Globe Telecom globe g-cash card

I purchase your g-cash card at globe store sm north edsa. since i'm I a hurry hindi ko na napalagyan ng name ang card. your staff told me na free and pwede naman magpalagay sa ibang globe store. my current work place is in makati kaya sa greenbelt store na lang ako pumunta. 1st time na pumunta ako, sira daw yung printer then ngayon naman wala naman daw silang printing sa store. tanong ko lang, pwede ba talaga sa ibang store magpalagay ng name ko sa card? possible na kapag ginamit ko yung card ko eh hindi ako tanggapin kasi walang name ang card. please enlighten me. thanks.

Globe Telecom prepaid text

First of all, 'company' policies that victimize their customers is not law. Cellphone providers are mopping up I believe, not only in the millions of pesos, but possibly in the billions. Here I present a perfect example of this kind of company policy that we need changed by government oversight commissions who are supposedly representing the abused consumers:

Globe : 01 November 2016 12:01 PM. Hi! Your load balance is 553.00, valid till 12/01/2016 07:46 AM. You have 0 texts to all networks. Thanks!

Me: About November 02 I loaded P500.00. P553.00 has been cancelled by Globe. This is shameful. I want my load restored. If not, I will protest to the highest levels possible
Please note: Searching for the December cancellation of the P553.00 I could not find on my phone but I did visit the Globe office in SM Cebu to protest and received no 'customer' satisfaction. So I begin this protest here and now!

Here is another cancellation:

Globe - 23 December 2016 01:36. Hi! Your load balance of 89.5 will expire on 12/23 206 09:01. Note: This text message is sent in the wee hours of the morning the same day 89.5 will expire on my phone.

Since November 2016 I have had over P600.00 cancellation of Globe prepaid. They have been richly rewarded for a prepaid service, and in 30/days have cancelled my loads. I made the large load because I had to call the USA on a business matter and wanted enough load should I be put on hold by automated services of the number I was calling. Is this a fair and just way to do business by a company that boast of making billions of pesos each year?

It's time the National Telecommunication Commission (http://www.ntc.gov.ph/) put an end to this vial Globe company policy.

Globe Telecom prepaid not carrying over the remaining days balance after adding new load/credit

I've been a globe telecom prepaid customer for years and globe prepaid has been robbing/cheating me on my remaining days balance.

Every time I add a new load/credit, globe prepaid do not carry over the remaining days balance. Globe prepaid reset the days to zero then add the days worth of my new load/credit I just added.

I think this is also true to other globe prepaid customers. A highway robbery to prepaid customers.

In australia, I have a prepaid account with a certain telco. They always carry over both the balance amount and remaining days every time I add a new load/credit before it expires.

This may look a small issue but if you dig deeper globe telecom philippines is actually robbing/cheating on its customers in millions of pesos worth annually.

My experience is very similar as posted on my first post.

President Duterte should stop the Duopoly of Philippine Telco by opening up to International Telecom Providers.

Globe and Smart are both ridiculously inefficient and very good at screwing and stealing from its customers. This madness must stop.

Globe Telecom plan 1199 - landline concern

Dear globe telecom,

We have our newly (Less than two weeks old) installed plan 1199 (Internet and landline) in our home. We were made to understand by your representatives or agents that the landline could be used for any local landline subscribers such as pldt, bayantel, etc. Without any charges. Only to find out that we will be charge p5/min per call. With that, we might be giving an impression that they cannot call us without them being charged since the number that will appear on their phone is mobile phone number. I hope you understand this.

In this regard, could we change the plan for a globe landline intended for the landline calls only without any charges to our account?

We will appreciate if you could respond immediately as we need it urgently.

Globe Telecom very very slow internet connection

Hello Globe Telecoms my family have been a user of your services/internet for the past years and i am not really into sending this kind of message, btw sorry to say this, but d*mn. Why does our internet is really(as in literally) too slow that every single day, i can't even watch a single movie for a day or even atleast finished my project because of this matter ! Please make you services more convenient to others, especially I am a student working with my thesis, and i am really using internet every day... So, my mom plan to look for another internet services soon, that's why I am sending this letter of complaint. Please fix this A.S.A.P. Thank you, God bless! Merry Christmas btw.

Globe Telecom poor internet service

Sadly, my whole family is sick and tired of the Internet Service you give us. We have a plan on 1mbps, sure it is the slowest of all plans, but we did not ask for it. We asked for a 2mbps plan but your agent probably misheard our favor. But that's not the problem, your Internet is. When we have to check something online, it takes SO long for it to load. And not to mention, you make this "Globe Portal" website pop out of our screens to remind us that we're already "consuming all of our 1mbps plan" for the current day. Really? After just a couple hours of surfing through the net, it is all consumed? Also, there are days where there's no connection at all, yet we still pay for those days. Please fix this ASAP while we're still on contract. You might lose a client.

Globe Telecom globe [protected]

I am a prepaid user. i am subscribing to your GOSURF internet promo every 5 days. I just loaded P50 not more than a few minutes ago and when i tried to register to gosurf for 5 days its telling me that i do not have enough load. my internet is off since yesterday and i have not made any phone calls or text messages. and i have not checked my balance since i loaded but i have received the P50 i paid for.

globe is stealing my load

can you please explain this to me.

why is it that i have not been using my phone but my load is being deducted for no reason.

Globe Telecom payment that's not posted on my old cancelled account and unethical behavior

12/07/2016, I went to Globe payment center to inquire for upgrade since I only have 2 months left before the end of my contract, my phone is broken and Ibadly need a phone bec of my job, now the lady there at the center which I approached several times told me that recontracting/termination is now done trough their hotline which i understand but the system is down as per the CS rep so i went home hoping to get everything resolved, we started calling past 03:00 ' o clock- system down -patience- called back at 05:30 until 08:45 and nothing was resolved- aside from being on hold/dead air for more than an hour by 3 reps nothing was resolved- my main issue is they say I still have an account balance left unpaid which is not true bec it's paid already when I opened a new account Feb 2015. they say I owe P38, 00 which made me ineligible for upgrade and again it's not true, how can I open a new acct if I still have an account left unsettled . Hope to get this resolved immediately.

Globe Telecom globe broadband plan 1299 internet speed down to 30 kbps

Kind of annoyed by the internet speed you're giving to us since we have a plan that has an internet speed of 2mbps but you're giving us a 30kbps. I tested a lot of times at "speedtest.net". During the first month the internet was fine but till last month until now, we have been receiving little tiny bit internet speed. I am complaining since we are paying for the plan but you are giving us poor internet service. I request for immediate solution to this problem because it has been an hindrance to my studies and our families daily browsing. I am living in an urbanized city which is cebu city and a postal code of 6000 and my account number is "[protected]".

I totally agree with you. It's just not right especially for the fact that we pay the monthly bills but we get poor internet service. I hope it gets fixed right away because we all badly need the internet for various reasons.

Globe Telecom recontract of my existing globe lines

I am supposed to claim my loyalty phones tomorrow for my 2 existing globe lines but when I called the hotline to verify the availability the agent I talked to told me that the trnasaction did nog push through on the day that we requested for a recontract last November 23, 2016. I've talked to a girl agent and she assured me that we can get the phone thru our preferred globe store which we chose sm sucat. I am writing this complain to address our concern since we're expecting that the recontract will take effect on our next billing cycle but unfortunately we're hoping for nothing. I am hoping that you do the necessary action regarding this. I called the hotline at around 9:30pm. Kindly check who's the agent who assisted me during that call and she should be responsible for this inconvenience. Hope to get a feedback from you. Thank you

Globe Telecom no update for netflix, hooq codes and chromecast delivery

Dear Globe Telecom,

I am writing this formal complaint against My account: Tel#:[protected].
I was advised that there is going to be a Chromecast that will come along with it when I requested to recontract my Internet service. Now according to the representative that we have spoked with that there would be a:

1. 6 Months Free Netflix
2. 6 Months Free Hooq
3. NBA Pass and
4. Free Google Chromecast
5. 10MBPS Speed connection

Now, I have spoken to countless representatives and they made the call longer they keep on placing us in LONG MUTES so that the call would reach longer and then they will disconnect the call so that your Quality Assurance would be able to listen to it.

I have only received the NBA Code however for the NETFLIX and HOOQ codes did not reach my Email Mailbox.

I have been constantly wanted to get an update about the delivery of the Google Chromecast but did not hear any single word.

My internet speed as well did not reach the minimum acceptable speed wherein I am paying for upto 10MBPS but I could only get 4MBPS Speed. I spoke with your agents about it and have told me that it would be the best connection I could get here.

I am taking this seriously Globe, I am going to lodge this at SunStar Daily News if no one would attend to my complaint and request.

hi i would like to complaint for my phone in globe until now still no signal still

they install my internet last nov 17 2016 they said 3 days i can able to use the phone until now no signal im so disappointed to you service you already collected one month advance payment but your system are so bad customer service no body care i hope u will do some action this is marietta barrera

Globe Telecom home internet service

i will just complain about the internet service that we have it is a home internet with free unli call for globe to globe with the analog wireless phone. since the 21st on November we cant use the internet service even just on facebook we can open a facebook for about 5 mins before the colored background appear and a sillohuete of the page. and it was happening to all site. its been like 6 days now and yet you never fail to send notice of the bill when all along I cannot get a good service from your company. it is really very upsetting and disappointing with all the upgrades that your team was suggesting and i keep on availing it for a better service and yet all the promised services has never been reached even half of it. i would realky appreaciate it someone dont mind calling me and explain everything as I was really am waiting to finish my contract with you and rather settle for your competitor as no one in your company seems to be bother with my complaints. hopefully by this time someone might answer me. you can contact me anytime at [protected]- kate of Manila

Globe Telecom broadband services

Globe Telecom Philippines has the worst internet connection when it comes to stability. Their wireless service keeps on disconnecting, causing too much interruption on any internet activity that I am doing, be it on-line games or internet browsing. Their exuberant fees does not match with the quality and stability of internet service that I expect. It's okay for the speed to drop at 80% value as long as the connection is stable. I don't need a fast speed, I need a stable and reliable connection on your broadband services. Please fix that!

Globe Telecom worst internet speed - [ [14kbps!!] ] on a 3mbps lte bundle

May 2016. I applied for a lte 3mbps unli bb bundle - globe free24 mo. with 30gb cap. at globe telecoms for 1, 600 total including other charges.
I am an i.t. guy by profession so I always check my internet speeds from time to time. since I have the service, im only getting speeds of 900kbps during the first few months.
I know I should have complained but I didn't since I only watch movies in chromecast and play my mobile games.

But after four months. their service just dropped down to 370-390kbps so my initial plan 3mbps suddenly dropped to 370kbps. now that's not even the sad part.

Thing is, every time im capped with their fair usage policy (fup). my internet connection becomes 14-29kbps. if you belong to the old ages you would understand how slow is 29kbps is.

I called as many times that I could remember. always making a follow up to fix it. they even sent a technician to check my modem but did not replace it and made a report that it was fixed. : (

I also have a globe mobile data which perfectly works fine in my location so im very very sure its not my area.

I even took screenshots of my speed-test results just to prove that im not making this up.

Lastly, I just want the whole world to know what a disastrous service this company is giving their customers.

I cant get out of our telecoms cartel because there are no telcoms competition in our country. everything is just owned by globe and smart.

I pray that some company comes in.

Globe Telecom fraud account

i was planning on recontracting early this year but it was not done as they advised me i had overdue balances from multiple accounts. i was shocked when they told i had broadband services which i didnt apply for as we have a different provider for that. i submitted my letter of denial to sm southmall branch and was cleared from those accounts in april. fast forward to sept and those accounts are still showing up. but since i still have email from their fraud team, they processed the 2 lines i have there at the store but they still didnt do anything about those accounts. i had to call their hotline to process the recontract for the 3rd line but it keeps on getting declined because of those fraud accounts. i feel it would take me until nxt year because this gets resolved

Globe Telecom overbilling on our globe tattoo postpaid plan

We have a postpaid globe tattoo and its plan is only 299 and for the fast few months I think it is for 4-5 months we are paying almost 1500 monthly we paid it then we try not to use it but still its billing is still 1500 pesos we try to complain it here in globe sm rosario cavite branch but they can not give us any clear answer we just want to clear and have a refund since our usage does not exceeds 1.5g of data for we already decide not to use it but instead of 299 bill still 1500 pesos is our bill. we hope someone can help us to clarify these things.

We paid it about 3 weeks ago... But it always so slow... I dont like it so plzzz fix it because my family paying ur company so fiz it asap
Were always angry about this internet were hoping you'all fix it

Were paying and we're receiving nothing in this internet... So fix it that's all u have to do..

I think the speed of this internet is on kbs wtf.. I dowload a music about 2mb and it get 1hr to finish... I dont expect this speed to a good company.😕

Globe Telecom slow data connection

I am using your internet since year 2015 but the longer i used it the more sucks internet connection i get. Slow as snale 116kb/s? Whats that? I am more happy to stay with you guys if the service we paid is what we get. Pls fix your service. Worst service ever! You will lose customer if you continue doing this. I have more friends using your service and all of us were dealing the same trouble everytime.

Sad but true. We have to dealt with this suffering every bits and byte of our digital life. We could hardly enjoy those technologies like smart TV to their fullest due to their crappy services.

I agree .. service here with Globe is getting more pathetic as time moves on! When I signed up I have WMAX unlimited .. they - inphamous Globe - upgraded me to LTE and now my Internet has slowed way down. They try tell me I am "limited" to the GB per period and said ohh NO - no way .. No, No, NO~! Fix my service and fix it now! All this falls on deft ears as NO one cares~! Globe - like Smart (dubbed Dumb) are two worthless companies in the Philippines for Internet service - the bad catch on our part is that they are the ONLY two providers in this country~! Sad. . Globe, hire me now - this is an ORDER!

Globe Telecom delays in recontracting/account migration

Below is my latest email to Globe Enterprise Group dated Nov. 16, 2016. I was told they are the one's in charge of account migration but there seems to be an issue on competency and efficiency. I'm deprived of availing a new handset despite the expiration of the lock in period last July 18, 2016 and I should have already started with a new 2 years lock in period. Kindly forward this email to the proper department for a quicker resolution. Thanks.

Hi Ms. Maryann Caande and Ms. Laarni Ornedo,

I just talked to a globe employee named Ms. Yen Yabut and was informed that my request for account migration for cel#[protected] is still pending since November 4, 2016 under Employee ID ZX005496 Mr. Edizon Marion. I have already given my go signal as early as June 22, 2016 to proceed with the migration upon expiration of the lock up period on July 18, 2016. Last November 2, 2016 I again emailed a follow up request upon learning that my account still under enterprise so I cannot yet re-contract said account.

Prior to this I also experienced a long waiting process for the migration of my other cel#[protected]. I made the request last May 29, 2016 and was finished only on June 22, 2016.

Is this long processing period normal under Globe guidelines?

For details of all these you may refer to the email thread below.

Beside all the emails, I have already made 4 phone calls for the re-contracting of cel#[protected] which took me 30 min to an hour before I get connected and all I get is the information that My account has not yet been migrated so there's nothing they can do. All they can say is that they will make the request and this will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. I think all my calls are logged in your system.

Kindly investigate on this because it gives a bad impression on Globe and to its employees. I'm sure Globe is very much willing to correct inefficiencies in the system.
