Glyde says they "have your back" but what they really mean is that they cover their own back and screw anyone who sells on their website. If a customer calls in for any reason, Glyde simply refunds the customers their money and double charges the seller for the return so they can ship an empty box to the customer instead of just emailing a return label. In addition, they do not have anyone to speak with on the phone. Their helpdesk is all international and takes a minimum of 24-48 hours to respond.

In short, their customer service for both buyers and sellers simply SUCKS. They have no interest in treating buyers or sellers with respect.

Don't waste your time with Glyde!
