GlobalHellounauthorized credit card charges

I am sick of this company. This is a fraud company All the customer care representatives from this company is giving me all fake information. This fraud company deduct $149.60 on 27 November 2017 from my credit card, without my permission. They are forcing me to use this money. I requested for the refund because they took my money out from my credit card without my permission. Every time i speak to a representative from Global Hello they gives me different dates. I have recording and there agents texts as well in which they committed of refunds on few different dates. I have spoken to Ruhi, Rahul, Shruti, another Rahul (6/4/18) and few other people and no one did the refund. Now its 5 month my complaint still pending and no action has been taken on my complaint. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED IN NEW ZEALAND.
I also have some other proof of conversation but website is not supporting all the files.
