I just left Golden Corral locates in Fredrick MD apparently our waiter Martha had a issue about us not being the "Traditional" family is meaning me my wife and two girls I got up and she questioned my wife saying that it's three people on the receipt she consistently enforced that her "friend" me had to pay cause I wasn't on the receipt so she kept pressing that harassing my wife until my wife explained our daughter was 3 she didn't have to pay and that I was covered so Martha said oh ok your friend is good my 7 year old explained to her that's not my mom friend she my stepmom so Martha then took the time to correct my daughter saying no that's we friend like it was rude and uncomfortable for us I hope the issue will be resolved cause she took the time literally 10 minutes to harass wit the word friend after my daughter and wife over and Over again explained I was more than a friend

The food at the Golden Coral in Anderson SC has gone down in the past 6 month--food is horrible-dried out-and the soup containers has so much film on it you can't tell what kind of soup is under it. A lot of people has already left and found restaurants elsewhere I would hate to see this place go down but if something is not done and quickly it will !we as a group have went there for years every week but we will not go back there until the food has improved we are not paying good money just to get sick. please somebody if you all care check into this!

I just looked up our local Golden Corral cost curious if it was cheaper as it is smaller than the one we had went to in June. Found it EXTREMELY less so I went to the Durham website to see what they advertise their price to be. To my SHOCK we were charged $25 each, for three adults plus drinks! I had just finished Chemotherapy and radiation treatment and was excited about the possibility of tasting food as I wasn't able for months and having options to sample and test was exciting. I will be sure that cancer survivors and patients are aware of such atrocious acts by a company that boasts it's support for our military, and by the way my husband is MSGSGT retired from the Marines after 29years served and we will share this with our community as well. NO discounts for military or seniors, were available.

After years of enjoying the food and service at Golden Corral # 903 in Morristown Tn we had the worst experience ever. With a party of 6 and a child ordered buffet and drinks after finding hair in two separate dishes we let the first manager know without calling attention to the situation. She told us they get the food frozen and just reheat it so the hair couldn't have come from the food. That wasn't a response I expected like we were liars. I ask to speak with another manager and he didn't even try to explain what he could do or try to fix the problem. After being refused corporate information we all left our meal unfinished and left. I feel a full refund is in order for this. Our Antique Car club is the largest in the area and we meet at this location weekly .. Local folks are your business . Thank You for your attention to this matter ...

We went to the one in Daytona on Aug. 23rd in the evening. For one thing, the price was way to high. The all you can eat ribs was dried up and hardly any chicken. Food was tasteless and to beat all, my husband found a hair in is food and one in his bowl before he put food in it. We will never visit this one ever again and will make sure we spread the word. This was a dirty place

My family of 4 went to have Sunday dinner. The plates was dirty and most of the food wasn't fresh. The worst customer service ever. Not one refill. We want our money back. On 8/18/2018 visited your jonesboro ga location with a party of 9. Restaurant begin flooding when party was seated tp begin to eat our food. One side of restaurant was covered water. We proceeded to go to management to try to get a refund due to restuarant being crowded without room to accomdate a party of nine. Due to flooding. We were informed we had been in restaurant for 20 min and this was a natural disaster. We could wait for a table to come open. But there wasnt anything that they could do. So me and party proceeded to leave restaurant without eating or getting a refund. Horrible customer service die to restairant flooding

My husband Frank and I, joined 4 of my sisters, for lunch at Golden Corral. The regular and sweet tea tasted horrible. Frank described it as tasting like DIRT. My sisters and I admitted that it tasted bad but felt that the drink dispenser needed a thorough cleaning. Frank was the only one in our group that selected the meatloaf. He stopped eating because it tasted like DOG FOOD! Yuck. PLEASE Follow Up on this complaint to make sure that these concerns have been investigated and it is healthy to return back.

Idk his name yet but I know where he lives in Springfield MO and I know his red Chevy truck. I just figured someone should know about this before I start my action to stop all the lies and stealing going on. This manager is leaving work to see my wife, pick my wife up on her breaks and have sex with her on a side road behind your restaurant either in my wife's car or the company van this has gone on for a few months now. My wife would text him and then call golden coral and complain about the service and before we get to the register he comes to comp the order, my wife says her name and he replies with I'm fixing right now and enjoy your so we can eat for free. On 1630 I arrived at the location on gunbarrel road Chattanooga Tennessee
I purchased food for four people.
The chicken liver was dry and old, the fried fish was stale, the mashed potato's were lumpy and cold, pulled pork was dry and over cooked, we were there for 90 mim. and attempted four time to get a steak well done and one med-well and one med.
and did not receive a steak cooked to our liking during this whole time,

During this time I saw three people ask for fresh water mellow and the gray headed gent working behind the counter replied we get on shipment and they are all the same also I watched as bell pepper was processed on the same table as potatoes and not one time did he clean his cutting surface.

I have ate at Golden Corral for many wears but if this is going to be the norm going forward I will not grace the doors again this is not good food or good health practice

My son and grandson and I came in to eat at 840 I know it was late and the restaurant closes at 9. We paid for our food set are stuff down and walk up to fill our plates. There was literally hardly nothing to eat and every thing that was there was cold and not much to pick from. I ask to get our money back and was told i couldn't. This is unreal. I paid almost 45.00 to get a handful or corn and grwwnbeens. I will never go back into this golden coral again. Beside not having food to eat there and ha ing to pay 45.00 for nothing they where so rude to me and my kids

We just left the Plano Texas Golden Corral. 4 of my party of ten 8 of which are children drank spoiled chocolate milk from the dessert bar. I brought the milk to the assistant manager immediately and told him the problem. The milk despite the expiration date had turned. He then poured it out in the soft drink area and said it looked fine...then he said "people don't get sick from drinking bad milk"...this is both wrong and and a ridiculous thing for someone in food service to say. I said we don't want these kids getting sick and he said he'd give me the store's insurance info... so then I talked to the store manager who was nothing but dismissive and condescending. No one seemed to care that they'd served children spoiled food. We then turned their attention to an ENTIRE rack of dirty dishes and they just said hmm and took it. Our students then wanted to take a few more pictures of the food they likes that was not spoiled and suddenly the store manager was all over them saying they weren't allowed to take pictures. Likely because she didn't want pictures as evidence to be used against her. I'm very angry and disappointed in this experience, I highly suggest you look into Maria Portillo and her assistant manager because they provided the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in my life. And 2/4 who drank the milk have already had diarrhea. So there's that.

My family and I visited the golden corral in Mansfield Ohio. All the meat was cold and old when asked for fresh food it was mixed with the old when I informed manger Gary he went in his office and shut the door. the baker Mrs Torez bring me fresh food and kept coming to check on you and see how we were doing. She made the visit less upsetting. Not only me and my family other customers as well. Great job Mrs Torez.

I am currently at Golden Corral on 529 in Houston Tx. Having dinner. This has been the worst service. I feel as if my children and I are invisible. The service staff has not come to our table to refill drinks or take away used plates. However, they have gone to all the tables around us and removed plates and asked if they needed a refill. I had to take my cups back to the front to have my drinks refilled. I paid almost 60 dollars for crappy service and food that tasted day old. Happy to say will not be returning.

I am complaining about GC in Southaven, Ms. I have been to several GC's and this was the worst. The building used to be Ryan's, so of course they kept the furniture and everything else. It doesn't even look like a GC. The food was horrible! Dried out, empty food containers, etc. I don't know what they were trying to prove, but it was really messed up. I really love their fudge. They were out and didn't make any more even after I asked. I don't know why they are still in business. My whole family(uncles, Aunts, cousins, etc.) hates that place. The floors and bathrooms were dirty. I just want to know why this GC is not held up to the standards as the other ones? I really love the one in Tulsa! They always replenish the food, it's good, and the waitresses are always so friendly. GC in Southaven is pathetic! Don't go!

This complaint is regarding food safety
I went there yesterday for my cousin birthday
It was a kids party
I took some chicken wings and they kids was eating it too
I had to stop my little brother quickly because the chicken wasn't clean
Has long feathers
It was only one it was all
So I ask to speak with a manager
He came saying it not our fault the chicken come else where I had to stop him and educate him it's your responsibility to make sure you serve all guest clean foods it doesn't matter where it come from
Your duty is to check the food before serving
It was disgusting
They kids was complaining about their stomach hurt
On top the buffet was closing at 9pm by 8:30 their was no steak they refuse to cook us some while we pay our money to eat there

My name is Crishonda Sykes, my family and I showed up to Golden Corral in Brandon FL to have dinner, after waiting 30 minutes we were finally seated at a table. My family and I waited for the waiter to get our drinks for over 20 more minutes which she never came to our table she only would serve the other tables around us, I finally called the waiter over to our table so that we could get our drinks and she was very rude snatching the receipt from my hand, once the waiter returned with the drinks 10 minutes later our drinks were watered down because the ice had melted. I then asked the waiter for a spoon so that I could feed my toddler because he could not eat from a fork, the waiter then rudely said to me "the spoons are over there, you can go get it yourself" I then proceeded to retrieve the spoon for my son and as I turn to walk off the waiter turns to my daughter and says "little black [censored]" I immediately go over to the manager and report this to him and asks for a new waiter he says to me "no worries I will send someone to help you right away" I return to my table only to be sitting alone waiting for another 20 minutes for someone to arrive and help us after waiting I then go over to the manager again about the service and asks him where is our waiter and he says to me "I'm sorry I forgot, I will send someone over right away. I then return again to my seat and wait and no one ever came. Our drinks were never filled, the plates were never cleared from the table. My daughter is very very distraught from this incident and now hates to go out to eat anywhere for fear of being called a racial slur again. This kind of service is outrageous and disappointing. Please help me get the word out about this service I reached out to corporate only to never get an answer from them.

I took my 10 year old niece and my 12 year old son to Golden Corral on Friday the 6th to be told that the kids eat for 99 cents deal is only Monday thru Thursday but the ad does not reflect this and it is non sense. That is false advertising to get business and I will be going to the BBB on this. If your ad runs on TV and internet stating through July 22nd Kids eat for 99 cents then I should not have had to pay 8.99 per child that is ridiculous

I went to Golden Corral on Watt in Sacramento I was excited to go but not anymore they ruined it for me . I had a plate with fish red beans and rice corn corn bread and string beans . I took a bite at the fish and a couple bites of string beans and I lost my appetite . I then asked one of the servers about taking food home but they said I have to pay separately I explained my situation of losing my appetite she said to talk to the assistant manager so I went and talked to her and she told me the samething the waitress told me but she went and talk to the manager he said the samething . I called the manager unsatisfied unhappy cause all I wanted was something worth the 18 dollars I've waisted they did absolutely nothing didn't look like they cared at all long as they had they money nothing I said mattered . I'm very upset about my 18 dollars of nothing .
