GoDaddy www.bronexod.com

On 7/30/2017 I started getting Apache server connection errors. When I called support I was immediately told that this is an issue with my site. When I asked what do I have to do with servers I was put on hold and than told that this particular server has some issues, please call back later. I called back in few hours and was again told that it is my site issue. Than the same conversation, than "yes, it is our issue, please call back". I called back the next day and was told, that this is my site issue ... than hold, than "yes, it is server issue".

Is it the standard GoDaddy response to people calling technical support - "it is your issue" when in fact the screw up is on godaddy side?

I was offered to be moved to a different server, the operation that should be fairly simple and transparent.

Imagine my surprise when it took three days and every day after I called I was told that the issue is not with the move, but with my site. I was given a hole lot of different explanations. 1. My script is not working. 2. My PHP is no longer supported. 3. I have an old server IP hard-coded into script, 4. I have malware that causing issue.

Only yesterday when I got a chance to sit down and thoroughly go through the copied DB I realize that out of 207 tables in my DB you copied ONLY 117 and all issues had NOTHING to do with me and my scripts, PHPs and malware, but in fact it had everything to do with your customer support agents very well trained to push issues back to customers and you inability to complete simple task of copying file from one disk to another.

All this caused a lot of distress to me and at this point 3 more DB are not connecting. Also I had to spend money on malware removal that had nothing to do with the issue.

To top it all off I received an email that my DB is in excess of allowed 1 GB size and will be disconnected if I do not downsize. Imagine my surprise when I opened phpmyadmin and saw the size of DB being 768 MB. Another surprise was when I called violation team and asked a rep a question about the letter. His response was "what is you did not understand? You have the letter, everything is explained there".

Are you guys in US or this is best customer service model of some third country?

At this point I stressed out enough to spend 10 minutes of my time to write this email, even so I am not sure I will be able to get a meaningful response.

GoDaddy office 365

Last Thursday I changed my domain for my email account. Since then, I haven't been able to get email set up on my iPhone or Outlook. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with your support with no resolution. It's clearly an issue with Office 365 but every support person I spoke with refused to contact Microsoft for additional help. So I decided to revert back to the old domain...I was told to delete the user from office365 and everything would be fine. I was promised that I wouldn't lose my previous emails. The support person also walked me through making a backup of Outlook. Well all of that was a lie. The backup was empty and all of my emails and email account was deleted from Office365. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot believe you offer Office365 without the proper support. It's a disservice to your customers. I want my emails back.

GoDaddy email refunds

I used GoDaddy for about 11 years without a problem. I used it's services for personal items and club items. The club items were email, domain and website. Because i left the position of webmaster i wanted to move the club stuff to a separate account. This simple request was so botched i was locked out for 2 weeks. when I did get back into my account wrong names and passwords were inserted, and tried several times both on chat and phone to correct the issues. i was concerned the wrong charge card was used. I still don't know if my card is removed from their records. I could not get the "staff" at GoDaddy to fix the issues over several weeks.
I finally gave up and moved my personal stuff to another host.
I contacted GoDaddy and asked for refunds for various items. I had paid for two years of email and used 13 months. Those eleven months amount to $65 that i could use for the new host.. GoDaddy basically said "too bad, you didn't cancel with-in 30 days." No wonder he is so big, he cheats his customers and doesn't return money when he doesn't complete a contract.

GoDaddy ssl certificates

Today GoDaddy turned out to be a scam. Thanks a lot godaddy. They ripped me for $2000 give or take on SSL. Some concerned guy called me from Godaddy saying that I can save money by consolidating all SSLs to one bundle. Sure, why not, right? What they didn't say is that they will charge me today for 3 years of SSL even on SSLs that were purchased for 3 years 6 MONTHS AGO. Well, you can always call support and get it sorted out, right? Wrong! To fix it and get a refund, all my SSLs will have to be cancelled, and I'll have to spend a few hours redoing all servers, not to mention the downtime. This was my last business deal with GoDaddy.

GoDaddy auto renewal on godaddy website

Go Daddy auto renewed my domain and charged me for this. I did not want an auto renewal and they renewed 2 weeks before my product was due to expire. I had previously tried to cancel the auto renewal but had problems with the site. Also they are supposed to warn their customers before doing this. I want the renewal cancelling and a full refund but I can't find a complaints section on the website

I have just had exactly the same problem, have called up today prior to the date my domains were supposed to be renewed and advised they wont refund or cancel the domains. I had 12 domains i didnt want and am now out of pocket $500 AUD! Such a scam and so unwilling to help in any way. They pointed me to AUDA (Australian registry company) as to why they cant refund, i read their policy and explained that Go Daddy is actually going against AUDA policy and they didnt care, still wouldn't refund and said too bad. so now i have paid for 12 domains, before they were due, for another 2 years that i dont want! People - DO NOT PURCHASE DOMAINS FROM GO DADDY!

I've just had the same problem. I logged in to my account to cancel the renewal which is due in 10 days time only to find that payment has already been taken. When I phoned up for a refund they said they can not refund .co.uk domains I explained that no where have I been informed that they will take money prior to renewal date and that they are within their rights to take money before the renewal date. This is such an outrageous scam. People be wise do not purchase your domain names through Go Daddy.

GoDaddy shared hosting plan

No one from their representative continue to support. Each time a new representative give commitment but will never followup on the same. We are extremely frustrated with your services. We bought a starter plan for 3 years. They do not mention that angular js is not supported on their server and than answer that they can not do anything! now they don't even replay on the mail as well.

GoDaddy godaddy online billing fraud

I have tried to renew my client's domain for 1 year and I did it through my debit card, three time the transaction was un-successful. So I have tried few more attempts and among of them 2 transaction were successful automatically even after Declined transaction, while I need it for only 1 year as renewal (#[protected], #[protected]) I recived SMS. First of all, all transactions from my debit card was Declined by CCAvenue, after few minutes it was again successful but was not reflected in Order History > My Receipts of GoDaddy. The domain is renewd for two years. My last transaction was successful after half an hour and so on there now 3 transactions. In my bank statement it was refelcted as "MEDR/godaddy_com_/718095/". I asked to customer care and they did not able to help me. I wrote to bank about this transaction which was firstly un-successful through CCAvenue. So they said any un-successful transaction will take 1 month to revert. After few days Godaddy has cancelled my domain and said* this domian money was reverted by my bank. And all transaction related to this will go back to your bank and that is why we have cancelled your domain. To revert this you have to give penalty of $50.

This is a straight balckmail.

* "The issuing bank has revoked payment for order [protected]. As a result, the services indicated on the order have been either discontinued or suspended.

Please contact our Billing Department at 040-[protected] to arrange alternate payment for this transaction.*

If you choose not to restore services immediately, it is possible you will not be able to recover them later."

GoDaddy service that I am not using

I have had my eye taken out of my bank account for something I haven't signed up to.
Dates of when money has been taken are as follows
7th November 2016 £32.10
28th December 2016 £32.67
16th February 2017 £32.27

18th April 2017 £31.96

I would like you to stop taking money out of my account and re inburse the money that has been taken.

I cancelled my domain: us.restaurant on 14-Nov-2016, as in terms, i was about to receive my same full refund by through check at my address.

No where I had faced such big delay after cancelling my product or service within the terms.

i am running dedicated server on godaddy.com, one day my server space was full, so i was getting no disk space error on my website, so i called godaddy customer care, i told i need to purchase more space, one girl named "BANDA" was attending my call, she told me you have to pay some 5k INR more for this, i agreed, she added item in my cart and told me to pay, when i completed payment and checked my website, that no disk space error was still there, when i seen my product for checking space is increased or not, i was suprised - she increased my RAM instead of Disk SPACE, when i told her this, she told me, it happen by mistake from her and told sorry to me also she told she will start refund process in next day, she will call me for this, but after that i never got any call, i called godaddy customer care many times, every time they told me you will get solution soon. but after 2 months i never got a call, even when i told no problem let downgrade my plan, they told me it is not possible, i have to change the server, i dont understand why i need to change the server, if i can upgrade in 1 click, why cant downgrade in 1 click, i feel cheated with this company, even i have to pay 6ooo inr per month bcoz they did mistake, i am planning to do legal case in Ahmedabad agaist this company

GoDaddy domain bought by godaddy chat support

I spent almost an hour talking to GoDaddy via chat to by two domains that were not possible to buy on the website due to a technical error.

Before any question about how to pay, I received a Paypal confirmation of a transaction without my explicit authorization.

Later on, I received a request from GoDaddy to process the transaction (that GoDaddy already had processed without my authorization), but I replied yes anyway, by email (it was done anyway).

Later, I received an email from PayPal saying that £20.98 were refunded by GoDaddy. However, Paypal says the transaction is not eligible for a shipping refund. Also, one of the domains that I had bought (the one with the error on the website) was not available anymore on the GoDaddy dashboard.

It looks like I didn't get the product I wanted and even lost £20.98 in the process, besides the time it took to purchase.

I asked GoDaddy to explain, but no feedback was given before or after my email requesting for a feedback. That was 5 days ago.

GoDaddy abuse of personal information by godaddy employee - rebecca fox

Yesterday I registered a domain name with godaddy - the domain itself was my name with .com To my dis-satisfaction today, I noticed an employee of godaddy had viewed my personal profile on LinkedIn. The employee in question was entitled 'Rebecca Fox'. Why would an employee - on obviously looking at a secure purchase for your services (that I also paid for the 12 months privacy for) have access to my details - that they would then look me up on LinkedIn. I feel this is a complete breach of my data privacy - and I want the employee in question to be reprimanded for their clear abuse of access to sensitive internal information. My email address is [removed] and I would like an immediate response.

GoDaddy domain email address deleted!

They deleted my email address!Then I had to hold for 4.5 hours on the phone as a "Raymond Shamood" (a supposed Supervisor) initially refused to come to the phone, then promised to call me within 5 minutes (so we held the line for him to beep-in), then he promised he would call within 48 hours.

I refused this, and help for 4.5 hours with an agent who was beyond upset himself as his supervisors behavior. After calling back in (around the 4.5hr mark), I spoke with a Kimberly who couldn't figure out the issue and promised she would email me with status the following day, and call me thereafter on my mobile phone. After none of this occurred, I held for ... you guessed it...

Raymond Shamood for yet again 2.5 hours before a different supervisor Mark R.

came to the phone, claimed that for security reasons he cannot supply his Employee ID, and that there's no way for me to talk with Raymond Shamood, nor a method to report the behavior issue experienced regarding Raymond.I have since moved all my domains to Web.com.

I call customer care 24 april 2017 11 pm to resolve my problem but he said ur problem will be resolved. Ur website will be live in 1 hr. After 18 hrs 25 april 5 pm I will call again and request to resolve my problem she said my seniour technical team resolve ur problem within 10 minuts. Sir I will call back to u in 10 minuts
After 10 hrs no call back, problem is still.

GoDaddy managed wordpress and domain

I woul like to submit a complaint because you autorenewed on both managed Wordpress and a domain that I have not been using for a long, long time and I thought I had cancelled them. I have recently had a baby so missed the emails, but the most recent one was within the last 2 weeks. I contacted you and you won't refund. I think it is wrong to auto renew, especially when I thought I had cancelled them and then refuse to refund when I explain my personal situation surrounding this. I was going to take out another domain with you for a new business but I'm taking my custom elsewhere.

Rubbish service - took out a subscription for a domain which was taking too long to populate and add txt details to - rang after first three hours to cancel and was told you have 48 hours to cancel so think about it but nothing was told about no refund possible at that stage- next day I went online and cancelled then went on online chat to make sure it was cancelled I was told you cant have refund. then i rang again and was told yeh u cant have refund - why was this not told on first call on first day? disgusting - I lost 8.99 for nothing

GoDaddy billing issues

Two years ago, I had a domain name of (computersolutionsandwebdevelope.com) with go daddy. They took my renew payment of out of my atm/debit card, which caused my account to be hit with overdraft fees at the bank. I called go daddy to complain about what happened and they did not assist me in resolving the issues. I told the representative that go daddy should at least warn their customer when their going to put a charge through the bank to give me time to deposit money into the account. When I called the bank to reverse the charges because I did not authorize go daddy to take the funds at that time. Go daddy turned around and tried to put additional fees on my account which made the billing issues worse. go daddy has been holding my domain name for ransom for the past two years and will not release it back to the registrar to be hosted by another company. I do not want go daddy to host this account anymore. but like I said their holding it for ransom until I pay the entire debt that they claim I owe them for the fees it cost them, because I told the bank at that time that I did not authorize go daddy to take the funds out of my account without my permission.

Description- We have Access issue to one of our Folder inside File Manager. We called Godaddy to fix that issue and we also confirm twice to solve that issue to make sure there will be no down time for the site. If there will be downtime for the web site they have to ask from us first.

But the worst part is they changed the Web site file location and Site was down for 2 hours without any prior Notification. They don't have any escalation department and no email address as well.

GoDaddy my business websites (2) were corrupted and gone and I was mistreated by customer support

After a long time waiting, the moment he started looking into the issue the call was dropped and no call back. This is my fourth attempt to resolve my issues... I have no website running, my business depends on it but I have no support from godaddy, last people I have been the pleasure to get on the phone have been horrific, one was on a treadmill I could hear the noise from pacing and his workout breath, it seem as he was very upset that I interrupted his workout because I asked for help and he didn't do any attempt to help and in addition was extremely rude. I am now looking to move all my websites in a way I do not have to redo them but it seems that everything is gone. I had godaddy for several years is really a shame that this is what this company is doing to its customers. Such treatment in addition to the fact that I lost my websites, I wish to share to the world, I just want to cry I thought my business was in better hands but I was completely wrong.

I have a domain singer0000.com from GoDaddy and I selected 30 days trial for their web hosting then after the trial period is finished they charged me automatically AED 661.05 as auto renewal which I never asked for it before but it seems the set this option on while I selected the trial period and this thing I personally consider as a deceiving.
