Goldbely.com / No customer service
Ordering something from this site is a big mistake. I needed a gift card for Christmas and the only place I could get one delivered was through Goldbely. I ordered my gift card on December 5. The site told me it would be delivered within two weeks and I will have it by December 20. It’s December 23 now and still nothing! I sent them messages twice. And as they never pick up the phone I left them 5 voice mails. But I haven't received a single response yet. I’m not complaining, I just want to know where my gift card is. Apparently customer service means nothing to this company. It’s impossible to get in contact with them. How can a company just completely ignore a paid customer!
