Product arrived in an unmarked envelope with no return address or order information.

Ordered two free trial products which didn't show up together. One showed up two weeks later but they are supposed to be taken together for effectiveness.

They offered cancellation of autoship product but with no refund but only if product was returned. Why return it if you can't get a refund?
They also never said they would cancel future autoshipments.
After sending the email to cancel I got an auto email that still didn't answer questions.

Customer service number kept me on hold more than 10 minutes.

Website listed on the bottle recieved does not exist called but this info was not on the advertisement to be able to check it out.
