Globe Telecom unwanted subscription and deduction

This is not the first time this happened to me but many times and i'm getting fed up with what is happening. I recently loaded P50.00 to register for a combo promo which cost P49.00. Then this text message from EN Factory (Text not Data usage) was suddenly received. To my dismay I was immediately deducted with P10.00, the timing is just perfect to ruin my day since i wanted to register to a service and be able to send message to love family but it happened the urgency of my message was not sent due to lack of balance to avail the registration. I am not sayin i've been robbed but i never subscribed to any of the promos so i should not be getting any deductions at all. This should not be happening as this is a direct violation to any users/customers. My number is [protected]. I know your data center keeps transaction and you can get evidence for yourself but this is my appeal stop doing this and you will never be faced with suits. Again, i never subscribed to any promos so i should not be receiving any unwanted promo advertisement.

Globe Telecom customer service agent

I received the automated call from Globe about my bill on July 1st, morning. I paid the said amount, same day, evening via Gcash. Right after that, I sent a message on Globe facebook account to ask if my payment was successful. And have told me that once I received a confirmation message it means it was successful. But yesterday, June 8th, my connection was suddently disconnected. I sent message to Globe immediately, but I got no reply. So I decided to go to Sm Bacolod Globe store. I talked to one of the customer service to ask about this issue, and I was so shocked when she ask me to pay for 300 pesos for re-connecting my line. What for? I paid my bill on time. Why do I need to pay for that 300 pesos? She did not explain to me why was my connection disconnected she just immediately ask for 300 pesos to reconnect my internet. I refused to pay for she did not give any more details about it. She gave me the Globe hotline instead and told me to talk to them and ask for free re-connection. I did not get her name, but my reference number was A1011 July 8, 2017 11:08am Globe Sm Bacolod. After that, I went to another globe store near my apartment. She just looked on to the confirmation message of Gcash and immediately reconnect my line for free. That fast. No more fees. She also explained to me why this thing happened. So I felt confuse, why the two stores have different way of dealing with this issue? Why do I need to pay to the other store? That were the questions I have so I ended up sending message to Globe again via Facebook messenger, and look, they told me that re-connecting my line in any Globe store does not charge any amount. So what does that customer agent trying to do? That's definitely illegal and not good for the company. She maybe doing that to other customer as well. I really want to report that agent for her to learn her lesson. I hope globe will take action to this issue.

Globe Telecom poor service

My mom encountered this problem twice in trinoma. The customer service assistant told her to fall in line and wait for the number to be called and her no. is 3.. It took almost an hour of waiting, and many customers were called but my mom has not yet been called so she keep asking the assistant why until now her number was still not called, (she just want the staff of globe to check her cellphone because it hanged and can't turn off to reset) Because of long waiting my mom became very upset and she talked to the assistant and the lady told her that they have a priority (online etc.. .) and the lady told my mom that she can go to the counter now. The problem is my mom was not informed that the customer service has priority. The line of priority and walk in is only one so it will take so long to be called. The assistant is not knowledgeable on what she's doing and don't know how to handle client's complaints.

Globe Telecom internet services

Does anyone know how to effectively cancel a Globe account? I canceled my service, account [protected], in late March; with an effective date of 4/6/17. Inexplicably Globe turned off my service on 4/1 and I requested that it be reestablished and canceled on my original cancellation date of 4/6. Globe turned service back on and should have canceled the account. But Globe keeps sending me bills for an account that I cancelled twice. I've been chatting on FB Messenger and getting nowhere. I no longer live in the Philippines and calling internationally and being on hold for 45 minutes only to be told the same that your chat agent has told me, I.e., that I need to pay my bills - for an account that I canceled twice already. Calling a third time on an international line makes no sense. Does anyone know how or who I should talk to in order to effectively cancel this service?

Last Feb I was offered to switch from Bayantel to Globe for 1299 since we are not getting good service from Bayantel I was convinced to accept the offer of Globe but the same problem it become worse. I complained and talk to Ariel in Feb 02 at 4:55 pm butOn Mar 08 do not have any dial tone but nothing happened Feb 22 at 9:55 am I called again and talk to Elia and gave ref. #[protected] but still nothing happened. Since we are on vacation in the province I can call only everytime we visit our house and pay bills. Again on Mar 06 I called at 7:11 am and certain Jes asked me to pay 1354 which I did under old acct #[protected] the same old problem. The following day Mar 07 at 10:28 am certain Victor promised me it will be fixed but still no dial tone. On Mar 08 at 12:10 pm Marimar gave me a new acct # [protected] for Globe and asked me to pay 1300 which paid still no dial tone.On mar, 14 at8:25 I called and Quino gave me ref # BAD17030008740 and said it will be fixed but again no dial tone.On Mar20 at (:35 am christine gave us again ref.#17030027560and asked to pay 1432 last May 02 I paid still no connection. Since we are on vacation only when we came back we found out that nothing happened. On July 21 at 11:25 am certain Eric gave Ms.Yzel and I told her our problem and asked her to pick up your unit and give us refund on the following payments new acct #[protected] 03/06 P1354 ; 04/01 P 1300/ 05/03 P1432 total of

Globe Telecom mobile service

I’m a customer for Globe Telecom for more than 2 years now and I wanted to file a complaint about how they treat me as a customer.

A few days ago, I submitted a request through online for payment extension for my balance which is set to due today (June 30, 2017) I have a pending balance of P22.00 and my balance is P3800.
Yesterday I called their customer service to ask for a reconnection since they have temporarily suspended my service after that my service was back. Today, despite of the payment extension I have requested they cut off my service. I called them back to let them know that I need my service because 3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Testicular cancer and I need to call my doctor and it is very important for me to have a working service especially with the situation right now.

The customer said that they can’t do anything about it even their supervisor. Not unless if I will pay my bills, The reason I asked for a 4 day extension to pay my bill because I need to prioritize my hospital fees, and I am not asking for a year of extension, It’s only 4 days.

I hope they are very sensitive about this type of situation, This is very critical in my part, What If I need to call my doctor. ? What if I need to call my family to ask for help.? And I don’t have a working service

Globe Telecom regular load

Nag load ako ng 50 pesos this morning a few minutes lang nag register na ako sa GoSurf 50 then nag reply yung 8080 insufficient balance na daw agad kakaload ko lang. Hindi rin naman ako umuutang ng load so bakit binawas load ko. Last time din 60 load ko nag register din ako ng GS50 nung nag check balance ako .5 nalang load. Grabe naman hindi po namin pinupulot pampaload pera din yun. Sana mabalik yung load. Thank you. [protected] this is my no.

Globe Telecom replacing my postpaid sim to lte

Very bad queing service of globe telecom san lazaro...i received almost 10 notifications that im 3rd in the que ...went there and spent 45 mins and im still 3rd on the que...i left then still receiving couple of sms that i'm 3rd on the que after that my number is cancelled...where is 2nd and now available...for me i consider it as a very bad service for all customer service staff...

Globe Telecom technical support

I am using a phone with dual sim. One for globe and the other for one provider in Norway. Lately, sms from Norway stopped. I disabled my globe sim and tried to register with globe with my foreign sim. I wasn't able to connect whatever I tried. I tried opening a chat and was directed to fb messenger. Wrote my concern, got an automatic reply that globe will be answer in a while. It was 6 hours ago.

Globe Telecom loyalty service/recontracting

We have been trying to call Globe for my re contracting for approximately 3 weeks and we receive the same response each time which is "there is no stock of iPhone 7 plus yet and will replenish the stock in 1-2 weeks". For the so called "loyalty service" we don't feel rewarded, unfortunately. Please stick to your promise to your loyal customers and replenish your stock/s already.

Globe Telecom mobile plan

I'm planning to avail the 1799 for the s8 mobile however agent told me in sm fairview on your booth that i cant avail this plan since my salary is not 30k a month. I felt discrimanated because i can pay this [censor] per.month even its 2k per month. I'm almost a year in bpo and he said i should be 2 years employed I would like to escalate this and give me valid reason why i should not be qualified to avail that plan.

Globe Telecom service reference #[protected]

Your customer service sucks! Too incompetent and unhelpful! The supervisor named "france mina" hung-up on me when she was about to talk to me about my complaint! She did not even perform a call back to reach out. Kindly refer to this service reference #[protected]. I've been waiting on the line since 7:00 am this morning and was put on hold for 45 minutes. Until now I couldn't get through on your support hotline. Where is your sense of urgency? Extremely poor customer service!

Globe Telecom globe gadget care

Globe gadget care subscription which I didnt avail in the first place.
Its already my fourth time today to complain the same matter twice via landline here at Market2x and my second visit today for Customer Service at the same store as of my balance still no reversal of gadget care charges have been made

Globe Telecom broadband

My wife, Elvira Hepburn had a broadband connection with Globe when we lived in Dumaguete, but after living there for a year and a half, we moved to Belison, Antique. My wife wanted to terminate the contract then and pay the penalty for early termination, but Globe persuaded her to just put a hold on it and then reconnect once we got to Belison. After three or four weeks of telling us that, yes we can have a connection, but it will only be at 2Mbps, they then said that there is no connection available in Belison at all. They are now billing us for the 6 months left in our contract even though we were willing to continue with them and obviously it is not our fault that they do not have service here. My wife has spent many hours on the phone explaining the situation to them and to no avail, they just want their money regardless of it being their problem. If in the future Globe establishes a line here, we will not be back as this company is obviously run by crooks.

Globe Telecom roaming

I activated my roaming on 10th of June 2017 a few hours before my departure at NAIA going to Singapore. When I arrived in Singapore I received a Welcome mssg from Globe. Surprisingly, the welcome was for my arrival in Indonesia where in fact I just arrived in Singapore on 10June 2017, 11:40PM at Changi Airport.

I ignored the mssg . probably its just an error but, till I returned to Philippines today, 13June 2017 my roaming was never activated. I did all the necessary reset in my phone unfortunately, nothing happen. I've waited hoping i will be able to receive a signal but, my phone never catch any little signal from the provider in Singapore.

How do you rectify this matter, after I trusted Globe to provide me a communication that I can use during my travel abroad but, failed to its commitment. I am so disappointed. You can apologised but, the damage already done. Better for Globe to disappear if cannot deliver the services offered. see pictures attached to support my claims.

Globe Telecom staff service

Me and my girlfriend went to globe to apply for a plan. We are decided and excited at the same time, we ask for assistance to kuya guard. I said "kuya saan po pwede magpa-assist" since no one is around.. Mga mukang suplada at suplado. Tinuro kami ni kuya kay girl who, s holding the ipad for their record. Si ate masungit pa nung nagtanong ako. Pinuturan pa nila ako para daw mas madali makilala nung agent, kasi may lalapit daw samin. So from 5:56, naghintay kami kay agent. Nakaupo lang kami sa waiting area nila, waiting for someone na lalapit. Im excited kasi nakita ko lumalapit talaga sila dun sa mga nag iinquire, the [censor] thing is... 7 pm na wala pang lumalapit samin. So nagtanong na ako sa isa nila g staff "bakit ganun kuya kanina pa akong 6 pm dito wala pa rin lumalapit" so hinanap nya record ko, pumasok sya sa loob then nung bumalik sya sabi nya " mam, tinawag daw po kanina, pila na lang po ulit kayo" FU** y** kuya! Pipila ulit kami ng 1hr para lang sa fault nyo! [censor] globe!

Globe Telecom regular text messaging maintenance fee

For a number of bills for my landline/cellphone, I am being charged for the following:

Regular Text Messaging Maintenance Fee:
Bill No. 18 - P117.48
Bill No. 19 - P78.32
Bill No. 20 - P401.39
Bill No. 21 - P370.24
Bill No. 22 - P236.74

I have been asking Globe what are they for and am not getting any explanation about them. At one time, they told me through their Facebook Messenger the following:

"As per check, Samir it is already credited to your bill. Thank you."

So I asked them how would I know if I have been credited back of those charges, until now I am not getting any response. Their only response was:

"We are sorry for not getting back to you as soon as possible, Samir. Because of the numerous concerns that we are continuously facing, we had a hard time answering all your concern. Rest assured that we have your message prioritized, and should you have any other Globe-related concerns feel free to reach us. Thank you."

Since then, no response at all.

Globe Telecom lte sim card issues

Naisahan ako ng globe sa bgong lte sim nila., consistent ako sa pagload ng 500 pesos gounli500 every month na pagregister., walang hastle sa data.. Buong buwan mula day 1 to 31 ang facebook ko as is ang mga photos videos etc. Mabilis kong nakikita at napapanuod sa dati kong sim na hindi lte.
Putsa ngayun lte na sim ko dahil mas mabilis kuno.. # may see photos via data charges na kagabi lang ako nag register ng gounli500 sa tagal ko to ginagamit ngayun lang ako kinocontrol ng husto sa pics and videos... Hastle talaga!
Sasavihin ng iba ubos na kasi data load kaya free data lang kaya di makita vids and pix. Uunahan ko napo kayo laging gounli500 pinareregister ko at mabilis ko nakikita ang pics and videos ng walang aberya mula day 1 to 31 kaya nga nag globe, ako khit sun and smart family ko kasi globe ang bosses and officemates ko mas ificient skin tawag dhil sa work load.
Ngayun lang talaga sa lintek na lte sim punyemas naisahan nila ko need ko daw mag palod ng 1000 para sa unli browsing with pcs and vidsetc. Wag na oy, kaya ako nag glob kahit mahal ang prepaid for 1 month compare sa other networks dahil nga sa ok ang browsing ng walng hastle kahit gounli500 lang unli tx lahat net at unli cal tm nd globe plus browsing inclusions na pics and videos.
Ngayon ano pang silbi bakit pako mag goglobe edi mag smart at sun nalang mura pa ang 1 month unli sa lahat ng network! Tyagain ko nalng din ang free data nila ng no pcs and vids total ganun narn naman sa globe.
Mas ok pa na hindi lte sim card khit ibang sim ng globe sana wag lang lte!

Globe Telecom customer service

I am very and extremely disappointed with your service. Last February 2017 I recontracted my postpaid plan. As the agent discussed the pre term fee, I paid 11k for it. She never mentioned/explained anything else that I need to pay aside from the 11k. After a month, I received my billing with additinal 9800 something pertaining to my previous contract. I emmmidatelty called 211 or the globe services, to complain the said charges I wasn't aware. The agent gave me ref no. and told me to expect call from globe. But no call for a month. I called the hotline again and again but still no reply on my inquiries/complaint. Last April 5 I called again the hotline for the 4th time regarding the matter, they gave me ref# [protected] pertaining to my complaint, told me to expect a call within 2 days, but to response from the main store and from globe itself. Today May 23, you cut my outgoing services because I have an outstanding balance, but this overdue balance is the one that I' complaining for how many months already. How can you cut my outgoing services without even asking or checking my account first before doing so?Im very disappointed with your services. I've been your postpaid subscriber for more than 13 years already, and this is what I got? Having this unpaid bills is not my fault, it's your agent fault. It seems your agents are not properly trained to handle inquiries. It's their job to explain everything to customer every single details that the customer is needed and what is need to be informed. Customers did not know anything, how can we know if we are not properly informed? I'm just so upset with both services in the globe branch where I processed my recontructing and to the globe hotline services for having no actions with my complaint. This is so annoying!

Globe Telecom home internet connection

Hello Good day. I would like to ask about our home internet connection status. Because we shift our house from makati to taguig. Its 3 weeks ago since the day we transfer. Until now we keep calling the customer service if they can fix it asap coz we are using the internet for a business purpose. They keep saying that technician will visit our place but until now we are waiting. Please, I humbly request to fix our internet As soon as possible. I have had the same issue with their relocation. It's been almost a month since we relocated that I decided to disconnect my service because they said that even though the new address is serviceable, there were no ports available. Every time I called it would be "30 days waiting time". It doesnt even get updated! But when we requested for a NEW connection with them for the same plan, it was done within 24 hours. Now they want me to pay the termination fees for the previous account! ha! goodluck with that! Im waiting on DTI's reply to my complaint against them.

Globe Telecom after sales service

I'm bong rubino, distributor general manager of everkeen mktg., inc. (an exclusive distributor of alaska milk corporation and other fmcg in negros island region).

We opened 30 new data plans for our pos (we shifted from smart to your end) believing that you serve customers well compared to our data provider before.

Recently, I requested if it is possible to add incoming calls to these lines for we finf it hard to communicate with our sales people.

I approached mike paver and the promise to get back on my request remained a promise. was adviced also to approach beth pedrosa but the same happened.

I had observed that globe's after sales service is also not that good (from this experience)... like smart... all are the same after securing the sales/new subscription.

How I wish that the after sales service are that aggressive like when you want to secure the 30 new data subscription.
