dont tell me they arent shady and just out to screww anyone they can for the mighty buck! This is a warning to anybody thinking of joining Goodlife Fitness...DONT DO IT! THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND NOT ABOUT YOU. As for your "story" about disgrunted employees...what about the endless customers...are they lieing too? Something here is a little bit fishy and i'd like to hear your story in a few years when you no longer work there. Will your story be the same...I think not.

OMG...I work for this company and NEVER have I come across the crazy practices you have shared here...I am stunned and embarrassed for the Club you worked at. I assume you are/were a Personal Trainer with GL? And that is why they asked you to leave immediately and not communicate with any of your clients due to the contractual obligations they signed onto when they became a GL client, so that makes sense. Often we hear of exaggerated stories or hurt feelings, difficult coworkers, etc. but this is true of any industry. I work with the utmost integrity and the practices you mentioned would not fly since there are constantly internal/independent audits performed on clubs/employees. It would be very difficult to 'scam' someone into joining the gym...as an adult, I read everything before I sign a contract and encourage my clients to do the same, going as far as underlining anything that may be construed as fine print or misunderstood, as well as having them initial those key areas. As for your future endeavors, good luck to you; maybe some day you will see the value of having worked at GL regardless of the experiences you had, as experience is the best teacher of all.

As a recent employee of Goodlife Fitness I must tell all of you out there to beware. Money and greed, sales goals and suspicious business practices fuel this company. When you start at a new job or position it is hard to realise these facts until youve gained more experience with the company and the way they work. After working over forty hour weeks for almost two consecutive years at this company it was my time to move on to a higher level of education and better my own practices, also to better the environment for my clients too. Goodlfe took this as an attack on them that I would even think of leaving my "valuable" position to move towards a new prospective goal in my life. After giving my two weeks notice in a professional manner I was asked to leave two days later as the management would feel more "comfortable" if I just left. Even thouh it was with pay in lieu of, they denied me a letter of recommendation and went as far as sending me a threatening letter stating that if I were to contact any of my clientelle, members of Goodlife, staff and or associates I would be sued and legal proceedings taken against me. This is outrageuous coming from a company that supposedly has "core values" and apparently cares!
One quick story I must share with the public has to do with their sales team office. (the people who have nothing to do with a gym or workout facility yet are there at the front to let you know you are out of shape and its time to sign up) As if they really know who you are from a two minute meeting that I must remind you they are trained for consistently, using the same compliment strategies and uneducated fitness assessment guesses on everyone.
Regardless one fateful day I had to visit the sales team room, as one and only one of them was also my client and I had to see how her personal cardio workouts had gone on the previous weekend. The agenda for the day on their dry erase marker board stated and I quote: "Even a bum with a bank account can get a membership: lets get them in!"
Since my club was located downtown and frequented by quite a variety of people, as well surrounded by three mens homeless shelters and methadone clinics. My client who worked in this office advised me that they were instructed not to let people know of fees associated with cancelling memberships or the unability to afford one. If per say, a "bum" would sign up they would tell them they had a"special deal" for them and they didnt have to pay a startup fee! (they did this with everyone) They would then mislead them into thinking their membership was now paid for and as long as they got a bank account number no matter if there was money or not they would begin extracting it for their own greedy uses. I was very shocked at this and saddened to see quite a few actual homeless people be seduced into this trap. When they came back to let Goodlife know they couldnt pay for their membership as they didnt realise there would be all these associated fees. (they also set you up with towel service an extra 5 -6$ a month without your knowledge, you have to let them know you dont want it or they will just sign you up for it) Anyways after they came back in they would be treated poorly, left with no options from their so called "club" and left to deal with the banks and collections agencies. As if these people havent gone through enough in their lives lets destroy it a little more for a dollar. I am so happy and feel entirely free to be away from this horribly run company. I know there are many others out there like me and probably many more horrific situations. In a world where advertising and money rules all, beware what you get yourself into. Goodlife is not what it seems. It should be called Moneylife, as thats what really matters to them.

Anonymous.

Ps. I realise I left you all without a tip or piece of advice. Check out your other options, smaller gyms do usually practice better business ethics, as they cannot hide behind a huge corporate name. Check out your local trainers who work out of their homes or come to you, check out a more private studio (usually their rates are very competitive with the market if not cheaper because you may not have to pay any overhead or membership fees) Their prices will also be very upfront and no extra associated fees will pop up in the future. Good luck to you all and train hard, whatever you do.

GoodLife Fitness - poor management / unfairly let go from job

I had worked at the GoodLife Fitness gym in South Calgary for almost a full year when i was suddenly "Let go" because head office had "over-looked", 11mos earlier, that i had a (very minor) criminal record. So basically i was fired for something they knew all about before actually hiring me...i had great friends at the gym that i worked with and really...

GoodLife Fitness memberships/personal training costs

Where do I begin? First, they sucker you into buying a membership. No where on their website do they list prices of their different memberships, and even if you call and ask them they tell you you have to make an appointment with their membership representative person. When you do that, they make you fill out all these forms about what you want/looking for, and then before you know it, they've got you paying $60/month for a membership. I specifically asked for the student membership bc I'm a student and their website says they gave a student rate. But because I signed up over the summer and had a summer job, they couldn't give be the student rate. Also, I went in to see about getting short term personal training, just something to get me started. They wanted me to pay $4400! For only 6 MONTHS of personal training. They wouldn't even tell me the price until I sat in the room with the trainer for an hour going over everything I wanted to accomplish, and getting my measurements. Then they pull out this form saying "If you're really committed than just sign here" FOR $4400! I'm not that committed, or stupid. Then I specifically asked for a SHORT TERM personal training session, maybe something less than 6 weeks (I had just seen the ad for posted outside the gym) and the trainer said "No sorry we don't have anything less than 6 months, this is the best I can do for you" Then when I confronted her about the sign outside the gym, she excused herself to "Speak with her manager" to see what she could do, then came back and said "OK, we can make an exception". And for 6 weeks, it's $750!. Ugh never going back to goodlife again. What's with all the secrecy and mind games!?

This location has horrible service with surly staff. The floor staff either ignore any questions you have or say in a defensive manner "ask at the front desk" and end it there.
The front desk staff rarely say anything as you hand them the card and will never say goodbye as you leave, even when you say something first.

Ok? No one cares.

You want to make sure you're doing exercises PROPERLY? Try looking in the mirror or asking another gym member. Both FREE OF CHARGE.

So you were paying this guy MONEY and he wasn't even watching your form or workouts 24/7? Wow, you're a sad fool. Might as well have been working out ALONE for FREE.

Them being replaceable is crap? You went through three for god sake, all saying the same thing! Again I must say you must be a lazy fool, only they would take such an incentive to be motivated. Even after being INJURED you needed a trainer to get you on track? You're the reason McDonald's is making millions.

Ps I can listen to a rocky training video and spend 20min researching online. Same level of motivation. Except you're dumb enough to pay for what's free.

Lol the last guy who posted must be a sales rep or something.

Personal trainers are a scam. What kind of fool pays money to be spoon fed something you can learn for free online? If you're worried about form mistakes etc merely ask an experienced member if you're doing it right for free.

Most trainers are idiots anyway and will have you wasting hours on useless exercises novices have no place touching eg Swiss ball exercises.

They are not magically tailoring something to you. Lmao. Often they're just regurgitating something from a book.

They are as replaceable as check out clerks at the mall.

To be honest, if you're too lazy to spend a few hours or mins even researching for free, you won't last and don't deserve results.

I really dislike the way people complain about the price of personal training.
Let me put it to you this way: when you hire a personal trainer, you are getting more than a workout buddy. That trainer is creating a program SPECIFICALLY designed for YOU and YOUR needs with all your bodily ailments accounted for. You are guaranteed success because now they are not only YOUR goals, but your trainer's as well. Your trainer is going to keep you in check and accountable for your success in the gym. Weekly-monthly weigh ins, food journals, pep talks, "lets-get-you-back-on-track" talks when needed etc. Your appointments with your trainer increase the chances of you actually making it to the gym by a ten-fold! When you walk through the doors of a gym, you are looking to improve your body/health/happiness/confidence etc. but the only thing you leave with on that first day is a membership and a new monthly fee. Working out hurts and its hard so if this is your first gym membership, then it is likely that you don't LOVE working out and don't lead an exuberantly active lifestyle. As time passes you'll likely find yourself going to the gym less and less, things come up, the gym makes you too sore, you plateau and stop seeing results, or you are eating like [censor] and are not seeing results...so now, those good intentions of getting fit/healthy that you had when you walked in the door have dissipated...you are frustrated, still fat/unhealthy and on top of all of this, YOU ARE STILL PAYING FOR THE GYM!
This does not happen when you have a trainer. Those goals will be met, you will get your [censor] to the gym and workouts won't seem as grueling because someone is there with you, cheering you on, coaching you in all aspects of life, and giving you workouts that work for YOU (aka. not out of a magazine that caters to the GENERAL PUBLIC! Are any 2 bodies exactly alike? NO! so why would you use the same workout as someone else and expect the same results?)
Personal training is 'expensive' yes, but so are cars, and when you find yourself at a dealership your intent is to buy a vehicle because you need a method of getting from point A to B. Nobody thinks twice when it comes to investing in material things like that, you need it so you buy it. When you walk in the doors of a gym, chances are you are unhealthy and fat. You need results because you want to get from size 14 to size 6, or you don't want to have heart attack, yet it is appalling when you hear what your need will cost. WHY? Your $5000 car is going to die in 5-8 years, but your $5000 new body is going to make the quality of your life better and last as long as you do.
But of course, investing in YOURSELF is just unthinkable, your right, you'd better spend that 5 grand on a hunk of metal that does nothing for your well-being...fat [censor]

I guess it depends which area you live in, my club is a womens only in a smaller city. I agree that it is expensive for personal training but certainly not to the tune of $4400! I just bought 48 1/2hr sessions a few months ago and it was only$1680.00 roughly $35.00 a session. My membership is great, the people are friendly the classes are fun! It is definately worth the $34.00 a month. Goodlife is way better than the competeter around here which is Premeire Fitness, that was a nightmare!

Put Jessica and Jon's post together and you have the ultimate post of ultimate truth. Goodlife has its flaws and I have heard dozens upon dozens of horror stories of Extreme Fitness and their shadiness and utter lack of moral and ethical business practices. Gymmer beware! uLTIMATELY, IF YOU WALK THROUGH gOODLIFE'S DOORS, BE PREPARED TO spend quite a bit...unfortunately. But, then again, most gyms are highly proced these days. I was mortified when I saw how much the YMCA was. I was expecting affordability. Stick with Goodlife, get out your cheque book.

I do not work for Goodlife Fitness, nor am I afiliated with them. I've been a member now for 6 years and I'm sorry to hear such comments regarding Goodlife Fitness. I have to say, Extreme Fitness is much more aggressive and shady.

The sales rep at the Yonge/Dundas location for Extreme was a liar. I went in as a 'guest' and my wife immediately set the tone by saying, spare him the sales pitch, he just wants to work out and check it out.

The guy followed me into the change room after my wife left, told me that I needed a credit card and drivers license for 'insurance' purposes.

I said 'no' of course and he kept at me. Eventually I wanted him out of my hair and just said okay thinking that he would do nothing with it.

I finish my workout, go ask for my credit card and driver's license back and he says, 'sign here!'. I looked over this paper and it was a contract. I repeatedly said I didn't want to sign a contract, he insisted it wasn't a contract and kept pushing and pushing.

In the end, I didn't sign and he was upset. He even said, "I went through all this work of inputting you into the system, the least you could do is sign for now...".

This is an absolutely true story.

About 10 years ago I worked at CIBC VISA as a call rep. Extreme Fitness was one of the biggest violators of cardholder misuse (based on the number of complaints I got, DAILY!). I mean, it wasn't even close. At least 2 out of my daily incoming calls were from agitated Extreme members. I didn't sign with them because of this when I started (as a VISA rep I heard all the complaints) and listened to myself.

Bottom line: Extreme Fitness is a suspect company. Unlike Goodlife, they are owned by a NY investment firm. So try complaining! Goodlife is Canadian owned, London based by a 'person', so someone ultimately takes accountability. Just my two cents.

GoodLife Fitness their word means nothing

I cancelled my membership, tried to do it by phone as I had a sister-in-law in the hospital with a life threatening disease and we spent every hour we could with her. I asked them to write down the names and cancel the accounts. I got the bs that they can't do it over the phone. I explained the circumstances and still no compassion. I finally went in to cancel in September. I specifically told the girl, I want all amounts paid up, I had put a stop payment on my account and I want no more monies owing to them. She told me the amount that would clean up everything. She said they will try a bank withdrawl and I would need to call to get the money back. I said that won't be a problem as I put a stop payment on the account.

They say I still owe September payment even though I was told nothing more will be due to the club. Their word means NOTHING. They are a lying bunch of money grubbing ###s. If I don't pay by the end of November, they are threatening collections.

Also, if they try to sell you circuit training, don;t buy it, a waste of time. I was told it doesn't do much for you, if you want to really get in shape go to a personal trainer and they will put you through worthwhile routines to help you properly get in shape.

All I can say about BadLife is stay away.

I have no idea how they ever achieved a better business award. Their word does mean nothing. If there is a dispute with billing, they put you on to "Goodlife Experience". Well, its an experience alright. You receive the worst run around and nothing accomplished in handling your dispute / complaint. If you ask to speak to a supervisor or someone higher up, they will refuse you, saying that they are trained to deal with complaints and situations. I have never heard of such a thing from any other type of business or government. They cost more than most other gym memberships and provide the worst customer service possible.

GoodLife Fitness - unauthorized withdrawl from my bank account

I was told by Goodlife Fitness that I could get a trial membership for 5$. So I signed up for the trial membership, went twice, and did not go back. I thought that was it, I did not want a full membership. BUT three months later I noticed that goodlife fitness had withdrew twenty six dollars and some change out of my bank account. At no time did I ever give...

GoodLife Fitness harassment at co-ed gym

I left a reputable gym where I had been a member for 10 years with no problems to join Goodlife since it was closer to my work and home. After several months of working out a male member began circling me while I exercised, would exercise right next to me, walk slowly by me staring at me intently, etc. I was completely unnerved. When I entered Goodlife one lunch hour he suddenly appeared in front of me entering the building ahead of me, and then blocked my way through the swinging gate. The final straw was when he followed me out the parking lot. I went to the young inexperienced staff at the front and told her what was happening to me. Another member overheard me describe my stalker and said that her and others had been harassed by this man too. The staff member would not come with me so I could identify this person to her. The manager was out of the building and I instructed the front desk girl to have the manager call me. I waited ALL AFTERNOON, no phone call. Finally, I called back and was told she was "in a meeting". I said if the situation wasn't dealt with, I would have my husband come to the gym with me to protect me. Upon this threat, I did receive a phone call from the manager, who advised me to point this man out next time I was in the gym. Why would she not have had her staff point him out to her? Why victimize me again and put me in an awkward position. The next day he was not there and I was instructed by the manger that we would wait until the next time I worked out to identify him. At this point, I was extremely frustrated because the staff now knew exactly who he was and I felt they had the responsiblity to point him out to the manager. At this point, my husband was so concerned for my safety he waited in the parking lot while I exercised. The next time I exercised (Monday of the following week) I walked in and spotted him right away. Doing as the manager instructed me to do, I went to the front to get her. She was with a client (busy ripping off another unsuspecting member to be, I suppose) so I didn't want to interrupt. I informed the desk clerk of the situation and he said he would relay the message to her right away. I was shaking so badly I couldn't even exercise knowing this man was nearby. I just wanted to leave but was determined to see the situation through. After 35 minutes I went to the front again, and was told that the manager had left for lunch! I was very upset and berated the staff for not telling her I was waiting to point this man out to her. I asked for someone else in charge and, of course, there was nobody. I went to change into my street clothes and upon exiting the change room, I spotted the manager, who had been summoned back by her staff, looking for me. At this point, I was angry, frightened and frustrated. The manager sat me down in the public area and advised me the problem had been dealt with. I was shocked and asked how she could have dealt with it when she had been waiting for me to point him out to her. She said she had a staff member do it and she had talked to him. She then said she had spoken to him on the Friday previously. I was stunned and asked at what point would she have told me this? Why would she have waited all weekend, plus have me walk back into the gym knowing that he was exercising there at the same time? Why wouldn't she have come to talk to me BEFORE she left for lunch? She said she was going to call me "LATER". I asked her what the outcome was and she said she couldn't say. I asked if he was going to continue to be a member and she said "ABSOLUTELY". (No, I am not making this up. In this day and age with zero tolerance on harrassment this actually occurred just 30 days ago). I terminated my membership within several hours. Goodlife continued to take a payment out of my acount and today, I spoke to someone at corporate HO to tell them to return the money to me, as I was no longer a member. He was very abrasive and kept saying I had "signed a contract" and that I had to wait 30 days for my membership to expire. When I told him I had been harassed and forced to leave the gym, because of the utter inexperience of the manager, he put me on hold for 18 minutes. When he came back on the line, he confirmed that I had emailed corporate head office twice about the harassment problem (I never did receive a response from anyone at their head office on the harassment issue. Maybe 'cause I hadn't been raped yet?) and he then said I was no longer welcome at any Goodlife Fitness Centre nor was I to communicate with them, and that they would do the same. It is beyond belief that any company would handle something like sexual harassment in such an insensitve way. I have worked out for 20 years successfully in other gyms with no problems. I would never recommend Goodlife to anybody! I am now happily back working out at Shapes, (yes, on the co-ed side occasionally) with no problems. It will just be a matter of time before the manager of this location runs this facility into the ground.

Good Life Nature Way in Winnipeg is turning into a bacterial dump. It's filthy. The instructors aren't very good; some of them are control freak nutcases. The tiles in the large gym area are coming unglued from the floor. Body pump participants trip over them when they try to get weights from the stand. The mats are stinky and filthy. I'm going to call the health department on them. It's enough already! It's starting to feel like a money grab. They're signing up way too many members and not maintaining the facility properly. I wouldn't be surprised if their members end up with bacterial infections, etc. since the facility isn't cleaned very well.

I have just been through the same HORRIFYING experience at Equinox in New York City of all places. The "best gym in the country" as they proudly announce to one and all. It is certainly the most expensive. If you do not address the problem, you are complicit with this longstanding American patriarchal culture of rape. The same culture that allows Clarence Thomas to sit on a Supreme Court bench -- in a news cycle when Anita Hill's testimony is finally being validated 20 years after the fact. Emphasis: fact. Language is oppressive. It should NOT happen at a gym. EVER. Equinox management claimed that they had a zero tolerance policy on the issue of member harassment. After listening to my serious complaint about a creepy old man who lurks, leers and makes obscene remarks, they did absolutely nothing. When I provided them with corroborating stories from other female members at the gym... they did nothing again. I cancelled my membership immediately. I got a partial refund. I am giving half the money to a local rape crisis prevention clinic and the other half to the ACLU. I am also going to contact the corporate headquarters of Equinox and make sure they know what happened. And exactly which members of their "best in the country" staff made such grave errors. In closing, I wonder, of all the previous replies above, if the people who told this woman to "get over herself" were men or women. Would be interesting. And tragically predictable as well.

Premier is a very disreputable company. I cancelled in 2008 and thought everything was fine. One year later they called to ask about account. I wrote a full account of my complaint on this site. This eventually escalated to a being threatened by a lawyer. They use the hardsell and other aggressive tactics. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I believe these types of complaints need to be addressed as a safety issue. How about contacting some news business to see if there is anyone interested in the ethical side of organized gyms. Certainly harassment is an important issue.

I believe this woman. Having been with Goodlife for 10 years ought to have counted in her favour by this particular gym. Gym's are personal places for men and women, much like public pools... but not supervised.
My gym, a Goodlife, seems to be respectful. Men generally keep their eyes to themselves which helps me to feel comfortable, especially in the free weights area...and yes, it is walking distance for me.

To: Anonymous Employee:
A friend bought a used computer from a manager at a gym. It was thought the hard drive was impossible to recover, not so for my friend. He could not believe how bad it was... letters of complaints...no intention to do a thing about it...a dirty business!

As for myself, I have been harassed by Premier Fitness. I cancelled my membership after the year contract for good reasons. I was ignored so, I conveniently lost my credit card... and reissued with new number.
Contract ended 2003... Last week, I received a letter stating my arrears can be forgiven if... I rejoin with conditions to offset the arrears... The sum is into thousands now.

Jeez there are so many Goodlife supporters. Do you even know what lies behind this companies real intent? I dont think so. Read up on some of these complaints.. Its consistent. and believe me. It wont last very long for them if they continue their way of business.

I agree, you need to get over yourself "would exercise right next to me, walk slowly by me staring at me intently, etc." that is not sexual harrassment, sounds like you are making a big deal out of nothing, and it sounds like you are posting this complaint to get back at GoodLife for not doing as you wished

I think the man should have been kicked out. No tolerance should mean no tolerance. They may just be words, but they're words that are put there to protect people from ### like that. I go to a Women Only Goodlife and the employees aren't much smarter, if it's any consolation.

She can't sue them, unless he was staff.
I'm really sorry that happened to you! It sounds very scary and I validate your feelings. You did the right thing and I'm sorry they didn't. But legally, I'm not sure they can do much. Tho, at my club a man was kicked out but he wasn't paying for a membership (maybe he'd won it?) so it might be a different situation. Our whole society is set up to allow this kind of thing to happen. I'm glad you were able to get out of that situation safely.

Get over yourself. If you have a problem with the person tell them. I will admit they are stubborn with payments though, I had trouble switching which account my payments came from, took 3 or 4 complaints to finally get it right.

GoodLife Fitness negligent trainer

My daughter signed up for a fitness training and a 1 year program. The fitness trainer did not deliver what was promised. In fact, the trainer acted more like a drill sergeant and pushed my daughter to the point of injury. She lost 2 weeks of work and incurred over $200 in physiotherapy fees to correct the injury. When the organization was approached, the only alternative provided was an alternate trainer. Due the to loss of over $500 for this injury, she was not willing to risk another injury and simply wanted her money refunded. After weeks of avoiding calls and referring to head office, she is out the cost of a trainer and the annual fee for the gym.

Goodlife Fitness is more concerned about the funds and has no interest in customer satisfaction and the delivery of quality services. The poor customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend this organization.

Goodlife area corporation and a business before they are a gym. They are far too agressive with their sexual marketing and personal training sales tactics. They are willing to hire people as trainers who have no credentials, but ask that they get certification within 3 months post hire date. what a joke. Half of the trainers are in their early twenties and are a waste of your money. They promise 80% better results than on your own which isn't true most of the time. These trainers go to a site, and pay an annual fee of $100 to get online client workout prescriptions, in other words, these trainers don't even design their programs. The trainers are arrogant kids.
Goodlife is also expensive and they lock you in for one year once you sign up. I would say almost every location I go to, I encounter a bad experience or rudeness of some kind. I hope the New Athletic Club puts them out of business.

So I just started with the gym and so far I love the classes and the place is spotless. The people there are extremely friendly and the machines are easy to use. My only issue is with the phone call I received about 10 minutes ago... I newly signed up earlier this week and now they're telling me they 'misplaced' my void chq...We're definitely going to keep an eye on our account now b/c by judging the above experiences they'll probably charge us double. Time will tell I guess.

Also... You can get out of memberships if you are injured, or if you need to stop for any medical reasons. Even if you werent ill and just needed to get out of the agreement. Just go to your doctor and have them sign a note saying that you cant be there any more for medical reasons. Then you can cancel your commitment. They also will let you stall a few months, like if you have to go in for surgery and cant go to the gym, or if you go on a vacation for instance. JUst let them know and they will hold on payments until you tell them you will return. Thats how it was explained to me.

I love the gym, and my experiences there. Feel great.

Some trainers don't have much experience. Ask about the level of the trainer before signing up. A personal trainer does 1 short course to be certified but the other levels (Master, Elite, Elite Plus) have further education. Check them out, or ask questions before signing up and ask for proof (certificates etc). Experienced trainers will have no problem providing them. (Tho some great great trainers I've had were simply Personal level).

I also had an annoying experience with Goodlife Fitness which located at March Road, Kanata.
They suspended my membership because my account was overdue. However, it was caused by their insufficient way of the transaction. (They lost my banking info and void cheque) My husband and I tried to reach the general manager at the club. However, he ignored the inquary and bounced our numerous phone calls.
It is apparent that he has no management skill. He shouldn't be in the management position to begin with if he is not capable of dealing with issues. They are unprofessional at all.

GoodLife Fitness cancellation charges

I lost my new ipod nano in one of goodlife clubs(on roydon place in ottawa), only to find out that it was turned in by one of the local club instructors to the main desk but stolen by one of their employees, the manager of the club tried her best to cover up for the employee and claimed to assume no responsibility of the theft! i guess she forgot to post that "we are sorry but our employees could be dishonest and thieves so don't turn in any found items in the gym" the managment tried to insinuate the honest instructor who handed in the item as one that might of taken it!

My car got hit in the parking lot of the Pickering location at 1755 Pickering Parkway. The staff could care less and were of no assistance when I tried to see if they had parking lot cameras. I was told to file a Police report and only then could I get the footage. Well, I went to the police station and they told me they have NO camera's in that parking lot... Only after this did the same general manager Carmella confirm this with me. Her manager was even more useless (Giovinna) and did not take my concerns for the safety of myself and my property seriously, at all. The toll free number makes it impossible to get anyone, Stay far away from this organization, it's VERY poorly run and all they care about it getting you to sign up for a membership. After that, you're on your own.

Had to cancel my membership and personal training sessions because of health reasons. I was instructed by one of the staff that a note from a doctor was necessary in order to cancel trainer/ membership. Provided a note form my doctor. Refund given for my unused and remaining training sessions but they are still charging my credit card. Called THREE times to the manager but no return phone calls and no documentation on what was refunded! What do I do? I can call my credit card and stop further charges but honestly, Goodlife Fitness Centres are the worst company I have ever come across! Can anyone offer advice?

As a GoodLife Employee, I would personally like to apologize for all your inconveniences. A One Year Contract for Goodlife Fitness has a $99.99 Cancellation Fee. It can be waived if you have a medical issue with a Doctors note and/or you moving to a different country or region of Canada that does not have a Goodlife Fitness Club. The mistake would fall on the person you personally dealt with, with the issue. Any Cancellations or Changes to your Membership can not be done over the phone, but in person with proper identification. As for membership tags, if no longer a member, you can cut it up and throw it away.

When signing up I was told I would be able to transfer my remaining time on my contract to another person. I also called in to confirm this the day I decided to transfer it. The staff member said that I would be able to do so and I even specified "would they take over the remaining or would they have to start their own 1 year contract" she had said just the remaining. I had my member ship for 8 months and now it being summer I am doing more outdoor stuff like canoeing and swimming and hiking, then I have work. So I don't have time to go to the gym and their weekend hours are crap. There's also the issue that when I DO go to the gym there are teens using half the machines with their free summer memberships and when voicing this concern to the staff they simply said to come when the teens aren't allowed to use the gym before 9am and after 4pm... So me, a paying customer has to move my schedule around to make it more convenient. Anyways, I went in to transfer my contract and met the person there and we sat with a staff member and he told me that I has been misinformed and that the person taking over it would have to sign up for their own one year contract. So why is the transfer option even available to customers? People can just go to the gym and get what they'd get from me. They aren't helping their customers at all they are just trapping you. So after contacting the head office they told me they are sorry and they will follow up with the barrie location. Now I'm the bad guy to them and if someone is to get fired or they get in trouble they will put it on me. They also may cancel my membership as they don't have to have a reason or notice. No longer feel comfortable going there anymore. So dissapointed I didn't receive any sympathy or compensation for the lies I was fed.

Do not sign up with this company. Go to a gym where you get a door card and that is ACTUALLY 24/7

I joined Extreme Fitness about a year ago. Now, it is a part of Goodlife. I started getting notices that i needed to pay for fitness membership for me and my wife. We had paid for the year in full so i thought that it was an administration thing but noooo. Apparently, Extreme lost my personal training contract cancellation and had been charging me ever since. I went in a weekday evening and handed the cancellation forms to a personal trainer and it got lost. The manager was not available so I left it with a staff member who assured me that Bruce would be receiving the papers. Anyhow, no one is able to help me, I'm out a few hundred dollars (that I cannot afford), and I have taken 0 personal training sessions. I was with Goodlife for over a year at Northridge before joining Extreme. Is this how my wife and I are treated? Is this what Goodlife stands for? It really must be about the dollars and cents from what I am reading on the net but I hope that I am wrong. I haven't gone to the gym in 3 weeks because I feel angry and disappointed at how I am being treated. All I wanted from the very beginning was to have my contract cancelled. Logic would make that obvious because I did go on a regular basis since joining but not now. I was assured by "bruce" that he would try to help me out but no luck. Bruce is the manager at the club. The same bruce who was with Extreme. I've told all 300 friends on facebook about this, all 400 of my linken account and hopefully, all will go well to make a boring story. I just want this crap over and done with. Is a refund of the money withdrawn too much to ask? Keep posted.

I had a membership to the womens goodlife at don mills and eglinton from purchasing a dealfind voucher for 1 month of unlimited group classes. When me and my friend arrived we were basically pressured to get a membership and we were specifically told by the sales person Latoya that we had 30 days to cancel it without a charge and if after that deadline we decided to cancel we would pay $59 which is the initiation fee that was originally waived by the dealfind voucher. According to that information me and my friend decided to keep the membership. But as time grew we realized it wasn't worth keeping since we had busy schedules and were moving farther then the location. We went to go cancel the membership in which i had to make an appt with the manager she said that they needed a 30 days notice in advance (i dont understand how that makes a difference whether i tell them i want it cancelled 30 days from now) and that the cost was $99 to cancel i mentioned her what the sale rep had told me. She went to go talk to the sales rep and say the individual is suddenly `busy`in the office and for us to call head office. We were pretty much lied to by the rep just to make a sale we were told verbally this is how it would be and on contract it represented nothing of that sort. The sales rep Latoya was hiding in the office the whole time this ordeal was currently going on to avoid the situation and when i confronted her she decided to claim that she said $59 plus first and last.

Either way, that place is a complete rip off stay away and keep your money in your pocket.

GoodLife Fitness trainers not present and not willing to help nd plus personal training to expensive!

I am complaining about Goodlife Fitness in the Tecumseh Mall in Windsor, Ontario. I was told when I first signed with them as a member that there will be trainers present to help anybody with any exercise machine, and also give tips on how you can improve your health. I personally have never gotten any help from these people at all because there always talking with each other in the gym and don't care about helping people at all. Goodlife charges too much for there personal training for half hour sessions. They told me that I get 12 sessions for a price about over $900 dollars, but for half hour sessions. For the full hour sessions it's over a $1200 dollars and that's not fair because a lot of people in Windsor need help with there health and want to get healthy but Goodlife charges people too much for there training. I want to build a good muscle mass for my body and the personal trainers have no experience in that field at all. And plus when somebody wants to be a member the counselors are extremely pushy, and suck you in by empty promises.

"If you are serious about training you can finance your training. If you can't "afford it" than you arent making it a priority"
WOW, sounds like the personal trainer has spoken.
Normally if someone can't afford to pay for a service, it has nothing to do with making it a priority, that is the most ignorant statement I've read to date. How about real life priorities such as paying a mortgage, insurance, utilities, putting food on the table for your family?
How about not over paying for a personal trainer who has only taken a short 3 day course to obtain their certification?

Here is my advice, can't afford a personal trainer, take the course yourself, learn then find a workout buddy for motivation.

You were clearly told the wrong price regarding personal training. Sessions range from $52-$82/hr based on the level of trainer. In regards to trainers being around to help trainers are always present at the gyms although the majority of the time are busy with their clients or preparing for clients. The trainers are only paid for the time they spend specifically with their clients and not for the time they are in the gym without a client. You may have been provided with the wrong information. If you are serious about training you can finance your training. If you can't "afford it" than you arent making it a priority. If you have questions make an appointment with a trainer, schedule a personal health profile or pay for training.

Try signing up for appointments with Member Ambassadors. They're free! Yes, unfortunately training is expensive. Did you know GoodLife has financing options? And different programs for lesser prices sometimes. So try sitting down and telling them price is an issue?

Tracey- I'm sorry that happened! That's not cool. I wouldn't be signing. Talk to the fitness manager there! I'm certain you can switch trainers.

GoodLife Fitness extremely poor management

My general manager all of a sudden said it was time to let me go! I asked why is that? and she exclaimed i was not selling enough training to stay in the business. my productions were down according to her! I guess $7, 500 is just not enough in a month and a half of work. Meanwhile i ended up being top rookie sales person in Calgary! We sold $43, 000 as a team last month and i had $6, 500 of it. That is sad to know that Goodlife fitness has exceptionally poor management behind the doors of David Patchell-Evans!

NOT ONLY THIS INCIDENT WHICH OCCURRED APRIL 18, 2008 BUT LAST WEEK ACCORDING TO THE ROSTER COUNT AT RICHMOND SQ. GOODLIFE FITNESS (LOCATED IN THE SW OF CALGARY, AB) KIMBERLY BRATTON HAD REDUCED IT BY AN ADDITIONAL FOUR TOP PERFORMERS IN THE COMPANY. IT IS A FACT THAT THESE THREE TOP PERFORMERS LEFT GOODLIFE FITNESS FOR GOOD DURING THE WEEK OF APRIL 13TH TO APRIL 18TH. IT IS A SHAME THAT A MANAGER WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE BEST HAS LOST SO MANY IMPORTANT PERFORMERS IN SUCH A LITTLE TIME FRAME . I THINK DAVID PATCHELL-EVANS SHOULD TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT HIS TITLE OF BEING THE 50TH BEST MANAGED COMPANIES IN CANADA. IT STARTS WITH ONE LITTLE MANAGER IN A CLUB LIKE THIS THAT CAN VIRUS THE REST OF THEM.

I don't understand you people! All these problems would not be an issue in the first place if... if... YOU READ THE CONTRACT! All of your responsibilities as a member are outlined on it! And when you break the agreement it's all of a sudden GoodLife's fault? Are you kidding me? I understand that if.. if the was an error made on behalf of the company, then yes this would definitely need to be corrected. But if you agree to a Personal Training package... it state on the flipping contract that the session if after 10 days or so many session the remaining sessions can not be cancelled or refunded. I would know this why? Because unlike so many other people- I know better to read this before agreeing to things? You people that are wining about the mistake that you made and blaming this company are selfish and disgusting. This is why they have contracts and it gives them the power to stand behind them.

So in closing... people- please for the love of god- READ THE CONTRACT (as you are given a copy of it- HELLO) READ IT BEFORE YOU ARE LOCKED INTO IT. Locked into it? What do you mean? YOU HAVE 10 DAYS TO READ THE STUPID THING OVER. In this time period you have the option (BY LAW :O) to cancel.

It would save so much grief if you people would open your eyes. I don't know about you- but my parents told me to never put my name on something unless I had a complete understanding of what I was signing to. Maybe the next time you want to better yourself in the form of Personal Training- read the damn paper and see what is involved. Shocking right?

To chantal10:
I currently work at Goodlife and agree with all the negative feedback about them. They do not give a damn about customer service, it is all about sales. You will never get your money back as it is against their policy, but you may be able to get your left over sessions. Here is what you need to do: First, contact the fitness manager and plead your case, when that doesn't work, demand the phone number for "customer experience." The threat alone may make the fitness manager give in but if it doesn't, go ahead and call customer experience. It is their job to resolve this issue. That is your absolute best bet. Goodluck.

Me and my Husband were both convinced to sign up with a personal trainer. We were originally happy (first 2 sessions) until we stopped receiving calls to set up our appointments. After a while we found out that our trainer had quit; And the following trainers we were "given" quit before we had a session. We are having a hard time trying to get our money back. Any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated as it is a lot of money. Thanks!

Thank goodness I am not alone! I am a member of GoodLife in Ottawa. Things are no different here. I spent close to 4 thousand dollars on Personal training and pay my membership dues every two weeks. I have done this since I joined in 2003.
In July of 2008 I suffered two concussions in the span of a week at work and have been unable to do anything because I have been diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome.
I went to Goodlife with a medical certificate asking that they put my membership and training sessions on hold until I was cleared medically. They filled out the appropriate forms and said it would be on hold until I returned. They continued to take out membership dues. I went to them and they again filled out the paper work. Again the money kept coming out of my account. I had 44 personal training sessions left to complete so again I went to the club, they told me they would refund the money and my membership would be on hold.
It has been a year, not only did they continue to take the money out but they also told me that my personal training sessions expired...imagine...all that money and because I was medically unable to work out they felt I should forfeit everything.
I have yet to receive a full refund. They have "credited me the personal training sessions". I have tried to go to the Better Business Bureau who say it is a civil matter. I have threatened them with legal action which of course they say...go ahead because all the fine print at the back of their contracts covers them.
GoodLife SUCKS! If I didn't want to lose my training sessions I would have told them where to go a very long time ago...we as consumers are helpless. I have tried to find contact information for Patch which is always blocked by those idiots at Head Office.

I belong to an all women goodlife club in Windsor, Ontario. I was NOT informed prior to my trainer leaving until 2 weeks after she had left. I still have 5 lessons and one payment left. I told them on the phone that a) I should have been advised of my trainer leaving so that I could have taken my last 5 lessons. the person on the other side of the line said "we did call you twice" ...my answer was..."unless you called and God answered, you sure al hell didn't call my number or talk to me" when I told her that I dodn't have a land line only my cell phone and with my new phone I can trace any call made...after hearing that she changed her tune real fast. I do not want any other trainer, I see how they work with other clients and I don't like what I saw risking injuries. Do you have any suggestion as how I can handle this situation? Thank you.

GoodLife knows about the consumer protection act. It's all outlined on the back of your contract in big bold letters your rights. If you don't pay in enough time, they send it to creditors. Not GoodLife's fault. GoodLife tries to contact you with letters, and the number they called must have been the number you gave on the contract. Did you move? Did you update your info? My friend who works there says people often don't update their info so when things like this happen, people don't realize it because the letters are going elsewhere. I don't understand why you're mad at GoodLife when you couldn't pay. And the collection agency isn't GoodLife, why aren't you mad at the law firm? Think about it...

GoodLife claims to be one of the best managed companies over and over again, yet I have never in my life seen such a poorly managed business. Maybe the corporate side of things is where its managed well because inside any club you visit all you get is poor management uncaring employees and managers who dont know a thing. I was working at GL in London Ontario for the last 6 months where I became the top seller in my region getting awards for first or second in sales every single month. I had struggled with some health issues over the last month and due to stress was advised to take 2 weeks off. My manager was upset at my time off and hired a new sales person for our club. M manager replaced me because my health issues were stress or related to(mental health) The woman who was my manager has NO experience in a gym or working out, has no fitness background, cant figure out what to do with most machines in our club, and cannot resolve a customer complaint if her life depended on it. I was let go and treated unfairly with prejudice do to mental health issues. I was treated like an outsider and was soon to be the brunt of all the jokes in the club thanks to my boss telling everyone about my condition and mentioning that I am seeing a counsellor and on crazy pills. Soon enough even people i didnt really know where telling me how they heard from my boss about my depression or stress of whatever. Working at GoodLife in London has been the single worst job experience of my life, due to mismangement and unprofessionalism. I really thought about suing or fighting or at least letting someon know and when I tried I was made to feel like an idiot even more from Managers and from our Clubs owner. So they will end up failing Im sure with someone so unqualified and immature to be running their clubs. I wont fight it anymore every single day more people are finding out just how bad GoodLife really is, so I figure its all just a matter of time before it all falls apart.

hahaha...not really funny but goodlife is an effin joke...the manager in windsor at the tecumseh location is a CHILD, it's embarrassing hearing everyone complain about her...imagine a manager telling an instructor that "she doesn't like them, so she doesn't want to deal with them" WHAT?! you don't LIKE them? What are you 5? Grow up before someone makes you. Joke city...Fools that drank Patch's koolaid and don't know how to be an individual anymore...because that is CLEARLY frowned upon...

My parents just received a call from Robin Robero in the last hour. Imagine the concern they had when a law firm is calling them and looking for me. By the way, I am 44 years old with children. They only left a prerecorded message, and Robin asked me to return her call. I have tried approx. 20 times leaving messages and recording my own to them. It was only after a search of the phone number that I was able to locate this site...thank goodness! I owe $100 to Goodlife and had gone into the location in order to pay months ago. They were unable to process a payment for every reason imaginable and I was extremely frustrated. I then asked that the manager phone me about the incident, and I even had the girl at the desk write out what happened and sign it for me. I never again heard from Goodlife...not a letter, not a call, nothing. I have no problem paying this amount, however I am outraged that Goodlife took this route instead of contacting me directly. ONCE GOODLIFE SENDS THIS OVER TO THIS COMPANY, THIS THEN BECOMES A BLACK MARK ON YOUR CREDIT RATING! This is very difficult IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE to repair. Yes, I am disgusted by this company. However, I am HORRIFIED THAT GOODLIFE IS JUST PASSING ALONG FILES TO THIS COMPANY THAT WILL EFFECT OUR CREDIT RATINGS FOR YEARS TO COME.

ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN BY CONTACTING GOODLIFE DIRECTLY ALONG WITH THE ONTARIO CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT. YOU CAN FILE ON LINE! PLEASE GO AFTER GOODLIFE! THEY SHOULD NEVER AGAIN GET YOUR BUSINESS OR ANYONE ELSE YOU ARE ABLE TO WARN ABOUT GOODLIFE'S RECKLESS BEHAVIOR! PLEASE TAKE ACTION!

I honestly don't think everyone is getting the big picture here when it comes to credit scores, and just how one report like this can be the difference of getting a loan, credit card, car, ect. and having it turned down for years to come.

GOODLIFE IS "NO GOOD"! I AM GOING TO THE STAR AND I ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO THE SAME!

And just as a side note, I did phone Goodlife directly after looking at this site. I was only able to connect to a message board. They have not yet returned my call...they are THE REAL ###! The other company is making their $5 bucks for their stupid harrasement calls, and they will go out of business if enough of us report them to the Ontario Consumer Protection Branch. Goodlife will eventually be forced to drop them with enough pressure, and no one will hire this company with reports numerous reports against them.

UPDATE: I have sent a copy of the above along with a letter to Goodlife, and I would like to encourage anyone who has trouble to do the following...Contact Goodlife Customer Service, David Patchell-Evans the President of Goodlife, The Fitness Industry Council of Canada along with the Ontario Consumer Protection Branch. Be sure to keep any and all documents along with all voice recordings should you need them.

I will be starting a BLOG reporting the events that have happened along with what follows next. Fortunately, I do have the time to make this a priority. It will also have links to the sites you will need to visit in order to report this to everyone who can take action. Goodlife is accountable for their actions as long as "we" hold them accountable. I have ordered a copy of my credit report, and I will be posting the blackmark by Goodlife on this site as well as my BLOG and every other site that is pertinent. Again, this type of reckless behavior can affect you for years to come! Keep tuned in for a link to my BLOG...coming soon. And, more importantly, take action against Goodlife!

UPDATE: I spoke with Stephanie at Goodlife at 3:30pm today. According to Stephanie, she is the only single representative that I am able to speak to at Goodlife. In other words, it stops with her. Unfortunately for Goodlife she was very uninformed about the Consumers Protection Act. She was surprised and unconviced that consumers have rights that are protected by the act. She did give me her guarantee that the collection agency had explict instructions not to contact the Credit Bureau, and that she would personally guarantee that they did follow the instructions. I am now waiting for a copy of the credit report, and I suspect that this company did make a claim on my credit report. I will definitely keep this site updated with what shows up. I would strongly urge that everyone else with the same problem do the same.

I also have made calls to the collection agency over 30 times leaving numerous messages. I requested specific information such as address and fax number. They in turn only called back twice. They refuse to leave any of the requested information. This is all part of the Consumers Protection Act, and they have clearly broken it. They have once again phoned my parent's number leaving personal information. This also breaks the act. From their first phone call to the last I have left my phone numbers each and every time and stated that they not call the other number. This also breaks the act. Stephanie feels that this company represents Goodlife in the very best light. I pointed out that she may want to pass me onto someone that has more knowledge, however she refused to do it.

Stephanie insists that they sent me a letter in March and April. I never received such a letter, and this would be the first time I have not received a letter from anyone ever. If it were one letter, then I might understand that there was the remote possibility it was lost. However, two letters lost in the mail are against all odds. Stephanie then told me it was up to me to prove that I did not get the letters...huh? In turn, she stated that as long as they stated it was sent then that was all that needed to be done on their end. Overall, she has made a point to reinforce Goodlife's reckless behavior.

Please contact me with a reply if you would also like to take action.

GoodLife Fitness goodlife fitness - void cheque

I heard a promotion on the radio about a one-year free membership with zero dollars initiation fee at GoodLife with certain restrictions and conditions.

I went to GoodLife to discuss the restrictions to the front desk and they told me to speak to the "manager". A young man (25-30 years of age) with no job title approached me. We sat down at a near by table and the first question he asked was what I do for a living and whether I am with an association or a company. My association offers a competitive rate, however I wanted to try out the facility for a "free year" as per the radio promotion before signing up. Right away, he offered me 2 months for $2 each and then I could start paying my association rate. Therefore, I came in regarding one promotion and I receive something completely different. Subsequently, I joined for $2 per 2 months. To receive my association corporate rate, I would need to pay them directly. Therefore, I do not have to deal with GoodLife for payments. The sales rep. also gave me this information. He then asked for my cheque information and claimed, "not a dime would be taken", since I would be dealing with my association and not GoodLife. He informed me this information is necessary to activate my membership. I was reluctant to give that information since I found it unnecessary and said I would bring it in tomorrow when I receive my orientation session.

The next day, I spoke to the same sales rep. He asked for the void cheque, and again I fed him the same lines as yesterday. He informed me, if I do not give him my bank account number, I can't join, even though yesterday I paid the $4 and oh 20 cents for 2 months of gym access which I was now unable to attend. He then adds he needs this information to apply the $30 bi-weekly charge. Bi-weekly? I asked. I reminded him about my association fee and he said oh right (as if he forgot), and continued, but I still need the cheque information to open your 12 month contract membership. As a result, everything we discussed 24 hours ago didn't register and now he's giving me new information we didn't even discuss! I said thanks but I'll pass and he tore my membership contract with this rude look on his face. Sorry buddy, you're only getting $4.20 out of me.

After the "void cheque" incident yesterday, I did my research and this website really helped. I discovered this didn't just happen to me but to others alike. Please share your story on this website to help others save money and avoid headaches.

I had cancelled my membership... Much to my surprise, they kept charging me over and over. I discovered that they renew my contract without my knowledge and without my signature. I called the main office repeatedly, but no answer, only a lame email. REFUND my money at once...now!

Teddy Theo Garfunkel has been training clients at various goodlife locations for many years now. He is not an employee. He's paid on cash 60 dollars an hour. He is currently training under the radar at your park road location also your blood just west of bay st.

For the Prestige Plan we were told we either give them our banking info or pay for a full year: $720 + tax. This is not ethical.
