I am one of the students of galadari driving institute..
today i experienced one on the worst customer service in my life.
I had my parking classes at 8.30am followed by my parking test at 10.50am.
unfortunately i forgot to get my attendance card, by the time i reached the institute it was already 8.20am, i requested the supervisor to give my an exception letter he refused, i requested him to postpone my class for 30min so that i can go and get my attendance card, he refused, i requested him to postpone my parking test he refused. IS THIS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE????????????
I am one of the students registered in your institute i have all the ID proof required, there is no way i could have got an exception,
I went to the manager to request her, Firstly she had a very arrogant behavior, and clearly said just because you did not carry your attendance card why should i lose an opportunity to make money, since you missed your class you will have to pay.
Every staff wants to work like machines and speak scripted lines... there nothing known as humanity or helping genuinely or giving exceptions.
IT was my biggest mistake that i registered with this institute despite of reading bad reviews.
