Chevrolet 2009 chevrolet impala

2009 Chevrolet Impala with 45, 000 miles. Clicking in dash that should be a recall since they are making the cars with sub par parts that continue to need replacing. Sluggish transmission that the dealer says cant be duplicated. Everyone in corporate should be ashamed of themselves selling the junk that they do. I have had my car in for several recalls and also had the alternator replaced. This is practically a brand new car which obviously is not under warranty and shouldnt have to be if it was made with quality parts. You try to reach corporate office with no luck. Maybe they are all to lunch laughing at how they get over on customers.

Chevrolet chevrolet impala

So ive been having this problem off and on with my car for a while. I have an 09 chevy impala and and recently my car displays engine power is reduced and service traction control and my check engine light comes on. And it starts hesitating and driving weird and it cut off on me on the freeway...TWICE. This is very dangerous and when i looked it up and took it to get looked at, apparently its a very commen problem with this car. Its expensive to fix and i dont understand why, if this is a common problem, there hasnt been a recall on it. Apparently something is wrong with the throttle/pedal position sensor and not only do i have to pay over 200 dollars to get it fixed but when i contacted the chevy dealership they told me they wouldnt even look at the car unless i pay them 100 dollars to run the diagnostic. Im so tired of this problem and am never buying another gm car nor recommending it to anyone. Worst mistake ever. Sticking with foreign cars.

Chevrolet 2012 chevy cruze

I own a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have had nothing but issues. A cylinder and coil went. Other engine issues. The transmission is now completely shot. They offered to help with some of the bill; only after I complained. The car is only 26 days past the warranty and no help is been given. The car only has 54000 miles on it as well. Please take note of this. The service people stated the engine and transmission problems were known issues and still no relief.

Chevrolet 2012 equinox

GM complaint reference #8-[protected]. My car ran out of oil and ruined my engine before the 6 month/5000 mile recommendation to change it. I have always had this vehicle serviced at Heidebreicht Chevrolet and gotten my oil changes as recommended. I believe they did not service it appropriately at my last oil change and that is why it seized. When I called GM, I spoke to Kadijah, she told me Heidebreicht would have to look at the car before they would accept responsibility. She arranged to have it towed there even though I was very clear that I could not afford to have Heidebreicht perform the necessary repairs (I was quoted $4600 for a new engine). My car was at an automotive repair shop that evaluated it and told me my engine seized due to lack of oil, and I had no oil leak. Heidebreicht received my car on Thursday 10/13. When I didn't hear from them I called Heidebreicht at 1:30 Friday 10/14 and was told that they would not look at my car until Monday 10/17 and it would cost me $150. I refused to pay that, because I was lead to believe they were just looking at it to assess their responsibility because I obviously was not going to allow them to fix my car. I have since had it towed to a repair shop that will handle the repairs.
I had hoped that GM would accept responsibility because after the fact, Mike at Heidebreicht service informed me that they are aware that Equinox's goes thru "1/2 a qt of oil every 1000 mile or so", yet they set my next service date for 6 months/5000 miles. My car has never run out of oil in the past, my service light did not come on, and my mechanic that is fixing my car all tell me there was neglect on GM's part.
My family and I have always bought GM cars, I currently own 3 that have been purchased from Heidelberg in the past 5 years. I will never buy another. I intend to cancel my GM credit card. I had hoped GM would make this right by assessing my car and picking up at least a portion of the cost, but since they didn't I don't feel there is any way to make this right with me. I would however like them to change their oil change recommendations to reflect an accurate setting that will not cause others to run out of oil and ruin their engine.

Chevrolet poor craftsmanship and parts used

I bought a brand new 2015 Camaro SS 1LE in June of 2015 with 6 miles on it when I drove off the lot, and that is when the problems started...Since then the car has been in the shop collectively for over a month until this point with numerous issues that still have not been fixed due to multiple dealerships not being able to "duplicate" the issue. (In the car warranty world it means, "if it aint broke, don't fix it") Now my A/C compressor has gone out for the 3rd time, and it is waaaay to hot in Texas to be with out air conditioning. Im sick of the poor craftsmanship that these car dealers can get away with nowadays and can charge an arm and a leg to purchase one! I love my car, but I just wish that GM would stand by their "warranty" and fix any grinding, rattles, broken parts, and any other complaint a customer has. What happened to the customer is always right mentality?

Chevrolet beat car

Dear ALL

This is to bring in notice that i am suffering from Chevrolet! The harassment level has gone up to such an extent that i cant tell you.
My car met with an accident on 13th December 2015. I gave my car to Trumph motors, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. They returned my car after more than 30 days and assured me that every thing is fine with the car. After receiving the car i found some issues, such as AC was not working properly, some noise in engine and even while driving the diseal pipe from engine also came out and diesel started leaking from the engine. As i was out and very far from Jaipur, I logged the complaint in Chevrolet customer care but did not received any proper response from there. So I showed it to some local repaier worker. He said due to negligence of the company worker they have not locked the diesel pipe.This might have caused fire in the car.

On 24th of April My car again met with an small accident which caused some dent and broken head light. Along with that my car started making some noise. I again approached the company and also the insurance company. There i came to know that my car's engine has broken from one side. They kept my car and assured me that it will be covered under insurance. The insurance company rejected my claim saying that the damage caused to my car's engine was due to negligence of company. They denied for the claim. After one month they gave my car back on 25th May 2016, saying that we are doing A to Z work of this car. Withe the bill of Rs 50000(approx), when they gave it back to me, its AC was not working, there is no power left in engine, staring is slightly tilted.I had to pay 50000 rs and my car is in pathetic condition.

Insurance company is saying that due to negligence of Trumph motors this engine fall down and Trumph motors is not ready to do anything. I dint understand why customer has to suffer when he has paid his premium on time. If its negligence of Trumph motors then they should bear this cost. And if its not there negligence then insurance company should take care of this cost.
Why both of them are harassing us.

Now on 3rd June I received a call from Trumph Motors and the took my car from my home and said that whatever is the issue, we will rectify it and will give you the car in 3 days. Till now my car is with them and now they are again asking for 12000 Rs for AC repair.

Due to all this harassment I have to travel by 2 wheeler, Today I slipped, My right shoulder got fractured. Who is responsible for this.
Customer has no value for this company.

Please help us as we are been harassed by both the companies.(Trumph Motors as well as the Insurance company)

I hope for positive action against this issue else i have to go to the CONSUMER COURT for it.

Chevrolet 2014 chevy impala

I have a 2014 Chevy Impala with 27, 000 miles. I have been complaining about this almost since I purchased the car in 2015 (used with 12, 000 miles). The ventilation system emits a horrible odor which smells musty. I have tried spraying odor eliminators in the vents and also on the floor board near the vent on the right side (as advised by dealership), but nothing seems to help. It doesn't smell all of the time, but especially when you turn on the A/C, defrost or heater. Sometimes it stinks so bad I need to roll down the window. I am wondering if it is even safe for me to be breathing this air. I can't believe I am the only one who has experienced this problem. I would appreciate any advice you can give me to alleviate this problem.

Chevrolet service issue with chevrolet beat car

repeated service Issue of Black Smoke, internal sound inside the car, not able to ratify after spending lot of amount on service. Every month more than 20 days I am keeping my car in service center for service issue. Today they promised to deliver the car, on the way to my house there is a breakdown of the car, pls let me know I can travel in my car in safe mode. can you give assurance of the same.

below mentioned my previous complaint with details.

I am a proud owner of Chevrolet BEAT bearing registration number AP31CC8371. The car was purchased from your authorized dealer M/s Orange @ Visakhapatnam in December 2012.

The car has been excellent and we as a family really enjoying the ownership of the car only for ONE DAY

In day 2 my Car suddenly stopped in middle of the Road NH-5 around 4 pm, with a distance of 50 km away from City, along with me I am Travelling with my National Head, as there is no service available from there, your service dept came from Vizag and picked up my Car with pick up Crane and taken one day to Identify the mistake that internal wiring wrongly connected. sentimentally my family members are feeling bad about the incident. my bad luck till now in my car I have never went a comfortable journey with my family. I use to feel I am driving a train or Bus by the sounds coming from my car. after so many services there is no Improvement.
However, the three year service pact, the service of your dealer is not at all satisfactory. Somehow, the car is giving trouble. The service extended to the subject vehicle at the most can be termed as less than mediocre.

recently 10 days back I had given my car for servicing at your authorized dealer m/s Orange at Visakhapatnam. At the time of servicing, I had told them very clearly that there were problems which are mentioned below.

1. AC not working,

2. Shaking/Wobbling of the car,

3. Turbo issue

4 no pick up in 2nd and 3 rd gare

5 Mileage is completely drooped.

I don't understand your service people taken more than 10 days to ratify above problems, till now it was not placed. from past 10 days I am suffering badly without transportation. I am marketing person you can understand how frequently I use to travel, every day I have to pick up and drop my son from school. you can understand my trouble I am facing from past 10 days.

Every day your people are postponing to Tomorrow to deliver my car.
I am writing this mail as I feel I am shorthchanged. Now that my car is 3 years old that too a low value product, but for me it’s a life time buy and more that anything else it’s a family companion ... probably you people are more interested in acquiring new customers rather than servicing existing customers.
Looking forward to a call back and organizing for proper servicing of my car. This time the car should hopefully not have any problem.
I am writing this as a last hope given that GM & Chevy are known for customer service.

Any update when i will get my money ? How many how many days i have to wait ? Tell whether all are fake or genuine. As it is wrong i believe Chevrolet, UK govt. and so on. Now i am really hope less. There is nothing true, real, honest in this world. It seems all are fake.

Motive is given this prize to minimise proverty across the globe but i am a very poor fellow having with very much financial crisis at this stage living with hand to mouth. Even though you have taken all clearance from all concerned bodies but i don't understand why are you being too late to sattle this one where i claimed almost one and half month before.

As such again i humble request you to send my total said fund as Demand Draft along with all winning supporting documents to my local bangladeshi address through DHL courier service without any delay. I have been contacted by the above telling me that I have won 250, 000.00 in this contest drawing. they say that a bank draft has been placed with the RBS asia division india. a Mr. Walter Clark, foreign operations/ officer RBS, Delhi, India. I even was shown a certificate with award numbers and lot numbers etc. was told to call +[protected] in Arlington, Tx for clairification . This from a man Mr. Thomas Parker, The claims director/Events Mgr. US Chevrolet Announcer. Can you tell me if this is legit or what the hell is going on? I have about a dozen emails from this guy and attachments and also instructions as to who to contact at the RBS to claim the money an transfer it to me here in the US. Can you verify any of these people or this contest as real? I would like someone to contact me by phone as soon as is possible so that I can know if I can trust any of this. Thank You.

The Chevrolet worldwide ltd email telling you that you have won a contest is a phishing scam and if you receive a email from uk/ Asia just ignore it. I've contacted gm marketing department and they have no knowledge of this contest or of this Walter Clark. This is a phishing scam to get your information to commit a fraud and identity theft. Ignore all emails from these people. You've not won any contest for a quarter million dollar's that you never entered. People need to use their heads and realize that you don't win monies in contests you never entered out of the blue. It would be nice if it was real, but it is not. Chevrolet extended warranty

After the extended warranty ran out I received a call to extend the warranty. I went through the questions and was told due to mileage they could not renew. They called again the following week and we went through the same thing to the same end. They called again the following week and I told them I had to many miles and didn't qualify. I continued to answer the phone calls weekly then biweekly for another year. This has been going on for over three years now and I don't even bother to explain I just asked to be removed from the call list and they still call. I signed up for the do not call list (what a joke) and I tried blocking the numbers and they keep calling from new areas. Please, do not buy a chevrolet or extended warranty because you will never ever stop getting calls.

Chevrolet 2012 chevy truck ls

Me and my wife brought a 2012 chevy p/u from a dealer in blanchard oklahoma..At approximately 15000 miles the transmission seized up in the truck, , after the dealer argued with gm to get it fixed the right way, they finally put a re-built transmission...But did make one monthly payment for us.After a few more months we started having trouble with the throwing check engine codes, , fuel problems, torque converters, transmission valves..After replacing 2 torque converters, a tranmission valve, and check engine light coming numerous times..We finally told the dealership that was it and needed to get gm involved which they did, and gm gave $2000.00 trade in allowance on a 2015 chevy colorado..We ask for more, but they said no that was there max they would offer..Knippelmier chevrolet could not been better about taking of there customer but gm should of gaves more compensation for drive a piece of junk that we drove for three years..Gm does not care for there customers as far we are concerned..Ben/rhonda buffaloe([protected]@pldi.Net)

Chevrolet rip off

My husband and myself had three grandchildren in the back seat of our HHR 2007 on our way home from a wedding on August 29, 2015 around 7:30 pm.

We were traveling on a county road around thirty miles per hour when for no reason our back window exploded. We were stunned.

The first thing I did was make sure all the kids were ok then we drove home a few miles away and checked out the car.

There was nothing on the inside that would have gone through.

This is a rip off because even though the insurance wil replace the window we are stuck with the $100 deductable.

I think Chevrolet should at least warn people about this possibility happening to them and better yet pay for it when it does.

Chevrolet noxious odor

Purchased a 2016 Corvette from David Stanley Chevrolet in Norman, Ok a few weeks ago and have not been able to drive it for more than a few minutes at a time due to overwhelming fumes coming from both the fiberglass in the car and thru the air conditioning. Feelings of light headedness almost immediately and asthma and sinus issues for a day or two after every time we try to go somewhere. Dealership said it would eventually go away and would not offer any other assistance. So far it is just as bad as the day we drove it home.
