I called your number inorder to obtain a Return Authorization # as directed. After waiting for over a half hour, I was dropped from your system. It is quite obvious by the way you do business, I am correct in not wanting to have an association with your company. Please Email me my RA #, so I may return your product to you. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR ANY FURTHER AMOUNTS. A copy of this Email is being forwarded to both my attorney, and the Attorney General of Florida. I would appreciate you quickest response. Thank you- Murray Kulka

    We are sorry for the bad experience with our company. Our records indicate that your account has been disabled on 03.04.09 and nothing has been charged to your card. Also your auto ship has been off since 02.26.09 so you will no longer receive any product from our company. If you have any more questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us, our number is 1800-595-4670. We are here Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm MDT and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
