Feeling scammed. I bought 4 players last nights for FIFA 2017.
This morning I tried to sign in my account but I couldn't. I called their customer service, they looked through and said that my order was canceled and the profile was deleted. Why? No reason. I asked if there was an opportunity to get it back (just like the money as well), they only said that have no idea how to help me and hung up on me. Great...

I purchased 5 lots of Fifa points £1.32 each time
Then I realised today that you have taken an extra £32.93 without my consent out of my bank account!
I would like this refunding now!
Your live chat is shocking and you haven't answered the phone all day!

I bought some points from Goldah and never received them. Waited patiently for almost a week and decided to contact customer service to ask what was going on and why was it taking so long. I went online and tried their live chat option but received no reply. I also sent them a couple of emails and nothing. Tried to reach these guys for over two weeks and finally received a reply stating they were working on my issue. That was the only and last thing I heard from them. Too bad I did not check the reviews earlier.

A few days ago, I had made a purchase worth $5.9. The transaction was made for player purchases in FIFA 15( android ). The first auction round yielded no results. I had contacted customer care for help. They had asked me to modify the information and re-list the player. So I did. Details were given accurately. Unfortunately, the second auction round failed. I was then given a second chance to modify the details. I had already lost hope. Anyways, I modified the details and re-listed my player( with matching buy now and start price details ). I was assured that my player will be bought. Just 3 hours before the third auction round ended, I received an email stating that my order was complete and that I could check in and receive the coins. I received no coins whatsoever. I contacted customer care, explained everything. They had asked me to wait a while. So I did. Checked in later and, no coins. Contacted again and was asked to wait. They kept me waiting for two days. Today, I forwarded all the previous conversations to them showing them how much I tried. It all ended with me giving away my $5.9 for nothing.
