I signed up for a FREE sample of their skin product. I was informed that I must pay S&H. Okay...that's fair. However, after I entered in all my credit card information and hit "ORDER", it quickly came back and thanked me for my order. They also stated that if the item wasn't returned 14 days from receipt of item, I would be charged $97.64 each MONTH! Don't get hooked into this. NO WHERE on the site did it tell me this until AFTER I was charged. I called and emailed until I got a response. I told them I was returning the product as soon as I recieved it and to cancel any membership that I may have. They operator told me to write on the box, "RETURN TO SENDER" and everything would be fine. Then in response to my emailed compliant, the person sent me a return label. On the return label (in the instructions) it said, "any box marked RETURN TO SENDER would not be accepted as a return. GOOD LORD PEOPLE...what a scam! Don't do business with this company or you will be scammed as well.

I signed up for a trial of Glow's shampoo, the order arrived with more than $100.00 worth of additional products. I immediately called the company to return the product in April, Glow provided me with a return authorization number for free shipping on the return and the product was returned immediatly.

Today (June 14th) I just happened to be reviewing my credit card bill and realized Glow had charged my credit card $108.00. After calling Glow they stated they billed my credit card because the product had not been returned and stated that there was no way to track the package based upon their RMA number. Customer service asked me to hold so she could speak with a supervisor, a few minutes later she returned and said they were willing to credit half the amount of the order to my credit card. I informed the customer service rep that their solution was unacceptable and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was placed on hold for several minutes again, the customer service rep returned and informed me that glow would make an exception this time and would credit my account within the next 3 business days.

If you are going to try the trial shampoo, make sure you realize your getting additional product other than the original trial product.

If you get thier product and return it make sure you have some mechanism to track the package as having been received. It's unfortunate that you have to pay for the return of product you didnt want in the first place but its the only protection you have if you are returning a product to glow.

First it starts out as free trial, pay shipping, then a month goes by and you see a charge on your credit card statement of 80 dollars. Second thing you notice is that the fine print says that if you don't return your ( free trail ) by 30 days your credit card is charged 80 dollars, non refundable. Third thing is that its not over, they'll send you another supply and your credit card is charged again! I've found out you have to call and cancel and return the package to get your money back. Forth thing is that their product called iq derma should be called H2O ( does nothing ) don't be scammed like me .

Company offers free trial where you only pay shipping & handling then they send follow-up emails (which I chose NOT to receive) that you think are advertising but signs you up for a refill if you don't select "cancel".

I did not like the product and would not have re-ordered it but I received a refill kit in the mail and a $100.00 charge to my credit card THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.

This is very BAD businees practice and companies like this should be shut down. I plan to fight it and will ask my credit card company to contest the charge.
