My husband and I decided to take a tour of Gold Key Resort and fell under pressure to purchase a timeshare. After getting back home and reading some of the reviews about Gold Key Resort we decided to cancel within the seven day grace period by sending a certified letter. What do you know... we got no response. We again sent another letter a month later due to the contract stated that a refund would be given within 45 days, and again no response. I guess I need to find an attorney! Has anyone had any success in getting a full refund?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If the contract says they will send a refund within 45 days then why are you complaining after 30 days?
