GoodLife Fitnessmembership refund issues

My name is Stephanie Bianca borsos, I signed up 11 days at GoodLife yorkmills station. Unfortunately I was wrongly informed about the 10 refund, I called on the 9th day wanting to get a refund since I was wrongly informed about my membership program. I was promised by jarred the personal trainer at Yorkmills that it would be 31.99 per month but when I checked the receipt it was 31.99 bi weekly. I would love to cancel this plan and discuss other membership deals. I hope to head office on the 9th day and they couldn't find my name in the system.
