I use to work for this company, so I do know first hand about what this company is all about, and it's not good news. That sucks, I hear so many bad things about this company now and then that it is very sad. So many layoffs and soooooooooo much negativity from this place. WOW! It just got so much worse. How could you short employees on their checks?... At first when this company was small and they needed so much help noone could keep up with the amount of calls coming into the call center for customers to cancel there orders and help with any problems they had. What kind of company won't give you a chance to get your refund back because they can't even pick up the phone after an hour of waiting. The company tries to hide alot of things and everyones too scared to say anything because of getting fired. Maybe you shouldn't hire your best-friends to work for you. Or someone you went to school with just because they need a job. It's pretty sad this company ended up like this... really sad...

This company is unreasonable when a request is made for a refund to my credit card and I find the staff very rude and inconsider.
I will not buy from this company again and I will tell all of my friends that this is the worst product on the market and don't be fool by its ad's.
I will also email the credit card company letting them know that they too should let all of their customers what a scam this is.

I have repeated tried to contact the company to receive a number to return the product as I was informed I could do. no one picks up the telephone to give me a number so that I can returne a porduct that does no good. I want to completely cancel my dealings with this company. they are liars and do not follow through with their written and spoken agreements.

We are sorry to hear that you are a fraud identity victim. if a customer notifies us of that they didn't place the order, a police report is required so that we can close the account as fraud. our website is secured and in order to place the order, the credit card or debit card provided must match the address and zip code the financial institution or the credit card company have on file. the card must also match the expiration date and the cvv code. the cvv code can only be found on the back of the card, no one else has access to that 3 digit code. so if an order is placed with us fraudulently, this means someone has all of your information: your name, address, sometimes phone number and email address, the full card number, expiration date and the cvv code.

Please contact us at [protected] so we can gladly assist you and resolve this matter. we are here from 7am to 7pm mdt and sat and sun from 8am to 5pm mdt.

Sincerely

Supervisor

His is a huge rip-off. the requirement to return the product so as not to be billed 79.90 for some useless junk is buried in fine print. when I received my shipment, there was no invoice, no cancellation instructions. no information on how to contact gns. when you place an order, you receive no email confirmation with the terms of the order (cancellation, return, etc.)... nothing.

When I finally figured out how to contact gns and advised of cancellation, I received a cancellation confirmation but again, no instructions that I had to return the product for a free trial. they sent me a letter saying the had repeatedly tried to contact me... a blatant lie. they offered to cut the price in half which I declined... I had been misled, miscommunicated and I offered to return the unopened, unused product. "it's of no use to us" was the response... no doubt, no use to them or anyone.

Anyone supporting these charlatans is a shill for them, probably an employee posting. reading the fine print does no good when you can't figure out how to contact them, when they don't send you and invoice or instructions with the shipment, etc. the business model is to catch people in a time-dependent, poorly communicated trap... period, end of question.

I completely agree. someone actually called me and said they were turning my account over to collections. when they called my phone never rang and it on a voice mail. when I tried to call the number back - no one answered.

To person that knows how to read: the person who complained said they did not order them. read before ordering only applies to someone who ordered. I know someone who received the supplement today who never ordered it either. the product just showed up in the mail. you're the one who did not read, or you would have read the person's above post that said they did not order the product.

Too late now stupid. outside of package said could not mark "return to sender". didn't mean you couldn't send back at all... if you had read terms and conditions you would have seen that you were paying $3.97 for 7-14 day shipping and handling for a free 21 day trial (that started the date of order) and that you would be charged $79.90 if you still had the pills in your posssession at the end of the trial period but that you would still have had 9 more days (for a full 30 day money back guarantee) for a full refund. terms and conditions on the same page as order form...3 short paragraphs written in plain english... also explained return procedures and anything else you shouild have read before ordering.
