Good 👍
Golden Rewards is generally doing well in dealing with customer problems, which is nice to see! But there is still a lot of work to be done (for example, responding to all incoming complaints). We suggest reviewers take some time to understand how exactly the company operates. Reading other customers' experiences can also give insight into how Golden Rewards handles challenging situations.

Golden Rewards Complaint

Hello. My name is Rebecca. I recently purchased two very big bags of products from my local Walmart. They are expired. It costed me nearly $90. Walmart refused too refund or even exchange my stuff. Feeling pretty let down by this I was extremely upset by this..I want my dogs too have the very best of everything. They are 9 months old and two years old they are my babies. I won't feed my animals expired things. I feel very cheated by this. Walmart told me I had to message the company that it isn't there issue basically. So I wasted my gas and time to end up with nothing. I am so mad

Golden Rewards unauthorised deduction from my bank account

On the 17 o2017 I received a call from the lady called Vuyolwethu who said she works for Golden Rewards and I was been awarded a card from Golden Rewards. she had my personal details e.g ID number, and my Banking details I then asked why she was offering me this because I did not request for a card from them and she tried to explain what they were offering and she said she wanted to confirm the address they will send the card to. I then told her that I was not interested.

On the 01 December my FNB account was deducted by R299 from Golden rewards which I did not authorise and I called them asking for my refund as I did not authorise this deduction from account. they lady I spoke to said they cannot refund me but she can only cancel future deductions. this company is FRAUD people must be aware.

the details on my bank statement states " collection" reference is Goldenrew3397532

Golden Rewards Unauthorised Debit Order

Yesterday my bank informed me that a debit order has been instructed against my bank account. Upon inquiry, I was directed to a 3rd party doing dept collection (Digicash) who stated that my name and banking details was given to them by Golden Rewards (based in South Africa). What was more shocking was the fact that they used my maiden name and details of more than 13 years ago! The 3dr party - Digicash did provide me with Golden Rewards contact details - but needless to say, no one is picking up the phone on two numbers and the 3rd number does not exist. I have stopped the debit order and informed the bank. They also advised that I check my records regularly to ensure that I am fully aware of who are trying to debit against my account. Has anyone else has such troubles?

Golden Rewards scam

I received a Final Prize Notification letter today from Golden Reward, Inc. along with a check for $4850.00, representing the initial payment of a $185, 000.00 sweepstakes prize that I won.

The check is drawn off of an account for Key Resources, Inc., 3703-A W. Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27403. The bank name is Suntrust Bank, Greensboro NC 27408. ABA number [protected] account number [protected]. The letter says to contact my tax agent to activate the check before it can be deposited It also asks for prepayment of a non residential tax in the amount of $3740.00 by using Money Gram electronic money transfer before the remainder of the prize amount can be paid out.

I've read about these types of scams before however never saw it in person until now. In these times of trouble for so many this is a disgrace and the perpetrators should be processed to the fullest extent of the law.

I recieve a letter today from Golden rewards Inc. Ajax Ontario, Canada The letter had a check enclosed in the amount of 1750.50 from a Bank in texas, It told me all I had to do was deposit the check, and once it had cleard i was to Moneygram 950.00 to cover the "non residential" fees after which I would recieve by certifed check, or other options, and would recieve a lump sum of $89, 500 dollars,

so, luckily in the age of internet, i googled the company name, I heard the videos of persons who had been scammed by this co before, and I am so gratefull, that i did not deposit this,

BECAUSE THE CHECK WILL CLEAR AT FIRST, THEN ONCE U WIRE THE MONEY, FOR TAX, THEN YOUR BANK WILL COME AFTER YOU FOR THE FULL AMOUMNT OF THE INITIAL CHECK.

I AM SO GLAD i FOUND THIS OUT, BEFORE I TRIED TO DEPOSIT IT, I AM REALLY SADDENED THAT IN THIS ECONOMY AND HOW WE ARE STRUGGLING SOMEONE COULD GIVE U HOPE LIKE THIS, AND THEN, HAVE THEM DASHED

This company is on the move but they still do the same thing. They send a check, tell u to pay the tax and tell you to call them. What stop me was the fact that i don't remember entering any contest. So if you don't remember entering anything do your research first.

The company also makes it very easy to see that they are fake just by the letter they send. The 1st thing you should notice is the fact that the letter doesn't look professional at all, and also notice that they automatically tell you that this is your final notice. If you haven't received any other notices, why would they send you a final one. Also, they tell you that you have won a lump sum, big money prizes like this give you an option. They ask you if you want the lump sum or if you want the payment in installments. Finally why do you pay a tax agent all the way in canada, but the bank that wrote the check is in this country.

So in closing if you did deposit the check with out do some research until now, then sorry to say your a [censored]. Hopefully if you still have the check in your hand, then i would shred it and the note, but before you do give the company and the bank a call and report it to them. Don't call Golden rewards, cause they never pick up.
