Go Groopie / Morag Online review: 3 in 1 smartphone-controlled video doorbell with intercom 1

Groupie ticket no. [protected]-8093 product ordered and paid for on september 18 2018 each time I have complained about non - receipt of item, I have been told they would contact the supplier and I would have to wait 7 working days for an update. I have requested a refund at least 6 times. The last e-mail they sent said the supplier would be fined. That has not helped me get either the item or a refund. To date it has been four and a half months! I have received at least 16 e-mails from go groupie and have got no further forward. Also I should point out go groopie continued to advertise this item for sale. I would like a refund
