Some sick insane individual who might work for you or is using ur computer to send out very sick spam. I have added the info to the add photos so u will see who it is from and what they say. This is from a woman who has been stalking me for seven years. She is a narcissist sociopath who has a yen for me. She now has a group of minions who are helping her stalk me, harasses me, and still follows me around town. The cops took care of the boys she had parked in front of my house giving me the finger. I had to quit the ymca because one girl would call another, the saddle bags girl would text this succubus and she would show up, then follow me to the gym and stare at me. I guess she wants me to hit her. I am waiting for the group to jump on me and then I will fight them, but I am to old for this crap. Fire this person. She probably contacted someone she met on line and is having them do her dirty work. She is very clever and dangerous.
if I find out this crap is coming from your company I will sue the hell out of you

Have been a Member for over 20 years. Infrequently have used the services within these years.
When request for services was rendered service was adequate, if booking with their agents. As stated have not used the member services much through the years. Annual fee's were paid and original purchase paid 20 years ago.
Have been trying for over a month to obtain my login information. Goldrush sent a temporary login code which didn't work. Have called the Citrus Heights office for assistance, left messages over 4 times no return calls. Still to date can't log in or be provided with assistance from Goldrush personnel.hen they say they will return your call it seems it will be returned if money is involved.
Last year my wife and 4 friends went to Paris and Spain needed assistance with train schedules and tickets same experience, after face to face meetings in the Rancho Cucamonga Ca office, no return Phone Calls or assistance. Finally went to another travel agency and assistance and service was provided.
20 year member saying stay away from this agency, wasting your time unless booking full service for travel which isn't that less expensive than on line booking for travel.
A lot of money spent on purchase price and yearly dues for 20 years of bad service, assistance and failure to provide members with quality service.

after receiving our choose your vacation literatures witch stated "2 adults receive accomodations for 3 days and2 nights at one of over 600 mariott etc hotels within the US. I found that we were restricted to only Anaheim ca or south lake tahoe nevada.
this is false information. the certificate # is [protected] I feel that this company should stand by what we were told
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We attempted to contact Mr. Naught to inform him there is a mistake in his interpretation of the certificate. The certificate is, in fact, valid at over 600 Marriott properties. We apologized to Mr. Naught and offered to correct the situation. Mr. Naught accepted the apology but then terminated the call. It remains unclear as to who told him the certificate is restricted to certain destinations. We stand at the ready to service this customer should he contact us again. The ball is now back in Mr. Naught's court. We strive to have a successful conclusion to all our offerings.

We received a letter in the mail that if we attended a 90 minute seminar we would receive 2 free airline tickets to fly with Southwest Airline. We attended the meeting, declined the offer to buy in on their program but were told we were promised the airline tickets and would receive them. Your screenshot plainly shows this email coming from eiina@wivcstx.cnyuioncop.it. The .it is a server from Italy and has nothing to do with Goldrush. I would ask that your compliant be removed. Even thought it has nothing to do with my company it is indeed a negative review.
