glossybox.com / Stupid excuses and undelivered order

I ordered box with samples from the website www.glossybox.com. The seller needed to deliver it until 15 January, but he provided the email, where he apologized and informed that due to bad weather all orders would be delivered in the end of January. I waited the whole month, but nothing arrived. The seller didn’t reply to my emails and complaints. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

    I contacted Glosdybox and they gave me this email to show they sent duplicate products to me in January and then in February. I am attaching a picture. Please send me the February products that I paid for

    I've email and sent pictures, have to to be contacted. I also tried to call their customer service number and it rings busy!
