they are fraud from a-z, not one interaction w/them over the last 3 weeks has elicited any helpful, or even honest, service. they advertise a $500 bicycle on the front cover, a $20% off coupon on the back cover. after my 29 yo autistic son saves his money for two weeks and refigures all kinds of budgets and payments, borrows and begs from relatives, when I, his mother, place the order am informed that the discount does not apply to "that item, " after being informed the trike was backordered til the18th, i regrouped finances and ordered. if u lived w/OCD/autism you would understand why. found another trike, triedto cancel 2 days later, was informed nothing could be done, it had already shipped (not as reflected by FedEx) now even tho CSR refused help, was able to intervene with FedEx, tracking available to Gold Violin who refuse to credit my card for 30 days, NOT a credit card, bank debit. If I ever get my $438 back, I will unsubscribe ALL Blair catalogs forthwith.
