08/10/18- I decided I wanted to look up someone and got the $1.00 one time thing and I have been charged $26.98, $0.27, $1.00, $0.01. I can't get anyone at customer service to help in resolving this issue. I don't appreciate this customer service at all nor do I appreciate the unauthorized credit card usage. I want all the money refunded to my account and this to not happen in the future with charges being charged to my account unauthorized.
I would consider their $1 trial false advertisment !
For $1 trial membership I was charged $20 and I was never able to use the service and it keeps prompting me to enter my card info ... Yeah I was a fool and followed thru with a repeat of same charges and still no service to use
Same thing happened on me I was charged 4270 go lookup.com 1295 go lookup.com never agreed to it it was a dollar it said and then all the sudden disappeared so I did not authorize it I want a refund I contacted my bank already this is a scam
I agree this is definitely a scam this very thing happen to me just yesterday I've been trying to get them to refund my money back and they are not complying something isn't adding up with this company I wish I would have looked at the reviews before putting in my information that was only suppose to be 1.00 but has gotten charged twice in 2 days for 12.95 scam scam scam.
I was charged $68.22 on my card, which I didn't authorize it, just wanted the $1.00. I called to cancel it when I seen it on my checking account. The customer service person only wanted to refund half of it at first,then $48.22, if you going to refund me my money, refund it all. I don't have $20 or money to give away, plus that's my car payment, which now going to put me in the red. Only get one little check, on disability, and every cent is counted toward bills.
Same here and i live in Hungary/europe. Paid the 1 $ today and after that I've got mails and i saw its a 5 day trial and if i will do nothing i will be charged 68$ every month. I can't call from here , that's too expensive. I'm inEurope. I wrote mails and sms with please and help and delete me after the trial. No, Standard answer said 5 times only with a call. In 4 days they will take my money and i can't cancel with email? They can take me as a member and my money with one click and my email but I can't cancel with my mail?
Call them back & threaten them by telling them you intend to file a complaint with your state Attorney General's office. They did the same thing to me that they're doing to you. I told them what I suggested that you do & they refunded my money the same day. Make sure you get a confirmation number. Good luck.
They charged my debit card without approval and not only that but I tried to cancel my account more than once and they charged me 29.98 after I canceled. Plus the info I got wasn't even correct.
