Its nothing but another scam. They do not respond to your calls or mails. They just upload your resume to free portals. below is the reply i got when i told them i am not getting replies.

Again the company is trying to justify itself in all forums. They were very rude after i paid. Had to call them 10 times per day to track whats happening. They kept on telling me that it will take 2 months to start receiving calls. When spoke to them they ended up telling "we have done our job. Getting calls depends on your profile. Later on some guy asked me to mind my own business too. I am sure I am not taking any ones salary but alerting people don't loose like me. Mostly you will receive the mail through job portals like timesjob, naukri and monster.
Beware guys, lot of impostors here are posting as clients of Globetrot with positive experiences.Do not fall in their trap.

So, now I will give out to everyone the actual facts of my case with Globetrot - my previous comments were also correct barring that I did not lose my job because of Globetrot so Globetrot is not responsible for me having lost my job, it was a simple matter of layoffs but I was pressed to remove those comments without which I would not be given my refund (trust me, no Organization does that unless they run a shady business) Now coming to the point, just today, I decided that I am not going to remove my negative reviews of Globetrot because I got the feeling 100% that this Organization is offline and is not running anymore and they are just running a shady show behind the green screen. So before you give your hard earned money to them (Mohan Iyer & Co) please double check their website (you will not find that anymore since their domain is no more existing), double check their phone numbers (you would not find any landline numbers since all of those are disconnected two years back), they would only communicate through their cell phones and an email address (Inquirygts@yahoo.com), earlier which used to be (mohan@globetrot.com / Inquiry@Globetrot.com) I cannot comment like others whether the Recruiters who used to communicate with me were original or fake since I do not have anything to prove otherwise but they only used to communicate with me over Skype during the nights. and this was only twice / thrice over a period of five years, of course out of this I was delayed in the process because I got my transcripts late owing to a miscommunication with an ex-employee of Globetrot and me and since my IELTS results were lost by BlueDart and it took me some time to take BlueDart and the British Council to task through the Diplomatic route and hence, there were some delays. I will come to the details with a timeline later, however, for everyone to understand when things started going downhill was when Mohan Iyer would not be picking up my calls majority of the time and I used to get frustrated, I also understand that he would be having meetings and all, however, what used to irk me is that there would be noone else in Globetrot who would communicate with me neither would he bother to call sometimes for days at a stretch. The other employees that I had ever spoken to in Globetrot were Harsha (2015), Divya (2016) and Raphael(2016) post which I would only be communicating with Mohan Iyer and these communication were fine and there were no issues. What was also aggravating me was that the first ever Interview I ever had was in 2018 (May - I have all the Skype Chat transcripts too) and she asked me all sorts of aptitude Questions which was weird to me since I am a Project Management guy and they would be asking me this, to which Mohan Iyer had mentioned that this is how the rounds are generally taken, to which I never had a problem. The next interview that ever happened for me was in the month of January (2019 - again I still have the chat transcripts) post which all these interviews dried up and I would be waiting for more interviews but to no avail and everytime I had to call and ask them for the updates but there would no proactive calls from the other end. During this period, I happened to lose my job in July end of 2019 and incidentally, my IELTS score had also expired (IELTS are valid only for 2 years) and hence, I expressed my inability to continue with my application (this was not a fault of Globetrot), however, what followed was purely a fault of Globetrot in terms of professionalism and timeliness to revert to a client. Mohan Iyer had mentioned that his team would email me, however, they took some time to revert to me to ask me for my account details. Post this, again, there was a lull and everytime it had to be from my end that I would have to keep asking them what is the update and all this merry go around wtih Globetrot happened till Dec 19th post which a Finance Employee called Bhavesh called me up and mentioned that he would try to get my refund within 30 days given my adverse conditions and for this I was thanking Globetrot since at least I was offered to get INR 35000 out of the INR80000 excl. taxes that I paid out of Humanitarian gestures. To this, I had some queries for Mohan Iyer to which he would not be picking up calls majorly and this started happening after I dropped the bomb called "withdrawal". So, yes, I had called Mohan Iyer n number of times but to no avail just for a question since I was in dire straits having lost my job and still wetting my feet to these situations. He would always ask you to call during Office hours, but would not bother to pick up calls during office hours and if you would call during off hours, he would simply say please call during office hours. During this phase, I had also developed suicidal tendencies and was reading reviews and was getting panicky, owing to which of course my wife got flustered and she would call him at all hours for him to realize what does pressure mean when your banks are hounding you for money and your spouse develops a fear which is related to finances, of course noone wants a situation like that, but I was said that my wife is sending disparaging remarks, and is abusive which is crap to the core and I was said to be threatening him, I am sure many of the audiences here understand that when a person is telling you that if he does not have any money to feed his family or to repay the banks, then he may not have an option but to end himself, he is not threatening you but sharing his dire straits with you, but for Globetrot's wonderful empathetic repartee to this, they kept blaming me for disparaging remarks and threatening them (have all the emails with this statement reiterated). The other wonderful point is that Mohan Iyer can reply to whatsapp messages during off hours but does not bother to pick up his calls during off hours. So yes, after getting frustrated with the non chalant attitude I also sent these reviews' screenshots to Mohan Iyer on whatsapp, I was given a lecture on 25th about how and when to talk to him and post that a verbal volley of words post which we cooled down, however, the same attitude crept back again, where he would not bother to pick up phone calls and etc. Meanwhile, our new guy on the review, Bhavesh, who said he is from the Finance, mentioned that I should be getting my refund by Jan 19th first and then this date shifted to Jan 25th or 26th and then to the end of Jan again and till here, our so called Finance guy has no clue that the "Management" of Globetrot is miffed with my reviews written on the 25th of Dec (my reviews above) and that my refund should be stopped. Till the end of Jan, he had been harping that they have an account in PMC Bank and that their withdrawal limits are frozen and they cannot withdraw beyond a certain limit and hence, they are making alternate arrangements (Globetrot has an ICICI bank account too, which I am sure is just as defunct as their website) and this show went on till about first week of February, first the refund was supposed to be paid in full then was moved back to installments of INR10, 000 but now a new medley was getting sung saying since I had posted these reviews above, I would have to remove the comments before I would be getting my refund. Reviews on Complaint Board cannot be removed without a Court Order but as per our Globetrot friends, seemingly they are in touch with an Image Management Consultant Company which is charging them INR15, 000 to remove each review which was a shocker to me. So, Globetrot does not have money to refund its own Clients immediately out of "Humanitarian" grounds but has got money to shell out to a Company which would supposedly remove these complaints. This portion should go to Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Now, when asked about it, I am said, if it is of any business to me, seemingly two clients have developed cold feet and the third has signed up and they were supposed to refund me from that amount and now they have to pay that company to remove those comments.
After having read this, I am not sure, how many of you would believe all of it, but there has been a long exchange of emails between Inquirygts@yahoo.com in which I was pressured to acknowledge that I had written these reviews out of haste and that I had committed a mistake in writing those reviews and was asked to write a positive review. I have seen Organizations getting negative reviews and try to fix it on their own by reaching out to the Customer by fixing up the Service and getting things sorted, but in this case, it hasnt been so. I was informed today that by Saturday it will be checked if these comments have been Organically removed. Oh, by the way, do not even trust the guy who keeps calling you from Finance team if you have withdrawn. This guy, Bhavesh would always keep his phone switched off and he would tell you Aesop's fables saying he was in a physiotherapy session, he was in a workshop, he was on leave etc etc etc. Now I am sure many of you reading this review would agree that in whatever situations, we try to keep our phones on and on a silent mode and the various modes that technology has developed, but this guy's phone would always be off. I am sure this should be enough for your understanding as to whether or not to trust Globetrot and do business with them. By the language of the email, you would always feel it is Mohan Iyer who is communicating with you on email, since it is the same arrogance and the lexicon used by Mohan Iyer on chats with me on whatsapp and the emails. I have all the emails, all the whatsapp messages, all the screenshots whenever I called Mohan Iyer and he never responded and how many texts have I dropped and how many times has he responded. So, today I will give everyone a snippet of the mail that I received this afternoon. Before that, I would like to state that I got a call from Bhavesh from Globetrot asking me about the status of my last comments (above the previous one) and I informed him that despite him having told me the day before over the phone that once the names and few statements are removed and the refund can be intiated. I feel Bhavesh may be trying to help me but he is just another Finance Guy and may not hold all powers (like Mohan Iyer and the so called Management). I categorically told them that once I have all the amount of INR 35000 in my Bank Account I will mark this complaint as resolved otherwise there is no more question of me trying to get these comments as resolved. After this conversation, I get another email (I am pasting it below for everyone to read) and this again, was Mohan Iyer sending the email from Inquirygts@yahoo.com. I will give my counter post the email and I have decided to counter all their emails out here on all the public fora for everyone to read and gauge it for themselves.

It is immaterial who answers your mails; as long as it is a Globetrot representative. Your contract is with the company, not any individual employee.
It is quite possible that you are unaware, but companies (and even individuals) do change their bankers from time to time, depending upon various factors.
It took you more than an year to get IELTs test result certificate from British Council and forward the same to Globetrot, so actually the joke is on you.
Being such a prompt and competent individual, needless to say, you will shift the blame for your failure to submit the document on time to someone else. But the fact remains that you only forwarded the online test results and neglected the actual result certificate, which contains pertinent information. That is like being satisfied with a printout of your graduation or master’s degree online results on the university’s website and not being bothered to collect the actual degree certificate and mark-sheet
As per the clauses in the agreement, we could have charged penalty for the same, after 60 days and even closed down your file after 90 days; yet we waived it off at that stage and even kept your file open. We only charged penalty the second time, when you expressed your inability to give IELTs test again and opted for cancellation of procedure.
Please abstain from making baseless allegations, without an iota of proof (accounts frozen etc). We can also allege that you lost your job due to some addiction or bad habits and are unable to find a new one; but we will not stoop to your level.
It is quite possible that calling someone “bloody liar” is just an expression for you; but for normal individuals, it is a defamatory expletive. Quite possibly, you might not even bat an eyelid, if someone calls you a bloody drunkard, bloody drug-addict or bloody crook on your face; but for any self-respecting person, such “expressions” are quite upsetting.
We are really glad to learn that you have earned your money in the hard way; and by some under-handed methods. Thanks for clarifying it to us.

My Counter - WHen I had mentioned the same thing to Bhavesh, he had mentioned that they do not keep any amount in ICICI, and they have put all their money in PMC Bank, which again, proves that this email is a blatant lie since, Bhavesh being a Finance Guy should have been aware of where the funds are coming from or how the accounts are getting handled.

My Counter - I would firstly ask Globetrot to do a fact check on this, or else sack the incompetent employee that they have in the form of Mohan Iyer who was copied on all the emails in my communication with BlueDart (India Heads / Telangana Heads / Chhattisgarh Heads / Customer Service Manager, British Council Exams) and I have all these emails with me as evidence which prove that this matter was solved in less than 3 months and not 1 year, I guess Mohan Iyer was emotionally charged and wrote 1 year here so perhaps he should go back to his Globetrot domain and check for those emails, but alas, the Globetrot domain is closed long back so he cannot check his mails on Mohan@Globetrot.com (all emails are with me as evidence, hence, any party interested to read this can ask me for copies of it) alternatively, anyone interested in these evidences can go back and check with Blue Dart (I can give you all email addresses) and British Council (I can give you all email addresses) to do a fact check if Globetrot suddenly says I have fabricated all emails from their email addresses (ROFL) and also, if Globetrot says they should have cancelled my registration, I guess they should go back to their mails and notice that Mohan Iyer was a party to all communication so there was no question that Globetrot wasnt aware, and well, to cancel the registration, they should have done so if they felt good, but was there any warning served during that time? NO, nothing whatsoever. And noone neglected the Certificates as your highly motivated and educated Mohan Iyer has put on this email, it is simply a BlueDart faux pas that they failed to deliver it and hence, BCL and BlueDart resent those Certificates again (Certificates are with me as evidences, and if need be, the emails can resurface again as an evidence) Perhaps Mohan Iyer should re-re-read those emails again and try to recall whether it was actually 1 year before I got the certificates.

My Counter - If your accounts are not frozen, why are you failing to disburse the refund amounts promptly and seeking to make refunds in installments, when it was time for me to pay INR 90, 000 was I given extra time or was I given any chances to make these payments in installments? About me having lost my job, well if your highly educated Mohan Iyer doesnt realize that apart from addiction or anything for that matter, all employed individuals are aware of another reality of their lives across the Globe called "Restructuring", "Layoffs", "CostCutting" and more so, having mentioned it, you still say you can mention it, so leave alone my BVC to the Organizations that I may join or the career mapping I take. My Counter - Mark the word, "self-respecting". For any self respecting individual, a raised tone itself is an insult, hence, will try to right the wrongs done thus far, but Mohan Iyer does not budge (I am not calling him a fraud per say, but many comments here mention him not picking up calls) and he keeps conveniently ignoring those calls. I also called him yesterday, after yesterday's email to get clarifications, 24 hours later, he still does not and would not, which I am sure of. My Counter - Underhanded means earning it through scrupulous means with no intention of returning it, and to that well, I could say I have held good designations in some big MNCs and I never asked them to deposit money or did not return them their money, I have been working hard for it, unlike Globetrot and Mohan Iyer who crib and harp and whine to return hard earned money of so many people like me. So, now after having read all of this, everyone reading this must be getting an insight what kind of [censored]ic and amaeteurish emails I have been replying and that is why today I decided, that I will not reply to them (Mohan Iyer who is drafting these emails) directly but I will hold him pants down in all the fora. Hence, if Globetrot has got something to say to these let them please reply in the public fora.
Well my last comment may have been misleading, however, just to clarify few things. My withdrawal of applications hasnt been because Globetrot failed to secure a job but because I lost my job and had to pull the plug and Globetrot has been trying to get me my refund post all deductions, however, my misleading review has been a roadblock. My last IELTS results were valid only for two years, hence, in 2019 when I lost my job, I havent been in a position to sit for IELTS again so decided to withdraw the application. I am awaiting my refunds and Globetrot is trying to help me get my refunds on a humanitarian basis on priority.
If someone is expecting the full refund, I would say it is unjustified because of course the Organization is also doing business and in order to oil the machinery you need to have money. My experience hasnt been bad I must say.

Even after these bad reviews I paid them, as Mohan Iyer had given me false hopes. Once you give the money, they never follow you up. When you chase them back, you receive a highly rude email as if they have paid me for the service. Do not trust this company at any cost !
Mohan Iyer is an unprofessional person whose behaviour is totally unacceptable. Sometimes he changes his voice over the phone and says Mohan is not in the office. He manipulate emails and try to prove you wrong. Had done this many times.

Guys this a a fraud company. Don't believe the positive comments. Employees posing as customers just so that they can create a better name for their company in the market. They just take your money and run. The owner is the biggest fraud and criminal who does other illegal activities (apart from visa and immigration work) just to make money. His only endeavor is to make money and that's it. He will do anything to get it. He is not concerned with delivering value to his customers. Believe me I speak from experience. Please don't go here, it's better to approach a professional like Y axis. These guys don't now what they are doing and just make you pay without any outcome. Big mistake to apply via them.

I have my file with Globetrot and they are doing ok so far.I was going through the net for Globetrot Reviews and saw yours and you seems to be very dissatisfy with them but dont you think before you sign up anything you should have done your research correctly.I feel its indivisual's responsibility to check before making any payment or entering into any kind of agreement with anyone.I am sure you would agree to that.when I went to their office they told me what they can do and what they cant and Im completely ready if any negative comes on my file.any company would do things only till certain extend.it seems that we human being has got a habit of getting sympathy if things doesnt fall as our ways and we never accept our mistakes too.I agree that you are showing your discomfort and you have all right to voice it out but you are telling only your story and people have not heard other side of the story yet.many people are working in that company and many would be running their homes from their salaries too.dont you think it would be not fair to jsut spoil the name of the company where so many people might get affected b'coz of lose of business.any company will fire their employees when they are doing good in sales.I will request you to think before you do this and if you really have problems go and speak to them.Im sure they will help their client because when I was not able to get required IELTS score they waived of my penalty and Im still their client.

M not saying yet they are frauds or something...all that I am pissed off is with at least puck up your clients calls and help them understand things...that is happening far in between and you of course have a negative mindset when someone doesnt pick up your calls or at least call you back when you have called multiple times...they also waived off my penalties and all but still awaiting the refunds then we can tell...m completely ruined with the loss of a job and am eagerly waiting to get that amount since it matters to me a lot now
